Do not get anything from them. It’s overpriced for cheap horrible products. I got a laptop from them and it died after 3 years and then replace it with a desktop that died in less than a year. My family got 2 mattresses from them and both mattresses broke quickly. Horrible products. STAY AWAY!

If I cant trust the manager to keep their word on a simple phone call then how can I trust them in general.. Integrity

I ordered a sleeper sofa and was told it would arrive that week. It took over three weeks to arrive. I understood that these things happen and was just glad it came in. I wanted to open the sofa bed up at the store and they said not to As it would possibly open up on Delivery and make things difficult so I complied. The first time they delivered it they took it out of the box which caused it to Expand and prevented them from being able to take it up the stairs. They re delivered it wrapped up and got it in the house. They left and that night when I tried using it it was broken. I called the next day and I was told they would pick it up and refund my money. After playing phone tag they came to get it. No one up till then came to see if they could fix the problem. When I asked for my money I was told the manager was enjoying a nice vacation and wrote nothing in his notes about my refund. It has been a nightmare and I caution anyone who plans on going to them for anything.

I was told it was more sufficient to pay off my washer and dryer by doing so with automatic payments coming out of my account.Turns out instead of taking out the payments I was making originally to pay it off same as cash, they took out the minimum payments and made me miss my same as cash date and now Im paying 3000 more than I would have

The lady manager is a hateful women. She is rude and uncaring. When you call in she always seems to have an attitude. Prices are over rated. They lie about their products. Be careful my friend just got something from them and they found BEDBUGS. They are also making them pay for the item when the bugs came with the item. Poor customer service and lack of knowledge and just plain rude. I will not be using them ever. Just be careful if you do or are planning on it

They are nice and its a good way to get stuff when you can buy it out right

This rent a center has very terrible service and terrible quality furniture just like that person said when you tear it apart you can see that what they use is cheap. Its probably not even real wood that they use they probably use pressboard

We got a matress and box spring and 2 months later both the matress and box spring were caved in comepletely then we moved the loveseat for the first time since we got it so we could sweep and the dust catcher underneath came off.Then we moved the couch back from sweeping under it and the whole leg came off. Then when we went to complain about it Chad or whatever his name is was getting smart. And when they came to replace the matress since we couldnt see that the box spring was caved in also, they were just going to leave it like that and not say anything about the box spring being caved in. This place has terrible quality furniture and terrible service dont buy from there.UPDATE: Then they came to check and see if all of the screws were in the couch and when they pushed the couch back they broke the cable cord and we had no phone, cable or wifi for 2-3 days. And Im in school online so I missed all of those days.

Dont buy from Rent-A-Center I was at another furniture store and they took apart a piece of furniture from Ashley Furniture which is used by Fitness Center and they use very cheap stuff to make their furniture. I found that was true when mine broke...

All of my furniture was cheap and when I told them the manager curtis got smart. Its not my fault your furniture is cheap so dont get smart with me.
