Went there twice today. Oil change took 13 minutes. About $35 for a high mileage oil change, and it isnt a bad deal at all. Came back around the evening to get my headlights restored. This took the longest amount of time of the two procedures, but Im impressed with the work. Only $25/vehicle for the headlight restoration process. This place is great for the price, but make sure you have the time. They are not always quick, but they sure do get the job done!

So they are here until 8, but only take on enough work to get them to 8. So if you show up at 630 and need an oil change, you’re out of luck. Even the manager won’t stay late to make the business a sale.

Upon my visit there was no one in front of me to wait for service. The associate that put me in the system was slow and blamed it on the handheld they were using. The associate kept asking the techs if they had a certain oil and how can we do it. That process took 30 mins. Then once we finally made it past the set up it took more than an hour to do the oil change! The set up associate and tech kept talking for the last 20 mins of my service... Then had the audacity to say we are going as fast as we can when I asked how much longer to stop them from idle chit chat.

Isaac, the mechanic who tried his very best to solve my problem, was wonderful. However, clerks in the auto dept were heard to say they hated phone calls and generally left the phone to ring incessantly. It is often difficult to find someone to help you in this dept. The auto manager was heard to say to a non-auto person who was sent over to help with customers that the man was useless even as a cashier, in front of patrons. I would expect more of a Mgr to not belittle an employee in front of others no matter how pressed the manager was. The man was only doing as he was told. He was trying to do his best under a difficult situation in an area he was unfamiliar.

Two hours for an oil change and rotation. No waiting, they pulled it in as soon as I got there. The oil change was done in less than 20 minutes. They pulled it out and parked it. It sat for over an hour. They finally did the rotation after I checked with the service manager to see if it was ready, who was friendly. Two hours after arriving, I paid and left. Upon leaving the lot, I discovered that the steering wheel was COVERED in filth. My hands were jet black by the time I got home. I wouldnt be upset with a little bit of dirt on the wheel, but there was so much it had to be intentional. The attached image is the result of using one wipe on 1/4 of the steering wheel. Wont be back, Ill gladly pay triple somewhere else.

Took my car in to get my tires changed after getting a flat. I was really nervous at first because Ive heard a lot of bad things about the Walmart autocenter. Everything went better than expected. All of the tires were swapped out in a timely manner with no issues.Except they didnt put the donut in the trunk properly. They just laid it in the back instead of bolting it down in the proper location. So 4 stars instead of 5. Come on guys!

Brought my car here twice. Had to bring it back both times because they installed an air filter the wrong way. No joke. And thats usually after a 1-2 hour wait. Staff has zero clue what theyre doing. Theyre 2 for 2 when it comes to finding a way to screw something up.

My wife and daughter where in today (Wednesday, July 11th, 2018). Tire issues while on the road north to Iowa for a vacation. 2 new tires to replace the front ones. All said and done the center made a mistake and installed FOUR new tires... Bonus... these guys admitted their mistake and only charged my wife for the 2 she originally wanted/needed. THAT, is great customer service.

Literally the SLOWEST place I’ve ever been to in my life. Came in to get my tire patched was told it would be 15 mins. I’m now here 2 hours and 45 mins later still waiting. Have had nothing but bad and slow experiences with this place. You guys will no longer get my service ever again. Wish i could 0 Star.

Got a quote for a tire over the phone. Went there and they didnt mention extra for installation which is fine. At first they were going to charge over $20 for it. I questioned what it includes and half was for an optional coverage. So they were going to charge me an optional coverage without even asking if I wanted it? I left. If youre not going to be upfront and honest, Im not doing business there.

Literally the worst tire center I have ever been at...first exprience 2 years ago with them they tried to charge me for 4 new tires for a trailer that only had 2 😂. I actually had to take the shop manager out and show them they couldnt have possible put 4 tires on my trailer it only had 2.Im now sitting waiting for them to patch a tire. Its been a 1 and 1/2 since the car went on the lift. The tech has been working on it since it went up. In my previously career I could have changed and rotated 4 tires in less than 40 minutes. He cant even patch one in a hour and a half! Be warned find somewhere else to go if you value your time.

Normally I dnt have any issues here but I bought tires 4 the 1st time here b4 we left 2 go outta state. N some genius didnt put the tire all the way on the rim. I noticed it drove funny n informed my hubs. Had hym drive it only 2 get out n c tire wasnt all the way on. So we had to go back early next morning b4 trip and they didnt even offer a free oil change or nothing

We normally dont have any problems when taking our car here, other than the wait, which is to be expected, but this will most likely be our last time bringing pur car here. My husband stopped in the night before to make sure they had the tires we wanted and the lady he talked to was very nice and told him she would put him in for 7am! Well we got here before 7am and walked to the main entrance so we could be back since it was locked, when we got to the auto center, the manager Eddie was standing behind the counter, so my husband nicely told him he came in the nigjt before and she put him in for an appointment at 7am, Eddie rudely looked at my husband and said this is first come first serve which we didnt know, especially since he was told he had an appointment, and we had no problem with that, other than the blunt rudeness of this manager, then he rudely asked what our tire size is and tells us we have to go outside and check in!! So we go outside to check in and already there is a long line, which again, no biggie, other than there were only 2 guys out in the bays working, 1 that was taking care of the customers and the other pulling a car in, so I decide to come in and wait instead of standing outside, and Eddie is standing at the register doing NOTHING but talking to 2 other employees about problems that had nothing to do with work!! Im not trying to tell anyone how to do their job, but it seems if Eddie was doing something other than standing around and gossiping then maybe the only 2 workers out in the bays could acually work on the cars instead of having to take all the information from the customers!! Eddie could really use some retraining in customer service and not being so rude!!!!

Only rating one star because I can’t rate 0. I’ve currently been here for 2 hours and they haven’t even started on my car yet. The tire with a nail on it isn’t even on the car but they wouldn’t let me just leave the tire for them to fix. When I just asked the guy at the counter and informed him I’d been here for almost 2 hours and was missing work he said “You’ve actually only been here for 102 minutes but they haven’t started on it yet. We can just cancel it if you’d like.” Implying that 102 minutes (minus the 10 I had to wait to get checked in because there was no one manning the desk) is still an acceptable amount of time to pull a nail out of a tire and patch it. The other time I’ve been here for the same reason, it took an hour and a half. Service is rude and you will be stranded here for hours. Go anywhere else.
