With my feet hurting I walked in your store for the first time. To my complete amazement Jake from your store greeted me while walking towards me with a smile. Unbelievable these days. He asked me questions, measured my feet, explained my issues, listened to my comments, brought me 3 different pairs to try. One being the Hoka pairs. The comfort was unbelievable. I bought them. Thanks to Jake, I am pain free for the first time in years. Try that online or in all other so called shoe stores in the area. It will never happens. Thank you Jake. Rockstar.

The female was helpful in finding me something for me to wear to work. I guess they dont analyze your stride anymore. Not the largest selection.

Bought my last pair of running shoes here - 6 years ago! It was called blue mile back then but I felt I got a great pair of running shoes that lasted until now. Store is now called JackRabbit.

NEVER shop at jackrabbit ONLINE !! They will NOT let you return any purchased items. It CLAIMS there is a return slip online you fill out to send the item back. No said slip exists, I have looked everywhere. Also I have tried calling multiple times for long periods of time, with NO answer to the call. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Come here every spring to get our kids fitted for the track shoes. They take there time to fit our kids make sure theyre wearing the right shoes.

Used to go here a lot. Now I go to Broad Ripple location if I want to go to BlueMile and I live in Noblesville.Went in once and they asked if they could help me, I said I was looking for running shorts and as both employees were on the floor sorting new clothes, they pointed to the area of the store where shorts could be found and went back to sorting.The last time I went, I waited outside the door until 5 minutes after they were supposed to be opened while the two employees sat in the back chatting. Maybe they had a good reason but I didnt stick around to find out. Wont go back.BlueMile in Broad Ripple has knowledgable, outgoing, helpful people. Them or Runners Forum in Carmel will always get my business from now on.

Saw the owner sniffing bike shorts she was taking out of the changing room. She shouted at a customer for smoking at least 10 feet away from her front door. Abnoxious piece of junk. Stay the hell away from this shop.
