All I can say is buyer beware! The salesman was very helpful in explaining the car and its features. However, if you finance through the dealership, beware. Finance manger was extremely friendly, but not completely honest. He convinced us to purchase a service plan ($5,402.00). We were hesitant at first due to the increase in the monthly payment, then he told us we could cancel it at any time. He failed to mention, if we did cancel after financing, it would not lower our payment.The total experience was wonderful until we got home and really analyzed all the paper work. a $40K car became a $50 car, and we ended up financing $36K after a $15 downpayment. All I am saying, check the numbers closely before you leave.
The sales man was nice, but I feel like I wasted a lot of time. Online it said one car was available, sent my husband down there to look at it only to be told they didnt have it. Found another car, then got told again oops, sorry we just sold that one too. Communication needs to be better.
Communication between whats shown as available and what actually is needs to be a lot better. 3 times for 3 different cars I was told something was available only to find out that it wasnt. Wasted a lot of time. Only good thing about that place is the dealer I dealt with was plesent.

But in all my years (almost 2 decades) of owning a Honda and going to various dealerships for service I have never had a better service advisor than Robbie. I don’t know what happy pill he takes everyday but he always has a smile on his face (even under his mask)! He somehow makes taking my money more pleasant than it should be.

Stop by in the morning looking for a vehicle we already had in mind and had one of the quickest and friendliest car buying experiences. Curtis is a great salesperson and very personable.
First off we havent ever purchased anything from this dealer so when we drove onto the lot we didnt know anyone. We were looking for a specific color and specific options. Mr John Brookover introduced himself and we explained what we were looking for and within about a minute he said I have one vehicle that checks all the boxes. It was a 2018 CR-V EX AWD. We took it for a test drive and decided quickly this was the car. After returning to the dealership we were able to make a deal quickly and move onto the financing department where we were introduced to Mr Mac Robinson. The car we were purchasing was for our daughter and this was to be her first major purchase on credit. Mr Robinson within a very reasonable amount of time had us financed with really good interest rate for a first time buyer. The experience was second to none. I want to personally thank Mr Robinson for his service to our country and also his service to our communities as a past member of law enforcement. After the completion of the purchase Mr Brookover took plenty of time to go over the features and answer all our questions. Thank you Cape Girardeau Honda for a wonderful experience.

We took our daughters first car, a 2013 Honda Accord manual, to this dealership to have it checked out before she leaves for her out of state job. Imagine our consternation when Brad called from the shop and said that it needs a whole new motor, and it will cost us $4,700. We paid the $140 for the diagnosis, and took it to my nephew who is a mechanic. He said it needed new wires, plugs, and a coil. It cost us a fraction of Hondas quote, and didntneed a new motor at all. Brad said that they have a used motor on hand, and these manual motors are uncommon. We just hope nobody else gets ripped off. I asked for my $140 back and they refused. We were extremely disappointed in their service. You may want to get a second opinion on mechanic work.
Excellent service all the way from shopping to purchase. Chance, Tom and Norman worked for us to get us the vehicle we needed for our large family. They were patient and friendly, took the time to understand what we needed and made it happen, even dropping the price of the vehicle so we could afford to add a warranty. I filled out the pre-approve application. I was approved and set up an appointment to look at vehicles. My excitement was up because I was pre-approved. Picked out a vehicle then sat for 3 hours while they tried to work out the numbers. The salesman came and told me I could get lunch while they finished up. I ended up going home and sent him a text. He replied telling me they wouldnt accept 1 of my jobs because I wasnt there long enough so my income fell short!!!!! Why waste my time with pre-approval just vfc to disappoint me in the end! I couldve went elsewhere and drove away with my new vehicle instead of wasting 4 hours of my time! By the time I was informed it was too late to go anywhere else!!!! So I had to keep the rental vehicle and pay for the extra time out of my pocket!As a side note, the salesman was incredibly nice! I was happy to pay a little more so he could have a good commission.

I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. I wasnt happy with my last visit because it seemed they always wanted to sell me additional services. They were very friendly, fast and courteous. I would certainly consider their service department again.
My battery was dead because of not using it for several weeks after hitting a deer and the day I was to take it in for repairs it wouldn’t start. We were able to jump it and we called Cape Honda to see if they could put in a new battery. We were so grateful that they told us yes bring it in as soon as possible which we did and it only took about 20 minutes and we were able to drop our car off at the repair shop in plenty of time. Our thanks to them all!! (And they even did a car wash which was badly needed after setting in an open garage for about three weeks)👍💖😊
Super impressive customer service. Rob and his team were helpful and honest, and my 07 Accord is running like new again! Also, while waiting, I witnessed another associate calm a customer down who was visibly upset about her car issues. He handled it with empathy and understanding and laid out several options to handle the finances. You dont see that level of customer service much these days. Ill definitely be back.

Brad Henderson has been my service manager of choice since I purchased my first Honda, a 2010 model. Brad has become a friend while taking care of my car. Several times I have dropped by for a simple correction or adjustment which took only minutes for Brad. I had the 60,000 mile service agreement which he followed and informed me what had been done. On occasions when he might be away the other service manager, whose name I cant recall, handled my need equally as well as Brad would have. Those two gentlemen, and I feel sure others I never met personally, responded like it was their automobile. Service and excellent products make a strong company.I was so sorry to learn of the devastating injury Brad experienced. Having him back at his service position while dependent on a wheelchair spoke volumes. I will continue to remember him in prayer as the healing process unfolds.By the way, the shuttle service to and from my home at Chateau when needed has been appreciated. Your driver who most frequently transported me makes one feel like family. Service like that doesnt go unnoticed.Charlie

The battery died on our 02 accord. It was a Honda warranted battery, so took the battery and receipt, the ever important receipt, in and see what you guys can do for us. Got a new 100 month warranted battery for less than 70 bucks. Brought it home, put it in the car and off we go.

The Sales manager blew me away when I walked in to close on a car they had obtained for me from out of state. He said they noticed a bubble in the chrome of the grill and had already ordered a replacement, and that there were a couple nicks in the windshield that they would take care of. This was on top of the excellent deal negotiated through my salesman. All together this was the best car buying experience of my life.

The service personnel were very friendly. Brad met me at 6:15 am!!! Amazing. The night before I arrived with a very low tire at 6:10 pm. He and Chris were still there and ready to leave but very kindly aired it up and told me to come back the next day to have it repaired. They also did the 90,000 mile service, which i have to say costs WAY TOO MUCH!!!!! But, that is not their fault. Scott, the driver on Tuesdays, was super friendly as I waited for the car to be brought around. I am so happy the car is washed for me. Thank you. When my husband died several years ago I told the service personnel they need to be honest with me and treat me fairly. I feel they have done such. Just hate to spend over $500 for this! I am so hoping it extend the life of my car.

I had a recall done for my fit, and the free service along with the recall was excellent. I was unaware that they do a car wash on recall work and my car was absolutely covered in sap but they had it looking like new at the end, and now my airbags wont kill me anymore so its a win win!

Cape Girardeau Honda has always provided A1 care and service. People ask me why do you drive all the way to Cape Girardeau just to get an oil change. I tell them #1 they treat me like a Queen and I need and enjoy that once every few months and #2 it is like staying with the same pediatrician for your child: they have a running medical record of what my truck has had since I purchased it and they know what it needs to operate its best in the future. If I took it to a local shop for an oil change, that is exactly what I would get. I would not get an all point check up including tire rotation if needed, wipers changed, air filter check, etc. I love Cape Girardeau Honda and the service they provide.
Amazing customer experience! We came in with our minds set on one specific vehicle and Vince Turner went above and beyond to make sure it happened! We ended up being there for almost 5 hours (didn’t leave until 9pm) and he never once made it seem like he was inconvenienced or ready for us to leave. Such an amazing experience! Everyone at Cape Honda are always so nice and helpful with great smiles. Rob in service has been especially helpful to us in a recent event where a towing company damaged our car in transit and just dropped it in their lot. Rob quickly alerted us that there was a problem and helped us get details we needed. He set us up in a rental car that day and kept us updated with statuses and was very understanding when dealing with the towing companies insurance who was less than cooperative. Customer service like his insures that we will always come back to Cape Girardeau Honda in the future.
Something new since my last visit is an optical alignment check, at no extra charge. Looks like a nice system. My Honda Fit was in for Recall Service - passenger front airbag. Replaced without any damage to interior; another Honda Fit got some dash scratches during the same service.New waiting area is nice, with drinks and snacks provided to waiting customers.

I needed an oil change this morning, but was not ready to schedule the 5000 mile check up. I came about 11:00 A M and requested an oil change, deferring my regular 5000 mile service until later in the week. They were very pleasant to deal with and had me going very shortly. I will be back sometime this week when Brad is back at his desk to complete the full service. All your service men are courteous and helpful. I appreciate being able to work with the same one when possible for continuity. He gets to know the little nuisances that make total service complete.Last week I had a low tire pressure signal and drove by to see if they could quickly check the air in all tires. They did that immediately and had me on my way in a matter of minutes.Great service!
