One of my favorite chain stores for high quality home products. Some stores are larger than others and offer a wider variety of products. This one in particular is a bit smaller than others thus not as popular on my shopping list but its still worth my tinge and the trip.

So I went in this specific location looking for an oil rubbed bronze toilet brush because the internet showed that the this location had 60 in store.I went in and asked for help because I couldnt locate the product. The store rep ( Evie)came back and said, yeah, we got them, but its in a box that we havent gotten to unpack yet. So, I cant give it to you. In cases like this, any major store such as Nordstrom or Sephora would offer to order it and ship it to me free of shipping charges. The same store rep told me its $2.99 shipping charge for orders in store and $5 shipping charge to order from home. Basically, they are not going to dig through the stock they received last week for me. I can just wait for them to leisurely unpack.

Extremely disappointing experience. Not friendly or even pleasant. Who wants a shopping experience like that! Heck with so many places to spend your money One doesn’t need an experience of feeling like you are not welcome and that was by management. Perhaps upper management should replace her with someone that would be happy to have a job. Being a leader you need to be an example to your staff and at least fake it with consumers. Wow just shocked.

I found what I wanted, some kitchen clips and a single coaster. I thought about buying some fun socks but ended up buying my mom an expensive Papyrus birthday card. There was no line at the cash register and the cashier was nice. Outside a nice shopping area off the main Street.

The usual stuff and it is a bot overpriced otherwise the review would be higher. Most of what you can buy here you can buy on Amazon for less. Occasionally you can find good sale items and adding the 20% off coupon makes for a real barhain. The store is clean and well-kept and there are many items to choose from. Understaffed and not very friendly at this particular location.

I have never had a issue at any other bed bath and beyond but this one. Darla was extremely rude and I will never be back to this one. In fact I needed something they carry yesterday but instead bought it off amazon.I bought 3 items but needed to return a bath mat as it just did no go. One of the other items I bought was $39.00 on its own. I used a coupon for $10 off any $30 or more purchase and because it was all rung up together the coupon was applied to every item. So when I returned my $19 bath mat I wanted the full $19 back as I wanted the $10 off to go to the $39 item I purchased. So the lady helping called Darla over and she was just beyond rude. She made me feel like I was cheap since I wanted the full return of $19 for something I didn’t want and wanted to use the coupon on the $39 item I bought.So thanks Darla I’m done here also bought my new bath mat at home goods as I was not going to buy anything else from there and my other items off Amazon.

This place is jammed packed an a bit overwhelming, as are most BB&B stores. Its a good place for beach towels and random kitchen stuff, but its only a better deal than Target if you have their famous coupons (I happen to have 100 in my glove box and did you know you can use 20 at a time, if you want?). The service, however, isnt fantastic. The lines are always weird, with the main line being the customer service desk. And last time I was there, the system was down, so they couldnt take credit cards. It doesnt seem very well-managed, but the selection makes up for the hassle.

I shop at the one on Vista Way since its the most convenient to me. The customer service is pretty good. The lady that helped me today w/ my return wasnt the friendliest but she did my transaction efficiently so I guess thats what mattered. The store is always clean and organized and their return policy is great!

Bought ice trays, swifter wet wipes, stainless steel wipes, and a coffee cup holder all for under $28 .. Great deals.. All there cleaning products are very cheap. I clean homes for a living so its very helpful!!

We found everything we needed to organize our kitchen and bathrooms and they have an excellent bedding section. I found the best pillow that I cant live without. I take it everywhere when travelling and it saves my neck from travel pillow pain. Dont forget your 20 percent off 1 item coupon. You can usually find it online or in magazines or I get mine in the Sunday paper!

GREAT DEALS......if you know your prices and have a BB&B 20% off coupon to use with your purchase. As was the case today when we bought a Dyson v7 Trigger.....a cordless hand held vacuum at a great price. We saved $50 on the listed price. Shop with your head and youll do well here!

We needed help ordering an item in a different color. The gal that helped us was great. It was shipped to our home without any charge. Using their excellent coupons,it was a great deal. I could not find any place else that had this product.

Social distancing was farce.

Customer service is non-existent. I entered the store and approached the counter. I was greeted with “Yeah, wha ‘sup” from a young lady at the register. Maybe, “Good afternoon. Welcome to Bed, Bath and Beyond. May I help you?” Upon checking out a different young lady makes no eye contact, tosses the receipt in my vicinity and shoves a pen across the counter. Perhaps, “Here’s your receipt and a pen and thank you very much for shopping with us today.” Basic interaction skills that I taught my kids when they were six. I’d never shop here again if it wasn’t for my spouse.

They held my item at the front after I called and let me use my coupon even though it was a brand thats excluded. It wouldnt let me apply it online.

1st time visiting this store, wow is this place big! So many items here you can buy for your home.i didnt have my blinders on to prevent myself from buying this and that. What a dangerous place for me and my check book. Heh,heh.

This is a fairly large store, but it doesnt seem to have quite as much variety as the store on Vista Way. I suspect it is likely due to what people tend to buy in-store, but I was still a little disappointed in some of the selections available. We put together a wedding registry there and found the dishware department to be lacking (particularly in comparison with the Vista Way store). There are a lot of kitchen items/gadgets, however, so it is a good place to shop for that.

Great place for home supplies. Everything from kitchen supplies, including cookware, bathroom supplies. They have bedding and towels, etc. They also have snacks and knickknacks - I often go here when Im looking for stocking stuffers for Christmas.

I was helped by a young lady named Tatiana, and I was blown away by her customer service. By far, the most helpful person I have ever had help me in retail. She is definitely the reason why I would chose Bed Bath and Beyond over Target.

Typical BBB store with good selection of white elephant gifts. The store is packed to the gills which I understand they need to do to compete with Amazon but had to shimmy sideways to pass people and areas not passable when someone stops to shop. Biggest problem is confusion of checkout lines. They had one cashier and one customer service open, but to check out you must stand in the customer service/return line. Very confusing and creates resentment amongst others standing in line which isn’t helped by the cashier’s snippy attitude. There is a sign that’s not clear but no stancions to funnel customers thru the single line set up. Really hope BBB goes out at this location and an Amazon store / no cashier clerk goes in.

I had done some research online but I still am inexperienced in the world of juicing. I was looking at juicers and they had a fairly large selection. I was then helped by Bryan who broke down the different lines and types of juicers they had in stock and the different methods the juicers use to actually get the juice. I surprised by his knowledge on the subject and was very appreciative. Thanks Bryan.
