Love this store! Ive purchased so much merchandise from this boutique over the years - dresses, jeans, shoes, etc. Some of the best selection of beautiful summer dresses in town! Becca is always so helpful and knowledgeable about the fit of the brands she carries. Ill always return again and again.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. The owner is one of the rudest people I’ve EVER encountered... and especially as a guest in her boutique? I’m confused. Seems to be a track record since many reviews are saying how nasty she is to people. If that wasn’t bad enough, all of her clothes are extremely basic and you can find the exact same brands online (many on amazon) for at LEAST $30 cheaper. I’m honestly just appalled at the disrespect she exhibited, and by the other reviews, so are other people. I’m sure you won’t be in business much longer regardless, but I’ll be contacting the Carmel City Center next. For such a prestigious area, you do not belong. Please take a long hard look at yourself in the mirror and treat people BETTER.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this has weighed heavy on me and I felt the need to be informative. I was in shopping last week on Friday early afternoon and had the most horrible encounter with the owner. Normally I give everyone the benefit of the doubt that they are entitled to one bad day. But her passive aggression and rude behavior was abhorrent. Paying customers should not be treated with such disrespect, especially by an owner who sells over priced clothes to begin with. Way to set the bar for fellow employees and customers that come to the area for an experience or just to enjoy their time shopping. Shame on you, do better.

Owner is incredibly rude. There is no reason for her to be so nasty to paying customers. I will never purchase anything from her...ever. Dont even bother going there.

If you decide to browse here - check the label. Everything I have liked at this boutique can be found elsewhere for considerably cheaper. I found a SOH dress in my size for $62. At 14 Districts it was $98! Also, I purchased a Love Stitch Kimono that was on sale for $68. I found it later on line for $42! Save your money ladies and check the tag - look elsewhere! Customer service is poor. Owner IS rude. You deserve to be treated better.. like a queen if you are willing to pay these inflated prices!
