The associates that work here aren’t polite. They treated me like I annoyed them. And,they never offered me a warranty on my headphones that I purchased as a gift. Will be going to another location from now on. Also,I asked the lady can she print my stuff off for me behind the counter. She flat out told me NO! Again,I will not be coming back here.

Zero stars are far more appropriate. Wasted 30 bucks faxing documents the wrong way. No one was there to help. The lady walked back after the other guy said his own fax machine was jammed.So then she proceeds to tell us to use the other one. We turn around shes gone.She just wanted us and him to leave.You know if I up and left my station, Id be fired. We wasted money, he wasted money, and we all wasted time! By far this is the worst staples I have ever been too.Ill also add that I literally said it out loud. If this was me and I left my customers struggling, wasting money and lost. Id be fired. And everyone agreed. We go to leave and shes chatting it up with an associate. Did you get it to work. no! No one is there doing their job! And the other guy still cant get his machine to unjam. Meanwhile, shes standing there milking time on the clock with a fellow associate.Will not be back. I want my refund of 30 bucks

Ordered a filing cabinet and folders. Do not do shipping with this store chain. They sent it to the wrong address after I told them that it was wrong previously. I contacted customer service 5times and they lied multiple times and did not follow through with getting my order to me. I asked for a refund and I still have not received my check in the mail. Do not do business shipping with them. It is not worth it or your time.

I visited this store Sunday 5/31 @ 11:30am. Took 2 packages to the Ups desk. The young girl was very unhelpful, she said I needed to have the 2 packages in one box together.She measured a box she pulled from underneath her counter and says it would not fit. She looked over at a bunch of boxes labeled and ready for shipping and told me I had to package my 2 boxes to look like those.So I left w/out shipping my package to Amazon.I usually don’t use this store I usually go to the UPS Store on Walnut Bottom Road. They are closed on Sundays. I once took a cellophane bag with an apron on it to this store and they scanned my label off my phone, provided me with a receipt and wished me a good day.The Staples employee that I encountered was not friendly, nor professional. I left feeling I had bothered her.Will definitely not return to this store for any services.It only takes one bad/negative experience and you’re done.

This Staples location is rarely busy and typically survives the work day with a single register open. Customer service is usually prompt and the Copy /Print station offers a wide range of services, large and small.

Tried to return an item today. Was told 14 day return policy. Went back to the car. It states in the return policy on their website 30 days (14 for laptops, computers, tablets and smart devices). The CASH REGISTER I bought is none of those. I am a small business owner that is very busy and just missed the fake 14 day policy, but was within the actual 30 day policy. Will never shop staples for my business or family again.Oh, the manager said it was any electronic device (which is NOT what the website said), but he could return my calculator. Last time I checked, a calculator IS AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE....

They are SOOOO rude!!! Best to shop anywhere else!

I have never had anything but excellent service, advice, and support from this gang, both the old and new. Particularly important to an old guy who doesnt always even know the right questions to ask.They have supported me, my daughter and my two granddaughters to my full satisfaction.

At this particular Staples managers and staff and employees are always helpful they stay with you until you find what you are looking for they are always polite professional and courteous.They are customer-oriented and all the stores were like that shopping would be a pleasure

Copies were very poor quality and when I told salesperson they said its because I was making a copy from a copy. Left and went to Newville Print shop - showed Dan who said the belt on Staples copier was the problem. He made copies and they were PERFECT!

It was a quick shop and go experience. It got me what I wanted and their quality is top notch.

Prices are higher than at most other stores, and the selection is not very broad. For most office consumables (paper, pens, etc.), you are better off shopping at Walmart next door. And for the high-end specialty items (fountain pen refills and such), you will do better to shop around online.But they do have good copying services and a UPS depot, which I use at least once a month.

The staff at this Staples has always been friendly and helpful.

I go in here from time to time. Its like all retail electronic stores. Sometimes the staff are hard to find or get ahold of. But generally, I dont have a negative experience here.

I love Staples. Doesnt matter what one I go in service is always great. I usually stop at this one on my way home from work.

I order two black and white landscape plans and one colored plan and they blew up the plans to fit the paper and messed up the scale of the plans. Whats the point of even doing it to scale. Going to Rowes Print Shop for now.

Shipped a package from there yesterday was told it would be delivered today. The package was not delivered today it was shipped out today. All they could say today was it is nothing that they could do about it. If you are trying to get a package somewhere the next day, then trust me theres is a reason for it.

Even though I purchased a new Dell laptop from OfficeMax eleven months ago, they still repaired it for me after Windows crashed. OfficeMax told me they had to reboot it for 120$!!! Staples was close by so I asked for some advice. A man named Chris solved the problem in half the time and charged me only 30$ to fix my Dell. Need I say more?
