I’d give 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service ever! Kept our receipt! Lied about the ring being 2 carat! Gave us the wrong date to pick it up! Then could not find my account or a bill! I had to call corporate before my credit got ruined! Ring is beautiful but they ripped us off!

It was down right the worst EVER!!!! If I could give no stars I would in a heartbeat! I wanted to get my fiancé a Forever Us Ring cause its suppose to be 1 diamond for your best friend, and another for your true love. Not only was the ring only a 1/4 of a carrot after the guy said it was 2 carrots. He straight up lied about the monthly payments, and to top it off when we went back to pick up the ring from being resized the guy said that he needed all the receipts back. (3 in total) We called corporate and they said that they shouldnt of done that. When corporate called them they said that they could print me out a copy when I went back to the mall. I have been back to the mall 3 different times for a copy of my receipt and each time they have a new excess about there printer not working, or were waiting for it t be hooked up. Still have no copy of my receipts! Buyer Beware!! Your better off going somewhere else or getting a ring online!!!
