I went to Sallys the other day. While I was checking out my 2 year old decided to open a lipstick and put it all over herself when I wasnt pay attention. She didnt make me pay for it and threw it away. I love it when workers understand. I have been go there for 6 years and always been pleased. They will always have my business.

As a man, choosing between 3 million hair care products and trying to find the right one for you is confusing as hell. Jessica was very friendly and concise and helped me figure out what exactly I needed. Excellent customer service

I came in here yesterday morning, two employees were working a blond lady and a lady with long brown hair and a olive green shirt, as I walked in the girl with the brown hair had no mask on, she then walked past me and around the store with no mask on, anyways they are quick to tell me what to do and ware a mask, but they can’t even follow a law that’s in place right now . The manager needs to fire that girl. As I constantly shop here and will not be out at risk or given attitude, I will not stop contacting management and higher up till the let that girl go . Not complying with safety guidelines at your job because your more worried about what you look like is unacceptable.

I enjoy shopping at the store so much. Their products are great! I have had issues with some products but I bring my receipt and do an exchange with no issues at all. The people that work there are so helpful and always have a helpful suggestion when you have questions. I really do like trying new stuff and the people that work here are always so helpful to tell me about what is good.

Wasnt pleased with how neither worker bothered helping me out or bother asking if I needed help! The cashier said shed come help me look what Im looking for after she was done with the client so I waited and nothing. I went back to the cash register and she said she totally forgot and STILL didnt bother coming to help me so I waved and said to her Id come back when she wasnt busy yet other costumers walked in and they all got HELP so mad. She had said shes been working there for 8 years yet she gave poor service!
