I definitely will never ever go there again. The store has so many empty shelves with little item to select. I was there around 8am-9am on Septemeber 25 and as I was gonna grab an item and was going to give it a positive review but turns out the hire manager hired a uneducated employee who know nothing about Rite Aid. While I was taking pictures and was gonna share it here she ran up to me and said, youre in a private property in a sarcastic tone and back of my mind was like: LMFAOOOO are you for real? I then told her, you just ask for negative review and you gonna get it. The lady was around 5 feet tall, she was white and very skinny with long blondie hair. If I was to rate the store between 1 and 10, I will denifinitely say below zero.

Their pharmacy is the best in town! I went to CVS for years and then just got sick of waiting in line and dealing with them not having my prescription ready when they said it would. I’m baffled to read these negative reviews of the RiteAid pharmacy. Everyone that works there is so kind, well some more than others. But I get it! I worked it retail for 19 years and it’s tough. They do it with a smile and are very efficient. Plus I rarely have to wait in line, when I do it moves quickly. This is the best pharmacy in town! Thank you!

The place is already about to go out of business. Go in to get ice cream and there out of the top flavors. Corporate it’s time to throw in the towel shut the place down.

They do not enforce wearing masks! Dont go there. Customers without masks or gloves touching everything in the store.

This place is a black hole of incompetence. cant find anyone to help me. they called someone and they never came. not enough people working there. or maybe theyre all in the back drinking coffee.

I avoid the place if I can, run down interior and less than professional management. I do love the cheap thrifty ice cream though.

This is my favorite drug store. One of the pharmacy techs offered to stay a little late so I could get my prescription that night. You cant beat that.

The pharmacists really dont give a damn so its pretty difficult to keep going to get your prescriptions when, when a problem arises or you have to explain something, they dont listen and just tell you what They know in a fake polite voice

Poor customer service at pharmacy. Does not refill automatic refills on schedule. Have to call them every time.

It always takes a long time to deliver the medicine.I ordered the medicine and had to wait 10 minutes, and come back an hour later and they did not have it ready.To wait longer.I think they should improve.
