Absolutely Terrible! Its not even good enough to get this 1 star that Im giving it. Its overpriced and the employee kept messing up my lenses.

I had recently moved to town and didn’t know where much was. I needed to get my glasses tightened so I took them here even though this isn’t where I bought my glasses. The customer in front of me was being so rude and irrational towards the man working. Blaming him for something that was out of his control and could only be fixed by her insurance. When she finally left I expected him to be in a bad mood and wasn’t sure if he would help me since I didn’t buy my glasses there. But he was so sweet and helpful. He tightened my glasses and even did it for free.

Quick, easy, good prices, nice doc, straight to the point, in and out in under 30 minutes

Seems like it would be a better fit for me plus my insurance is going to pay for everything.

Havent even seen the doc yet and the people up front or not helpful at all or welcoming. As Im typing this, I can hear one of the workers talking on the phone to someone else exclaiming how bad it is that someones staring at them when theyre backed up on work. Then she ended the call with that I should get back to work Ive been on the phone with you for 40 minutes. Look, if I could make my own glasses i would. So far this place makes me nervous about seeing the doctor

I brought in the report from my last eye exam (which included my contact lenses brand) and waited for 10 minutes while two workers were sitting at their desks not helping any customers. Finally, I got helped, and the entire time the woman was staring at the clock, obviously disinterested with what I was trying to ask her. Ended up leaving as the worker told me they couldnt get me new contacts as they didnt carry the specific brand I had last time, ignoring the fact they had exactly what I needed just in a different brand. Last time Ill go there.Ended up at sears and the service was immediate and the staff informed me my last lenses were off brand and they went ahead and ordered the name brand. They even matched the competitions price for me so I wouldnt have to cover the difference. That was good service, take notes walmart.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

The only good help n customer service is the part time LADY,The other employees and I assume is the manger are rude bad attitude.I think they dont like being there,and they are causing a hostile environment for the younger lady MaryGet some professional help please

Stood at counter foe 20 minutes and and nobody came out to help me go to any other place for glasses or anything else.

The worst glasses I ever had. Went back for adjustments many times and they never got them right. Now they have a crack at the bottom so Im out almost $300.

After paying a small fortune for glasses at another chain eye store we went to Walmart and their prices and friendliness is unbeatable

I walked in thinking that I knew what I was looking for and was greeted by a lady named Alice whom was full of new information about glasses that I was unaware of. Because of Alice I was able to save a lot of money by not purchasing things that were UNnecessary to my needs
