First class accommodations and customer service! From the time you walk in the door you know this is a business that cares about its customers satisfaction. The staff will go above and beyond to guarantee the happiness of their customers. Zach in parts/service was extremely helpful is dealing with my specific needs and made sure I was content with the final resolve. It’s nice to know that there are still establishments and staff that care so much about creating an inviting atmosphere for customers. If you have some time to stop in and browse, there’s a unique selection of Land Rovers in the showroom and the sales team will be more than happy to show what’s the latest and greatest! Yes, it may be a hike from the previous location, but trust me, it will be worth your drive!

Everyone at this dealership bends over backward to help; we always feel welcome there. We purchased a vehicle there and have been in a few times working with added assesories. They call us by name when we walk in the door, drop what they are working on and engage in conversation. Sheldon in sales as been amazing. If you are looking for a Rover, stop in and give Sheldon a visit. Eric in service has ensured everything is perfect. Wonderful staff!

Less than adequate customer satisfaction. Land Rover is aware of the faulty windshield seal and refuses to stand behind it in anyway. This windshield seal also allows rainwater to enter the vehicle, destroying the Radio amplifier. They force you to pay for a complete new windshield and They charge nearly $3,000 for the windshield and then want another $1,800 for the amplifier. THIS IS A MANUFACTURERS DESIGN FAULT.This location installed the windshield on my Land Rover and never affixed the inner trims back on the windshield pillars etc....Another customer won a case on this very situation in court against Land Rover.

I purchased a 2021 LR RR Westminster today. The customer service today was impeccable! My delivery of this vehicle was thorough and efficient! Everything went so quickly and smoothly, I didn’t want to leave the dealership. Sam in Sales is priceless. He is thorough and his work ethic is top notch. John in finance is amazing! All my paperwork was ready when I arrived. Signing process was about 15 min. It was a pleasure meeting and speaking with each of them. GM Mark took time to meet me and thank me for my business. Receptionist was pleasant and friendly too. If you’re looking for a LR or Jaguar, I would highly recommend this dealership!!!!...btw: I traveled from Pittsburgh for this vehicle and my drive was well worth it. Love the vehicle. I’ll definitely keep this dealership on top of my list for future RR purchases.

Took a deposit on a new defender 5 months ago. emailed one month before delivery date to tell us our order was cancelled. no further help offered. They didnt seem to know anything about options offered or differences in production years. Manager would not return calls. Recommend travelling to more reputable dealer in philly or pitt area.

I would highly recommend Land Rover Harrisburg. They were easy to work with and very accommodating with after hours drop off and after hours pick up due to traveling. I will definitely use them again. My service advisor Chris, was very helpful and quick to reply to my emails when I had questions about the upcoming appointment.

This is more of a reflection by management to relocate its dealership, to its current location nearly in Carlisle, PA. It is very far removed from its old location, which was highly accessible from both the East and West shore areas and also the entire Lancaster metro. Now it is quite isolated, and literally across the street from a Trucking company. Aesthetically the area is not very nice. Also you completely cut off your Lancaster market. And now it makes more sense for me to travel to either Range Rover Main Line or Range Rover West Chester in Chester County, then use your new facilities in Mechanicsburg. Bad management decision by far, when your old dealership was far more accessible to Lancaster and the entire East Shore Market. The location is absolutely horrid too, in an absolutely ugly area of the Carlisle Pike, nearly in Carlisle by all the truck stops. Gross.

Shopping for cars and they let a child be the salesperson, who said their parents owned a dealership... after test drives I asked for price/spec sheets on some of the in-stock vehicles and was told “we don’t do things that way here.” ?????????

Jim was nothing less and AMAZINGGGG ! He made my entire experience buying a car worth it! He was dedicated and extremely knowledgeable! I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER PERSON that’s how great of a salesman he is ! Go to Land Rover and ask for Jim you won’t regret it !

Poor customer service, I took my new car here to have a few problems fixed and a software update. 8 1/2 hours and a half tank of gas later, the issues are still there. I can not even use some of the basic functions of my new car. I would recommend driving a little further to either Maryland or Allentown for a more professional and competent Land Rover dealer.

Service visit exceeded expectations. Less time then was anticipated and under warranty. Service Manager / service department is the best I have dealt with in 30+ years. I cant say enough about how professionally run this car dealership is and I would definitely recommend.

I leased a Velar from this dealership that ended up not working properly. Nothing inside the car that required sound worked when the car was delivered to me. To my frustration, this problem ended up taking more time to fix than I expected on my brand new car. However, after speaking with the owner, Garret, I wouldn’t want to go to any other dealership other than Land Rover of Harrisburg. He was absolutely wonderful and understanding of my frustration. Very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stop by if you are considering Land Rover or Jaguar.

If you love poor customer service, this is the place for you. If I could give negative stars, I would. Purchasing a vehicle from here was THE WORST decision I ever made. This place gives LR/Jag a bad name, no wonder its hidden. I should have avoided this place at all cost. Save yourself the time, AND MONEY, and go elsewhere for your LR/Jag. With all the issues I am facing with my vehicle you would think this was a used car lot and my vehicle was BRAND NEW!!! RUN FORREST RUN!!!

After 3 years of having to travel an hour plus to bring our Jaguar and Land Rover in for Warranty service, I called to try to get our car in here. They not only do NOT offer a loaner to Jaguar owners, but also Land Rover. Seriously... you have to rent your own car for 50 bucks a day and coordinate with Enterprise because they wont give one. Honda, Audi, Mercedes, etc, etc all give loaners. Little shops give loaner used cars. But one of the most expensive car/truck brands out there wont. Also, I was just told they cant even take a service appointment for 10 days. After all this, and based on the few past experiences even doing minor service with them, I cannot recommend driving to a different dealer.

Very poor business ethics. My 2015 Range Rover with only 19k miles had a check engine light so I dropped it off at this dealer. John called me back and was very rude. Wanted to know why I dropped car off. I said check engine light is on and it should be warranty. He acted upset that I didnt need anything else. Next day they called me and said the car was fixed, but I owed $$$ because they speculate that a critter chewed a wire off. They never called to explain the situation. I never even approved the repair! They just called demanding money, or else they wont release the car to me. VERY poor business ethics to not call and keep the customer informed about their car. This dealership is so ungrateful for the business they get its a wonder they are still around. Also no loaner cars available for 2 weeks, or more. Low quality service.

Just spoke to John from the service department. I asked him if he could record my VIN number for my vehicle so I could get it registered. He replied with “My technicians are gone for the day,” with a nasty snappy attitude and hung up the phone. Funny thing is that a good friend wanted to buy a gray Jaguar off their lot next week. I’ll be recommending that he take his business elsewhere. You would expect a place like this to have better customer service. I drive by this dealership everyday and I don’t see any cars moving. Maybe bad customer service plays a roll. Please give your employees a class on CUSTOMER SERVICE!
