Great shopping experience! Salesman Kevin was pleasant and helpful and no pressure! Our family members have been Laz-y-boy connoisseurs for many years. Kevin listened to what features we wanted in a recliner and he took us to the room where they were conveniently grouped in a row. We proceeded to test drive each chair, and take our time deciding. We felt welcomed, unrushed, and accommodated. We had wanted the chair to have a swivel base, but we were also hoping to have the chair right away. Kevin arranged for us to have the chair delivered, and then to have the swivel base installed when the base was in stock.

I recently visited the store on Friday, February 12th and Joy was my sales representative. She was wonderful and such a great help. I was in to purchase a new box spring and mattress. We actually purchased a Sleep Number bed right after the beginning of the year and do not like it at all. She handled my concerns and answered all my questions which helped in my decision on which set to purchase. Just some information I wanted to pass on, because I know and understand when working with the public they don’t always receive the recognition they deserve.

It was agreed I would pay for his time to be there for one hour on Sunday. Imagine the disappointment when no one showed up at the arranged time. We ended up going to your competitor and purchasing a new sofa and recliner and got a pretty good deal. We showed up late on a holiday weekend and thought they closed at 7, but found out they actually closed at 5. We walked in shortly before 5, not realizing.... the salesman was extremely polite even though the were closing. He helped with pricing on several items that werent marked, then he check the stores stock of the items we were interested in. Never once did he complain or hurry us along. We ended up purchasing a bedroom suit as well as a kitchen table with chairs. Both were for Christmas gifts. The salesman stayed late, did the paperwork, set up delivery, and all with a smile and conversation. Highly recommend this store. Holiday shopping can be very stressful, especially for the sales staff. Not here. Excellent experience. Thank you and we will purchase from you for our future needs.RP

I worked with Joy to co-ordinate the purchase of new dining room chairs for my existing table. She made several good ideas, such as bringing in a leaf of my table and a drawer from my buffet. It took a couple trips and some time to reach my ultimate decision. I looked at other furniture stores and on line and decided I liked her hands on knowledge. I also trusted Patrick Furniture to stand behind my purchase. I am very pleased with Joy and her abilities an knowledge.

John Cobb, our salesman, explained the differences and advantages between the various mattresses and accessories. This enabled us to make the best choice for our particular needs. Very pleased with the overall experience.

As soon as we walked in the door we felt welcomed and not overwhelmed. Joy was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect rocker/recliner to snuggle up in with our little one. We didnt use the delivery service, but the local flat rate fee was minimal compared to other furniture retailers in the area. The store itself was set up very beautifully, and made me want more than what I came for. And a total bonus was, if we dont use the protection plan we purchased it becomes a future store credit. We will definitely recommend Patrick, and be shopping with them for our future home furnishing needs.

A great selection of beautiful quality furniture. Kevin helped us without pressure, answered a ton of questions, and we cant wait to try out our adjustable split king bed! We have a 4 year old couch and oversized chair that is still holding up great with dogs, a cat and grandchildren bouncing all over them.

It was a high price furniture store. Just like the rest. Cant say they where over priced. Nothing jump out at me.

I had the chair I bought delivered and the delivery people at first tried to give me a cheaper model. I told them I bought a different chair and luckily I got a picture of the one I bought, I showed him the one I paid for and he told me that hell look in the truck then they found it. I wonder what would have happened if I hadnt taken that picture!

Joy was great to work with, no pressure at all and gave us time to look around who it feeling rushed. I definitely recommend they offer great furniture protection that nowhere “ we went” did. Can’t wait to do business with them again.

Really enjoyed our visit at the Cape Girardeau store! We drove 30 miles after work and walked in about a half hour before they closed. We’re greeted nicely, given a brief layout of the store and left alone to explore on our own - no pressure or sales rep breathing down our necks is how we like it. Found a piece we fell in love with and Alison Mosley gave us info on it & her card as we wanted to think on it. Called her the next morning to order it and she was GREAT to work with!! I entered Patricks Furniture in March to look at their selection of sectionals. I was greeted by Pat who was very helpful and friendly. He showed me all of the sectionals in the store and helped me with pattern samples. I asked a lot of questions and Pat was very knowledgeable and patient. I never felt pressured by him and I am very, very happy with my new sectional which was delivered yesterday! I went there to buy 2 recliners. First off, they had a huge selection of recliners to choose from. I was only looking for a lazy boy recliner and again they had a large number to pick from. My sales representative, Joy, was very knowledgeable about the furniture and what fabric you could choose without altering the price. She was patient and never once did I feel pressured to buy. She helped us to select the fabric for the recliners. We also chose to buy a lazy boy couch and again helped us select the right color and texture of fabric for the couch. Was disappointed here. I had to look all over for a salesperson and was told there were only 2 in the entire store. One was busy with a customer in the back and he had been in the office taking care of an order. Leaving no one at the front of the store. He was very knowledgeable, but they didnt have what we looking for and what they did have was very expensive.

Horrible customer service. I just left and not once did anyone greet me. The sales lady looked at me and then looked away. There was a salesman that was helping another couple but I didnt receive a Hello someone will be with you in just a moment. I walked the entire store and got not one acknowledgment. Im pretty sure my money spends just as well as the others which is sad seeing that I was interested in a dresser in the store.
