Sara was awesome with handling my anniversary order on short notice online. I had specific instructions to surprise my wife at her job and they made it happen to the details I requested. My wife was very surprised and with emotion. So much so, Im using them again for my wifes birthday and Sara again is coming through - she didnt hesitate on my surprise request.I dont really give much reviews but when you go out of your way, that shows the kind of person you really are... and with that, they should be recognized. 10 ⭐ if I could!!!

Purchased the Celebration Dipped Fruit Delight basket along with the Cheescake, Cupcakes, & Brownie platter as a gift for my relatives. I was provided excellent customer service by Patrick and Sarah. If I could rate this higher I would. I have never ordered anything from this company before. My 80 y/o sister-in-law had a total knee replacement 2 days ago and was in extreme pain, miserable and not smiling. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered. It was ordered at 10am and arrived on her doorstep at 1:30pm. My brother said it was outstanding and made her smile! Mission accomplished. Thank you so much for making her day a little bit brighter!! 👍❤

I had previously left a negative review due to poor quality but Juliet from the store contacted me immediately and made it right! She sent me a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and a dozen cookies. The strawberries look absolutely amazing!! They are fresh and huge!! Thank you for getting back with me and handling this so well. Very impressed!! ❤

Smoothies where awesome, a bit pricey. The woman working wasnt rude but she was cold and unapproachable. I wanted to get a cup of chocolate strawberries but I felt like that would be too bothersome. The place itself is nice and clean, only two seats to sit and wait for your stuff which of course where taken by two loud, unappealing teenagers with no regard to anyone else in the store.

Absolutely terrible!!The guy asked me for my email and I wouldn’t give it to him and he said you can order online! A 200.00 order and he had a attitude, ya dropped the ball! Bad, bad customer relations!

We love this store and the manager is top notch! They always do an excellent job of taking care of us and have top quality arrangements and fruit! Everything is always clean and the people are so friendly.

This place is horrible they cant get nothing right, my wife ordered here before they messed up the order, then I ordered for her graduation they messed that up to, I highly suggest you dont ordered from this location it will be a waste of money. I had no choice to give it one star for me they would get none.

This is a nice little place tucked away in the coralwood Mall area. Went to Sallys to get some supplies and just happened to notice it. It was towards the end of the day just before closing. Had a few items out but because it is fruit and chocolate they dont have a bunch of stuff made. Im sure it was because it was near closing time. I was able to get a nice star shaped cake covered pineapple star for my granddaughters birthday. I also got a helium balloon. For just walking in the door at the end of the day she was a very nice and eager to help. I look forward to going in there another time and having some things made. Im glad they have a local store Ive always ordered online. I would recommend this to anyone who likes edible arrangements.

My expectations were exceeded. Friendly staff, great store hours during the holidays and quality food. Our holiday party was even better with chocolate dipped strawberries and fresh fruit.

Chocolate strawberries were delicious. They actually were ready. Normally place use unripe strawberries and I dislike that. Strawberry are bitter as hell when not ripened no chocolate going to covered that taste.

Beautiful both arrangements BUT the strawberries were not firm and they tasted old. Very sad and disappointed. The services was amazing,. Ladies were super nice and super helpful.
