We looked at around 20 different furniture stores in 4 different cities and couldn’t find anything that was comfortable and that we could get in less than 2 months. Then we came here and in less than 30 min. found something super comfortable and got it within a week. Best customer service and prices, plus we even got a free 4 night hotel stay in one of 400 hotels to choose from with our purchase. You won’t regret buying from here!!

Had been to many places looking for kitchen table and chairs befor Slumberland.While we were there looking we stumbled upon a table and chairs set it was gorgeous and a color that will go with everything in our kitchen remodel. We knew when we saw it it was ours.The sales lady was so nice and helpful. She never pressured us and was awesome. I am so ready to have our kitchen finished a remodel, I want to see my new kitchen table and chairs in there.

Slumberland had everything we were looking for. The salesperson, Kay, was absolutely wonderful. I was there on 3 different occasions trying to decide. She was patient and answered all my questions. The service lady who approached me and my husband at the Cape Girardeau location was rude as can be. First tell me the kitchen table sets are kept in house then change it to nothing in the store can be purchased and delivered for 20 weeks. Ending the conversation with good you didnt waste my time.Never in my life will I go to Slumberland again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!

Connie was awesome made the selection of a mattress quick and easy and she doesn’t need a cell phone to do her job right. I came in not wanting to buy but she showed me the best deal for my price range and I couldn’t resist.

However, the Marcy sofa I purchased plainly states in the details it has Reversible cushions . It does not. So the details are misleadingIm waiting for my sofa to arrive it will take approximately wks to arrive.

Alex McQuinn was wonderful. Before we entered the store we discussed that we hate hovering furniture sales associates. We want to talk about our purchase in private. When we entered Alex was nearby, gave us the run down and sales that are happening, then departed for us to enjoy ourselves. After sometime at the recliners he approached again just as a sweep by to ensure we were okay. I decided to explain my issue with the recliners and he had a wick follow up question, engaged my son, then took us to what he thought would be a good fit. He was dead on. Best furniture sales experience weve ever had. Thank you Alex for listening, assisting, and most importantly not being creepy. If you need cushioned furniture, go to Slumberland and ask for Alex. Just went in to browse and was just amazed at the selection, the set up and cleanliness of the store, how friendly all the employees were (especially since I was way hippied out and looked like I didnt have a dime to my name) while I was looking around I heard the manager Kay resolve a customers issue with a calm, cool air of rationale and it seemed the person on the phone hang up with a completely different outlook on their situation. I was impressed with the whole store and left feeling just a tad guilty because really I was just killing time and needed a place to use the restroom... if I ever get blessed with money, Ill be sure to spend some of it there... good peeps 100%

I have always had the best service at Slumberland. Fast delivery, when they say it will arrive it does, prices are reasonable. All the sales representatives are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure youre satisfied.

I have been looking for a swivel lounger for some time. I looked online and Slumberland had what I wanted. When we came in Alex McQuinn showed us exactly what we wanted. We looked at a few other models, but I kept going back to the swivel lounger. Alex did a great job explaining the features of all the chairs available and he explained how the accident protection plan worked. It was a great experience and I would recommend this store to anyone.

I went in on May 16th to order a table. I was told they had a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks on the order. Six weeks seemed a long but I wanted the table and with this virus seemed understandable sort of but everything was opening back up, including non essential manufacturers. Called to check on my table at the 4 week mark since I had not heard from them. Told me my table would not be in until July 24th which would be 9 weeks. So getting close to almost double the promised time. I called and spoke to a manager and basic response was oh well do you want the table or not. She promised it would be in before the July 24th mark but would not give me a date. To me if someone is spending over $1000 dollars with your company customer service should be top priority. I will not be going through with future furniture purchases there.
