Rosa and crew are amazing and friendly. They always remember me and ask about my day. They are also open during holidays, so if you forget something for Thanksgiving you can pop in real quick and get what you need. Love the stop and shop!

This is one of my frequent stops here in Carlsbad. It is owned locally and the employees there are awesome. I can tell that they do good by the employees because this store has the lowest turnover rate that Ive ever witnessed from a convenient store. They also offer in my opinion the best soft drinks in town. Above all this the usually keep there tobacco products priced a little lower than there competition. The store is old and over due for some renovation. This gives the store a less than clean appearance at all times. I have seen the employees cleaning so Im fully aware that this is from out dated upkeep. If it wasnt for this reason, I would have given Stop N Shop a five star rating.
