Quality and workmanship was excellent. Did have one little issue with grounding but they came the next day and fix the problem immediately. That’s how you know you have a good vendor when they come out immediately and solve the problem because there’s always a chance of a minor problem.

We’re so glad we found Designed Theatre Visions. Very professional and personable staff who respond patiently and immediately. Kim, DTV’s scheduler, is thorough and always reachable. After setting up our computers and Sonos (thank you, Tony!)...they’re always available to answer our questions and talk us through to solutions. My favorite DTV moment? When we had a house filled with 12 young women and we were having TV problems on a Saturday night! Tim responded immediately to my text and talked us through. Now THAT’S customer service.

I have dealt with Designed Theatre Vision (DTV) team for the last three years. They came into a new home that I purchased that had all sorts of problems with the Lutron system, audio, video, computer issues, Comcast you name it I had that issue. They resolved every issue timely their knowledge is exceptional their workmanship the quality of the team you couldn’t ask for any better.Tim is the owner his team is Raul, Tony and with Kim who holds down the fort for them and deals with all the third party vendor issues I have which makes it painless for my family.I was so impressed with what they did for me in my home in Florida I have a very complicated large computer AV system up in New Jersey and I felt so comfortable I asked him to fly up to analyze it and look to improve and replace it. You will not find a better group of more knowledgeable and honest and fair people.I highly recommend DTV to anyone who is looking for a new system, upgrading their system or to resolve problems and issues with the system they are the best.

We had a wireless TV connection problem that was driving us nuts--no Amazon, no Netflx. Wasnt any easy fix but Tim got it done.
