Getting two only due to the very few good people who still work there. But theres this one girl who works in there that is so conceded that she feels everything is about her in some way.I enjoy going in when she is not working but when she is there I just say nothing get what I came for and leave.

Stopped to get windshield washer fluid. Bubbly friendly service and even offered me a paper funnel so theres no leakage on our engine. Awesome.

This store has a good selection of drinks, and they also sell hot food which is a plus if I am trying to find a quick bite on the go. I still usually avoid this place if I can, for a few reasons. 1- the customer service is pretty consistently bad, when I go in there the workers hardly even look at me because they are too busy talking to their buddies and cussing back and forth... 2- for some reason they stop selling alcohol at 10 which is weird because the shell across the street dells until 2am.This business is listed as 24 hrs but I have been here several times when the doors are closed and locked and a sign that says they will be back later

The staff here is very rude except the guys working in evening. She only recognized two id in this world,only drivers license and passport. So if you don’t have both or have expired license or have a temporary permit to drive then this isn’t the place to go get smokes because this lady have a limited knowledge about ids verification.

This place went the extra mile tonight. We had just spent a long day at the beach for my sons birthday. My husband stopped to get gas and left his wallet on top of the gas pump. We didnt realize it until we got home to San Jose. I called and one of the attendants had brought it in. We were so happy to hear that it was safe and very grateful for honest people. Thank you so much Chevron for hiring such wonderful people.

The worst service ever. The store says 34 hours but I cant buy any thing on my way to work in the morning before 4 am. They need to change their hours or hire new staff in the morning who will allow sales!!!

This is the best gas station I have ever been to. The customer service is always great, and the store is always nice and clean.

This is my go to gas station. its open for gas 24/7 which suits my schedule. i appreciate the clean bathrooms. i appreciate the good employee service.reading through the preceding reviews, i want to note that 1.this station is open 24 hrs - for gas. its a gas station. 2. the capitola police are the capitola police. their actions do not reflect on this station. 3. these employees give a lot more than be expected, given the low wage. im thankful that this chevrons employees offer customers attentive, polite service. i always receive courteous, and, yes, sometimes distracted and slow attention, depending on how may folk there are, or what mood those folk are in. But the pumps are clean and functioning, the bathrooms are clean, and the shelves are stocked - all the time.Bottom line: this is my go to station. i only use chevron, but i go past AJs on Bay/Porter everytime, AJs on Soquel everytime, and if i have enough gas to make a choice, i go past the chevron on Ocean in Santa Cruz, to get to the 41st ave. station. The price is always as good or better here, and it just feels like a high class operation all around.

5am manager. I appreciate your help of Clearly speaking into my big 360 camera and observing me agree and follow rruest no less than 4 times. But the 80 dollars spent and non full pumps which I vacated as asked. Was certainly a police matter. I dont argue but you mention not to leave my expensive tie down gear I was, well, using, a bunch of litter that I better not leave. puzzled but said and did do not saying no once. You called the police and your addl false statements corrabirated. Oops. No warrants or records but a shakedown And physical force on non-combatant customer desperately trying to leave as instructed but threatened to rush unsecured cargo or face arrest. Officers state its not quite secure, but specifically order dangerous transport ONLY to Safeway a mile away which I stated I didnt know as a non local. I lost the load of over $1000 BMW new parts, on film and reassured I was going to be followed 3 times though I didnt say I wanted anything but to get out of town to work. My my capitola pd why didnt you ask why was at the Sears buying hardware away from home? And why did Im ask if they were patrolling specific local areas and they quickly said negative to. Hint I am buying acreage in a community that is where I am going to place a brand new retirement home I would vacation in for the next 15 years. 30 minutes away from my current home roughly 5 times the value of a geographically beautiful capitola. Im sorry your citys taxes are going to be impossible to get the loyalist citizen scratching their head when I make sure its entirety is the sole copy I will allow the company and city public record to be authorized and approved to show. Says its 24 hours, not true at all... a blatant lie. walked over a mile at 2am to get here and they actauly close for cleaning from 12 yo 4 every night. thanks for wasting my time guys.
