We returned to Mattress Firm Clearance because of their customer service and because we love the bed we got last year. We talked to Jerry this year and he was just as helpful as the two gentlemen last year. We definitely recommend them.

Eric decker was my sales person, Eric took his time to make sure I got in the right bed, we looked at a couple of options and he explained why each mattress was different from the other and the benefits behind them. We finally came to a conclusion and I ended up choosing a purple 3! If you haven’t stopped at mattress firm yet don’t hesitate to do so. And make sure you ask for Eric. I’d give 10 stars if given the opportunity.

Jerry was the best! Very knowledgeable, not pushy, not trying to up sell.Now for the bad stuff. Wanted to purchase pillows, said we had purchased them but never made it on the order hence never got delivered. Next, purchased frame, also never got delivered and now have to reschedule and waste another day waiting for delivery and reset up of bed. Ruined what had been a pleasant experience.

Erik ( this store manager) still reached out to me and worked hard to find a way to resolve the issues even though it had nothing to do with his store. He asked a few questions and for my budget and we got to work. He showed me a variety of options and answered all my questions. Eric was a busy guy. He had three customers all at once and he was alone in the store. He did a great job giving us all the attention we needed. The store is clean and well organized. Everyone was wearing a mask which I was very happy to see. I was shopping with my elderly mom who is high risk, but she needed the bed so she had to be with me. Definitely recommend.

Time for a new mattress!! I stopped by Mattress Firm to see what my options were for the king bed in our guest room! I was greeted by Ashley, she was very helpful. I explained what I was looking for, she got right on the computer to see what our options were. We found one that looked and sounded great and we were about to read the reviews and the power went out. She then tried to pull up the reviews on her phone, then the power came back on. We had some laughs and then completed the sale. This is my second purchase from Mattress Firm is less than 3 yrs, great company and employees. Eric Decker is top-notch listening to what the customer is wanting in their mattress.My boyfriend bought a bed last year from him & with the great service he should previously, we knew we need to return! We only needed to return because we needed a King size after moving in together...(I hog the bed...and sheets)! We had been in a few times prior to purchasing our current set looking at options and there was never any type of pressure to purchase.Eric took him time & educated us on the different types of mattress offered in the store, along with types of bases. (My boyfriend is a fan of firmer foam mattresses/I am a plush, pillowtop spring fan.) We ended up going with a Hybrid model that has cooling technology...(I sleep VERY WARM along with hogging the bed & sheets)...what a great combo that helps at night! We are confident knowing Eric will take care of us again in the future, if the need may arise!We are very pleased with the customer service and purchases over the last few years!

I walked in to get a mattress for my spare bedroom. The gentleman working showed me lots to choose from which I got to sit and lay down on. He answered all my questions that I had and sold me exact mattress that I needed. This is my second time buying a mattress there and I will be going back.

I usually look up to talk to Gus Collazo when I am interested on some items on this store, he is super nice and helpful every time I need something and since I am in a wheelchair he basically does the shopping for me!! I know what I am looking for, he knows what I like and help me to get it even when I no longer can go to the store. But his help is great and always end with a very positive shopping day!! We just left mattress firm thats in the same plaza as target and oh my goodness! We had an amazing experience. My father is highly disabled with a broken back and may other health issues. We needed to get him a new bed so he can sleep comfortably. We walked in and we were greeted immediately by Alex. He proceeded to listen to my fathers ailments and found him the style of bed that he needed. He went above and beyond to find him the best but while staying budget friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to go to this mattress firm and see Alex!

Eric was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the mattresses and he listened to me on what I wanted. His first recommendation was on spot. I absolutely love it.
