Went to get a key made but they didnt have the right blank. But neither did Lowes. Very clean store. Staff is friendly. Willing to stop and ask if you need help or even direct you in the right area of what your looking for. Never crowded. Somewhat busy mostly. Not overwhelming with people. Id recommend this store to everybody.

Well run store, very neat and lots of friendly associates working. Found exactly what I needed and picked up a hammer drill on clearance at a great price. Used self serve checkout with no issues. An attentive associate was nearby ensuring I had no problem. I shop here a lot and have never had a bad experience.

Walked in, got greeted, asked for a specific item, and was told where to find it.

Ordered flooring and drove 40mins to pick it up. They said we had our whole order and we left. They called a few days later and said they forgot some of our order. Went back and they assured us that was everything. They called a few days later and we had to go back a third time because they didnt give us everything.We decided to give them a second chance and bought more flooring, to do another room, but paid them for delivery. They scheduled our delivery for a Friday. I used a vacation day from work to receive delivery. It never came and they never called us to let us know. Scheduled a second delivery and the same thing happened. The Home Depot is beyond incompetent and I will never shop here again.

Good place to shop. Nice friendly, helpful people. Great fastener (nails, screws, etc) section. Good selection of light bulbs and fixtures. Garden shop is really nice.

The service is solid. Do their best to get you whatever you need and if it isnt in store they are more than willing to help you order online and have it delivered.

Im sure the store is fine but curbside pickup is absolutely not worth it. I checked in appropriately, 10 minutes later they called me and asked me to move to a closer area. It then took an additional almost 15 minutes for them to bring it out. When I called to check the status, someone in the background got snippy about my call. That was inappropriate, plus the delay completely defeated the purpose of me doing curbside pickup-- my toddler was not happy we sat around so long. And we do curbside everywhere, nowhere else takes this long. Wont be making this mistake again.

Home Depot, not my usual store. Made an online, curbside service purchase. Reasons, rebuilt left wrist and thumb. Received a text as requested, arrived at store, input code and waited. 6 minutes go by and I go in.Online purchase agent was informative and told me where my order was. Instructed to Pro area. Someone will come out and load. Great 👍.Arrived at Pro area and waited...Since I new where my order was, I went in. Found my order and it was correct. 20 2x4x8 and 4 sheets of OSB. Seemed every one was busy. Grab the cart and pushed it through the door. Went and got my truck and waited for someone to help 🙃...Preceded to load my truck.1. I did this with a rebuilt wrist.2. Not one person stopped me or offered help in any way...

I have visited the Carlisle Home Depot many times over the years. Ive never left a review for them but everyone has always been very helpful and assisted me as I needed. Just today Michael in plumbing came and helped me to locate a vanity. It wasnt in his section but he came and helped anyways. We couldnt locate the vanity at first so he offered to go up front and check there. The vanity was in another aisle. Michael got a machine and went up to get it down. Once we got the vanity down Michael pointed out an indentation in the box. He offered to take a look at it and assess if any damage was there. Fortunately there wasnt any damage but I appreciate him going above and beyond. I certainly always plan to shop at the Carlisle Home Depot. I appreciate the employees and the store.

My go to home reno store for almost everything I need. People are always nice and their selection is huge. If they dont have it they will do what they can to help you get it.

I walked in, they asked me what I wanted, they got it for me and as I moved my car it was brought to the service desk, I paid and left. Excellent service!!

My worst experience ever. I will never return again. I asked a lady that was sitting in the kitchen dept if she could get me help for a washer and dryer. After waiting 15 minutes I asked again and she had the most terrible attitude. Then I get a lady and I ask which set of appliances are in the store and she says we only have this set here . Well I said ok Im going to lowes.

Home Depot still offering recycling of CFL light bulbs. Excellent service and eco friendly process. Do not go the way of your blue box competition which has dropped the service. NOT EARTH FRIENDLY! So keep up the effort.

When we first walked in, Chad was not the friendliest person but, thank goodness we met Emma! Emma is amazing and she cut our wood perfect and also gave us ideas for our project. I’m giving Home Depot 5 stars for Emma and her helpfulness!

Had the worst shopping experience at the home depot on Derry street the manger by the name of mike was very rude to me and when I was getting clearance items that was tiles marked down he got upset and told me i couldnt buy them then told me i had to leave the store for being rude and disrespectful also claimed that on this day Nov 30 at 1140 am that I called one of his employees racist and as I was leaving he called the cops and said I was creating a hostile environment. When I got out side the cops was there and the told me they was going to lock me up for trust passing, I ask the cop to go look at the tape in the store that would prove other wise.the sad thing is that Im a African American and I was treated that way by the police and the store manager I was guilty and had to prove my self Innocent so sad because I shop at all for home depot in Harrisburg and this one one Harrisburg pike up by Dickerson is the only one I feel is racist and if you dont be live me go to the store and see for your self there maybe 2 minority that works per shift. I hope some one will read this and have that home depot pull the surveillance tape to see that Im telling the truth but in America they dont want you to know that your treated unfair because of your color so go to the home depot look at the tapes from Nov 30 1130 to 12 and get rid of the manger mike for Discriminating a Customer

Where to begin. Well, my wife and I spent 5k and change on appliances a few months ago and had to wait for months for the delivery, which okay I get that. Finally the appliances were delivered Monday the 9th of November. Everything was fine, until I put the dishwasher in. It kept coming with a leak code, even after I checked the hoses for leaks. I called Home Depot on the 10th, the very next day to inform them of the issue. I was advised by an employee that Samsung would contact me and set up a time for a tech to come look at my appliance. Well Wednesday passed and to make sure I didnt install anything wrong I had a plumber come look at it. The plumber stated the dishwasher has a crack in the drum and is leaking from the center. I called Home Depot to inform them and let them know the update. The associate informed me that they have no record of me calling and because its been over 48 hours they can do nothing to help on their end! Convenient how they have no record of me calling and I was informed to wait for a phone call from Samsung. Long story short Home Depot is scum. Im a vet and they sure had no problem screwing me after Veterans Day. I would def recommend going to Lowes over these scumbags any day! Thanks Home Depot, for really screwing my family and I after we spent 5k at your store. Definitely wont make that mistake again!UPDATE: Home Depot corporate end has bought us a new dishwasher. This has been a pain but at least they have done the right thing! It seems you have to speak to someone up high to get things done, however overall we are happy that they did the right thing, because they are pro vet and I’d like to keep buying from them because of that.

Great people. I want to thank Ken in the lumber department. I needed a landscaping tie cut into sections. Their competitor refused to do it. I called Home Depot and Ken said to ask for him and he would cut it for me. When I got there, he was just heading for lunch, but turned around and came back to help me. He was friendly and helpful. He told me he likes what he does, and it shows. His attitude is awesome and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I hope Home Depot realizes what an awesome employee they have.

Went to get LP gas for the grill. We needed a spare bottle because our old bottle was last safety checked in 1983, 😆. Cheapest place to buy a new bottle with exchange. 19 dollars and 97 cents! Also was a full tank. 20 pound bottle.

We went to every home improvement store in the area. Needless to say, I leave no stone unturned. With that being said, I even am particularly picky with the customer sales representative that would deal with us. I even narrow it down to the person that is how much time and consideration I take into account before making a purchase.
