What a great experience my husband and I had at Oakley Carlsbad (maybe too great as we spent a lot lol). Jeremy and the other associate were so nice, respectful, and patient as well as very knowledgeable about the products. We are loyal Oakley customers and I was looking to replace my Oakley Misconducts, and Jeremy showed me the Sutros, very cool! He helped us maximize the deals and we ended up with 3 pairs of glasses. Great store, great customer service!

The Oakley store at the Carlsbad outlet is Freaking AWESOME! Jeremy helped me out so much, and was super friendly, and knowledgeable. His salesmanship was fantastic, he welcomed me into the store, asked if I was looking for anything in particular, when I mentioned sunglasses, he showed me where to look for the different styles. He know when to leave me to look at them on my own and when I was ready to purchase he was close by. He asked if I wanted polarized glasses, and when I answered yes he told me the pair I wanted didnt come polarized, but I could custom order them if I wanted, and I did. He was super cool and led me through the custom order process. My new sunglasses will be delivered to my house in the next couple weeks, and I couldnt be happier or more excited. Thank you so much Jeremy and Oakley, I cant wait to get them.

Love this store. Its situated nicely between San Diego and Orange County, a great spot to jump in and see whats new and whats on sale.Went in looking for a couple new T-shirts (40% off) and left with a new pair of shades (@30% off +).Very helpful staff and well stocked with everything you could want from Oakley.

I bought the sunglasses, around a month ago, went to Store, with my receipt. Talked to the manager, he said I couldn’t do an exchange, the reason he gave me, they were scratched. They were NOT Scratched! And he couldn’t do anything about it . Oakley was my favorite store, Not no more, because of the Idiot manager they have working there .

Really good sales if you can find your size.....I really like Oakley golf shirts...they fit true to size.

I got my first pair of Oakleys here in 2004. I got a pair of Fast Jackets and I love them. Theyre still running strong and I got a good deal from the staff there.They were very helpful and friendly to work with.I was only visiting for work but I would stop in again if I ever head back out that way

Great shop for Oakley fans! Carries just about everything you could want and the merchandise is seasonally rotated in and out so youve got good variety at every visit.

I dont ever write reviews but today at this store was very bad so i have to report. Got sunglasses for Xmas never used try to exchange with receipt and for my surprise glasses came with 2 microspic scratches. Manager of the store didnt replaced item and informed that was my problem not theirs. so be aware off this store

Today was the biggest disappointment ever. Got a pair of shades for Xmas and tried to exchange with receipt. The glasses came with 2 micro scratches that was almost impossible to see it. Manager said that was my problem not theirs and refuse to replace item. Shameful BE AWARE when buying from this store

Oakley makes the best sunglasses, gogles, and have somed cool clothing as well.

Always helpful staff and they always clean my glasses as soon as I walk in. They make me feel welcome which is why I always end up buying something.

That be Deceptive to the reason of why Oakley having a page on the internet.Rather, Premium Outlets showing a page of all tenants names. Rather than a webpage of its tenant (Oakley in this case, as that what was google-searched).I was originally wanting to search the item, via inet, of this store. Before taking the extra time -- of the extra distance to this Oakley store. Compared to the other Oakley store that be closer.

Friendly staff and good selection. Prices are not always outlet level, but the clearance racks have some really good deals.
