I highly recommend Harrisburg Jaguar because of the 5-star luxury experience they offer. The moment you set foot in their estate of the art facilities you’re greeted with smiles. Their staff listens hard to your needs and will help you at your own pace. You won’t be rushed into anything, while you’re there it’s all about you and your needs. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jonathan Wingett, he did an outstanding job helping me and made me feel like I was his only customer that day even though I could see he had to tend other activities. 10/10 I recommend this dealership for new and used car sales and for servicing any kind of vehicle as well.

A few weeks ago, I purchased a CPO 2018 F-Type from an out of state dealership, and today I took it into Jaguar of Harrisburg for PA inspections, and some minor issues that I had noticed since initially buying the car.Chris, my service writer, was simply awesome. Friendly, courteous and very professional.After the inspections were done, and they were working on some software updates, Chris informed me that they had found a small coolant leak, and traced it to the water pump, which would take a couple of hours to repair.Despite the fact that I purchased the vehicle elsewhere, I was offered a loaner vehicle, which I not need on this occasion, but I was surprised as most dealerships reserve that for customers that actually purchased from them.The facility itself was very clean and up to date, and everyone that I spoke with seemed eager and happy to help in any way they could. Despite me just having washed the car the day before, they still took the time and washed my vehicle before returning it to me.All in, just a wonderful experience, and they will certainly be my go-to for all my Jaguar maintenance needs.

I first took my jaguar to them for a check engine light. I was charged $750 just for a diagnostic. After which I was assured it was a bad mass airflow sensor. I paid them $1,700 to fix this. I picked my car up and the very next day the check engine light was back on. So I took my jaguar back to them immediately. They charged me an additional diagnostic fee and then assured me it was the catalytic converter. I paid them to install a new one. Then I picked my car up again. a week later I started to hear a weird sound from my engine and ofcourse the check engine light was right back on. I am warning you, DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP WITH YOUR VEHICLE. They will get as much money as they can out of you and lead you astray

Paid premium price for subpar service. Supposed to be a high priced dealership. Cant even get them to answer their phones. They certainly were available when it was time to pay the bill. $400+ gets you an empty key fob that cant start a dead car. How do you get into the trunk to jump the battery when its dead? Cant ask the dealership, they wont answer.

Bought a 2017 jaguar xe 35T from a used dealership in virginia. Walked in and was immediately impressed with the excellent customer service. Jason even went above and beyond to set up my remote start on my phone 9n his own time. Highly recommend.

1 Star is being too generous! My fault I didnt read the reviews before hand. If you are in the market for a Jaguar DO NOT waste your time questioning this place via email. They (notably the General Manager)rudely do not answer you back when you answer their questions as to what youre looking for. Their loss. As in these rough times, my finances were approved and ready. Just awaiting a reply. After reading the reviews, Im glad to take my business & money elsewhere.

I want to give these guys 5 Stars. Chris, the service writer is a real pro, and great to work with. The mechanics know Jags well enough to solve an issue with my X-Type that no one else could help with. If youve got a Jag-specific problem, absolutely bring it here.. these guys will fix it. BUT be prepared to pay for it. And that brings me back to the missing 5th star. Dont come here for tires, oil changes, or other basic maintenance unless its covered in a warranty program. You will pay at least twice what any other mechanic would charge. Think of this place as the specialist your regular doctor would send you to for something beyond his expertise.

The Jaguar dealership in West Chester is the place to go! everyone there is friendly and they treat you like you are a human being regardless of how much money you have in your bank account. Harrisburg not so much.

Is there a 0 star rating???I bought a $100k dollar jaguar in a different state te we are ended up moving to the Harrisburg area. For my surprise this dealer will not give loaners to people who did not buy the car in that dealer. We are talking about a luxury brand!! You would think you will get the service we deserve. It is not a Jaguar issues is this particular dealer.I now have to drive 20 more miles to go to a different dealer.Tell that to your customers when you are buying the vehicle. That if they move from the area you might find other dealers like this which wont give you a complimentary loaner. Ohh but you can always pay for Enterprise rental car o perhaps buy another Jaguar so you always have a car. They are so smart at their marketing department. Shame!! You are running a brand.

I cant say enough about what a pleasant experience working with the Service dept, in particular, Chris was. I had a recurring problem with my Rover that the small dealership I had purchased it from could not fix. After months of frustration I took it to Land Rover and they had it fixed in a few hours along with giving the car a thorough going over. Couldnt have been more pleased with the treatment I received. Love my Rover.

This place open from 9-5 which doesnt bother me, but problem is I work from 9-6 and I am sure most peoples work on same schedule.You can get a loaner only if you buy from this place(no matter if you have jaguar).Last but not least, Mr Jhon did not cared about my business.

So my battery died in my Range Rover and I could not unlock the doors with the key. I called AAA road side service and they could not unlock the doors with all of the different techniques that they tried. I called Range Rover Dealership in Harrisburg and told them my situation and that I would have AAA tow my car there. The Service representative at the dealership had told me not to bring my car there because they would not touch it and would not be able to open it for me. I would never ever buy a Range Rover ever again. The worst service I have experienced since owning this car. And the car is being serviced more then I drive it. Going back to BMW.

I am a long-time customer of the Parts Department, and I would like to extend a special Thank you to their staff. The Parts Department has been instrumental in researching, and then mailing to me, both small and large parts that have allowed me to keep road-worthy my 2004 Jaguar X-Type, my 2006 Jaguar XJ Super V8 and my 2003 Jaguar S-Type V8. I typically do most of the repair work myself. In my opinion, as a mechanic, Jaguars are beautiful cars that are well-designed, often easy to repair (i.e. designed with repair in mind), and always use the best quality parts from various well-known and respected European manufacturers (Bosch, Hela, ZF, Bilstein, etc.). They are unique, collectible, and reliable vehicles, particularly for owners who appreciate them and understand how to maintain them. Thank you for being our familys dealership! A+++

Updating review. They’ve been more reasonable with me and will now accommodate a loaner as long as its not for something frivolous like an inspection.Good service advisors and friendly staff, but the business decisions of the leadership and service department as a whole here makes this place sub-par. They dont offer loaner vehicles to anyone who doesnt buy a car from this location, you must rent a car on your own. So, you could have just purchased a 80k car from a different dealer, moved here, and you will pay to rent a car if you bring it here for service longer than a quick oil change. Almost every dealer on any car, even small mom and pop shops will give u a car to use when you are getting work done. Called 4 other close dealers and they all think its a stupid policy. Basically, its a very small dealer and dont expect red carpet brand representation, expect the feel of a small used car dealer. Im held hostage to this shop through my warranty but will use others whenever its possible until they change.
