This place is amazing. My husband and I were so shocked at the size of these. Oreo special and Reese sundae special. This was such a good find. Prices are good and the taste is out of this world.

Absolutely amazing ice cream! My daughter ordered the cotton candy cloud donut ice cream and it was delicious! I highly recommend this place and all of its one of a kind options! We will definitely visit again when in the area 😊

My God, a place like this should exist in an area with more people, but in the Cape we are very blessed. From tiny kids cones to monstrous dessert platters heaping with goodness, it is completely worth the trip!

Limited staff. Wait time is a little long, but the two ladies running the store powered through! Large portion sizes for sundaes, I could have shared the Key Lime Pie sundae. Price for two shakes and a sundae was $30. Cones and cups are cheaper, with about 25 flavor options.

People aren’t giving bad reviews. You are earning bad reviews. Stop buying reviews and fix what people are complaining about. Be better and you will get better.You charge rates for ice cream as high as on 5th Ave in Naples… and the quality is not acceptable for what you charge. Personally…I tossed the ice cream I tried in the bin because it was not delicious. It tasted like cheap ice cream.I came to visit a friend on the Cape and I stopped and tried your place. The 1 star reviews you are getting are very accurate. The bad reviews you earned are trying to tell you what is wrong. Heed them….or don’t but you are doing your customers and yourself a disservice by ignoring them and just buying reviews to raise your average.Sad that you didn’t read the review for the advice it contained. I suppose I’ll just skip trying you again as I can see you are happy just serving poor quality ice cream and not caring.

This is some of the best ice cream I’ve ever tried, they have so many delicious flavors to choose from and even have a dairy free option! I’ve came back a few times to try more flavors and have never been disappointed. The ice cream is so creamy and they have a variety of toppings. So yum!

Food safety violations everywhere. I had to ask an employee to wear gloves while making ice cream… I asked a different employee that was also working, “aren’t you supposed to wear gloves” which she was, and she responds “well yes usually”. Another employee is wearing gloves and touching his phone, then proceeding to make people’s ice cream without changing gloves..GROSS, owner was there witnessing it too and didn’t do a thing.

I had a hand dipped cone. I was pleasantly surprised at how much you get for $5 (6oz size). You should definitely take the time to visit this little spot.

The ice cream is on the expensive side. We ordered the peanut butter sundae (pictured), brownie sundae (camera malfunction - not pictured), a pup cup and a chocolate milk shake and our total was over $30. BUT we could have easily split a sundae, they are HUGE, so I guess its worth the price considering the serving size. However, it seems like the place could be cleaned up a little and more effort put into the display. The windows were foggy looking, photos and signs faded by the sun, and the seating is outdated and could use a good cleaning. Now would I go back? Yes... at some point.

The icecream is great however the staff seems extremely disorganized. There is no reason why a simple order of 2 cups should take 15 minutes to come out.Edit: when the order is placed at 8pm at night and there is nobody in line besides myself and who I was with there shouldnt be a 15 minute wait. We also recieved the same order twice instead of the 2 separate cups we ordered.

Very dissatisfied and very disappointed. Waited way too long for the ice cream, only for them to tell us that the flavor wasnt available, after we had already paid. Employees were not efficient when scooping the ice cream and serving it. They had four employees working and yet it still took over ten minutes to get our simple scoop ice cream. Very disappointed and will not be coming back!

Went with my son and fiancée and my experience was everything I hoped for. Even though we were there 15 minutes till close our service was excellent. Hadi was very kind and talked to me throughout my order guiding me in the right direction with suggestions. Super kind and helpful. Service and ice cream were a home run. Must give this a try folks!

24 minutes for two ice creams.There were two kids working. I think there were three when I first arrived, maybe one walked out. After this, one was on the phone, maybe explaining that one took off. One would take a couple orders and then make ice cream with the other, ignoring the order window for several minutes at a time. And at one point both disappeared in the back for several minutes, and a few people outside were wondering where they went.When orders are ready, they call out the name of the ice cream, not an order number or a persons name. So if you order a chocolate sundae, then someone else orders the same thing 10 minutes later, theres a good chance theyll take yours when they call out chocolate sundae!And I dont want to hear another ignorant owner cry about covid and staffing issues. Either your business suffers, or you pay a little more - its that simple. Lets say 5 people get tired of waiting after 15 minutes and leave, then 2 of them write a bad review. Thats probably an average of $20 each, so you lose $100 and gain two bad reviews for being short-staffed. Now, lets say you pay an extra employee $11/hr for 8 hours. Thats $88. So you would have covered the kids wages, and avoided the two bad reviews, by keeping those 5 customers and making that $100.Ive never understood why so many business owners dont understand these most fundamental concepts.And I know, you sell 1000 ice creams a day and have the most special ice cream in town, Ive read the other reviews. If youre doing so well, then there is no excuse for being poorly staffed, having a dirty exterior, and a poor ordering system.Maybe Ill open a proper ice cream shop across the street, bc this place makes a killing. My shop would be properly staffed (with employees trained on good customer service,) clean, attractive, well maintained, and there would be a solid ordering system in place.

Best ice cream in Cape Coral! Whether its a milk shake or in a waffle cone, this creamy, utterly delectable ice cream is a heck of a treat! With a huge variety of flavors, you can choose between regular and soft serve. We probably waited a total of seven minutes for the young man working by himself to make our milk shakes. He was friendly and gave great customer service. And though theres no need to say, my banana puddin milk shake was heavenly! We will be back time and time again and definitely recommend to anyone wanting a sweet treat.

Owner is extremely unprofessional! Does not give the hardworking employees paychecks on time. Does not notify them the checks will be late so they can be prepared. This has happened more than once. When the young girls speak up about this he throws a tantrum screaming, spitting and cussing at them. Understaffed always so there’s a long wait for customers and I won’t go into the roach/rat issues.

While on vacation we ended up here because we couldn’t find “Sidecar Treats” which is where we planned on going. This establishment is very outdated and needs an overhaul badly… Also way overpriced, paid $16.58 for two mediocre ice creams - won’t be back.

Came across this place on accident as I already have a specific ice cream shop I love, Now I am torn between the 2. The sundaes are awesome and whoever came up the ideas they have is an ice cream genius! THe brownie sundae and Peanut Butter Cup Sundae are mouth watering, also to big to eat by yourself. Definitely a shareable item!! Worth every cent, I will definitely be a returning customer!! Loved how the owner himself took the order and made the sundaes.

It took a while too make but MMMMM so good. The malt was perfectly blended with just the right malt added.Service was good.So indulge and try them.Oh yeah they open at noon or 1 PM

Ordered the death by chocolate, didnt want tooooo much chocolate so I ordered it with pistachio ice cream since I really wanted the chocolate cake. I added peanut butter and strawberry topping (and a cherry on top) for an extra $2+ and this is how it arrived no cherry, no strawberries, no PB, and no pistachio. I couldnt even eat any of the ice cream it was waaaay to choclatey with the cake. Which is why I tried to order pistachio. The cake was delicious and the ice cream was really good too... just not great together.

Great ice cream for a fun unique place to visit - we went in the afternoon so it wasnt too long of a wait - everything tasted good and staff was nice - all options on menu were available - we got the cotton candy ice cream (it didnt have the candy gummy worms on it and it was white not pink or blue but it was still good for our kids) we also got donut ice cream sandwich which was also great - and the Tiramisu cake and ice cream perfect for adults to enjoy - it was a nice little experience for our kids - would def. visit again - like most places like this the prices are a little high but its b/c of the extras that are involved - $37 for ice cream is def a treat lol just be prepared for the pricing but over all kids loved it there were nice BIG pictures of all the options so it was easy for them to choose - the taste is what matters most and that was on point - so taste + presentation = Id pay the $37 again lol thanks!

Chocolate ice cream tasted funny :/ Cant seem to reply so I edited. I should have as it wasnt good at all but it was to thick to drink for a little and already made it home. I had a chocolate banana shake so how ever thats made... My husband had a strawberry shake and it was very good!

On a Saturday my wife and I was out during the day we just stopped in the parking lot under the tree cause the sun was really bad we always by ice cream from here but never again why because I was racially profile by a gentleman that came and said he was the owner and I cant park here now I would never buy ice cream from this place and I feel bad I never knew parking was a bad thing I never knew parking was a bad thing here in the capefor the African-American people that go there.

Had a very bad experience what ruins it is the tourist. My gf daughter had ordered ice cream and a little girl had took her order. Then they explained that there notLiable for anybody stealing there ice cream. Need to have a better system in place. Granted it was packed and my first time there was extremely unsatisfactory after waiting several minutes for them to make my daughter a new one my gf ice cream had melted.Overall if I could give a 0 rating I would. Worst ice cream experience and overpriced....

I eat a little of ice cream and this was absolutely the worst thing I ever put in my mouth...I took one sip of a watered down chocolate shake and almost puked...I left it on the dirty picnic table and went to Wendys for a Frosty - one tenth the price and so much better...dont waste your time at this dump.

Banana split was big and pretty good, not sure its worth the price (10.50 plus tax) but Ive had worse and Ill go back to try other options.

The service was bad, prices high and ice cream mediocre at best.  We spent $27 on a small hot fudge sundae, rootbeer float, small cup of ice cream, and a waffle & ice cream. It took over 15 minutes for us to get our food.  They forgot about the hot fudge sundae completely and it took another 10 minutes after I reminded them, to complete our order. Ours was not the only order that took a long time, many people were waiting and these were simple orders like ice cream cones and sundaes.  It blew my mind that so many workers were there and the service was SO slow!

I ordered a boston cooler here and was so excited but when they called my number they game me a sprite float. A sprite float is in their menu right next to the boston cooler so I told the guy I ordered a boston cooler and he said ya that’s a boston cooler. Boston coolers are ginger ale and ice cream blended together. I was not impressed.

Cotton Candy Wrap, was mind blowing, got it with birthday cake and circus cookie ice cream, shamelessly contumplated licking the container it was so good. This thing is big, so dont get it if youre only looking for a little bit of ice cream...

Best Banana split I have ever had!

AVOID.....Flipping aweful, I paid 12 .00 for a bannana split that I couldnt enjoy. I ordered with no walnuts, as it states with wet walnuts, the girl said fine and then I find them after I ate half of one side. I went to the counter and a different girl tried to spin in on me, she was very rude and I wasnt even mad I just wanted them to be mindful of someone else in case they had an allergy. Also it took forever, the rest of my party had eaten half their food as the girls decided to make my order at the same time as the couple after me in line.

I have been coming to Ice Screamin I believe since the beginning part of 2018. I started to come with my mom and friend regular because we fell in love with their homemade ice cream. The flavors there are delicious and perfectly balanced. Now I just want to state, I have had bad employees from time to time when I order, who do not communicate well. This has made me sometimes rethink coming back but more times then not I am greeted by friendly happy employees or even sometimes the owner of the business when ordering. I am not going to lie either and say that you always get quick service. (When visiting definitely prepared to sometimes wait awhile due to a ice cream machines being down or a large amount of orders at once.) But please don’t let those rare occasions of slow service and periodic rude employees (that I rarely see again) let you be turned off from trying this place.My personal favorite is toasted coconut, I later tried the Superman flavor. To be honest I was a little bit scared to try some thing outside of my usual and was a bit skeptical. But it is amazing, it was not at all what I imagined it would taste like, it is a little bit fruity like I thought it would, but it is not too fruity but is on the sweet side, it is beautifully balanced though. My mom’s favorite flavor is the toasted coconut. My friend’s favorite is the cookies n’ cream. I personally recommend trying any of their fine flavors because they are delicious. Each time try something new there, I fall in love with it.I highly recommend visiting this place and getting their ice cream. I would hate to see them go like other smaller businesses around them are because of COVID-19. They have so many flavors, toppings, and cones to offer, as well as really fun and creative specialty ice cream desserts.In summary, whether your headed to or back from a trip to the beach on a hot summer day, or your like me who thinks that it is never to cold outside for ice cream. Please visit and support this wonderful small business. I will end my review by quoting my mom who says: “every time I visit their ice cream shop and eat their ice cream, it brings me back to my childhood memories of eating my grandma’s homemade ice cream on a Sunday afternoon.”

It’s the greatest place to eat ice cream or have a malt in downtown Cape Coral. Very clean, fast and friendly service. Check it out! Try the banana splits or a vanilla malt, but so many things to choose from.

Havent tried the ice cream since I was a kid. However, I called in a few weeks ago to make sure a door dash order was ready as I normally do when I have a pickup for a customer to determine if Its worth my time to wait or cancel pickup and move to the next order. Owner answered the phone and just said in a rude tone come to the store and find out when he couldve walked two feet out of his square cubicle to check the status of the order. When I went to pick it up it was ready and the employees at front counter were nice and respectful. Wish some of these cape coral owners had a little more respect and understanding for their customers. Ridiculous.

We’ve given this place business on 5 separate occasions. Their product looks great and costs more than average. I don’t mind paying extra if the end product is what I expected/asked for. Here’s the problem: every time I’ve ordered something, it has been wrong. So today was the last straw. I am allergic to walnuts. The items I ordered came with walnuts. When I place my order, I told the young woman that I cannot do walnuts. I asked for almonds instead. She asked for clarification 3 times as she took the order. Then she asked what ice cream I wanted. The item typically comes with soft vanilla, according to the picture/description on the wall. However, the young woman told me it comes with vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. I said that would be great. Well, as usual, the product she MADE and handed me was chocolate chip ice cream with WALNUTS. I simply cannot win so we won’t be going back there anytime soon. Such a shame. Word to the wise for the staff, LISTEN to the customer. They are 0 for 5 with me.

Outside ice cream. My shake was LOADED with oreos. There was only one worker when we went so it did take a minute but thats ok. They had more employees during peak hours.
