Making claims to be making masks for health care workers. Im a health care worker and they couldnt even respond to my emails. Were out here risking our lives so people like this can use it to their advantage. People who make a couple masks and call in the media to play off theyre great and doing stuff to help us on the front line make me sick!
They did the vinyl seats in my boat. Rather expensive and took a long time to get done. I was initially happy with the outcome but there was one more piece for a backrest that needed to get done and there was a promise me to have it done within a month, fast forward two months and it wasnt done and a daughter promise me that well get done before the end of the week the owner, the mother basically called up and started yelling at me that I had any thought that it was get get down anytime soon and told me to go pick up my money in she didnt want my business. Proceed with them with caution as the bigger job is more important for them
Leslie, promised life long durabillity of their marine vinyl. It is supposedly high quality material and expensive. I believed her and invested near $1000. to recover my jumbo recliner. With limited use, the seat cusion tore and the creases for the arms cracked and deteriorated. I asked Leslie to repair these issues and the final response was no. She blamed me for treating it with a chemical and she only offered a fix for $350. She actually had her assistant tell me (not Leslie) on the phone. I was upset and thougt her overall response was extremely unproffesional. I would avoid doing business with this company.
I have a Ford F-150 and the center console cup holder was wearing down (vinyl). We attempted to do it ourselves to avoid buying a whole new piece. When we were unable to do it I gave Cape Coral Custom Upholstery a call, and they did an AMAZING job! We ended up doing new vinyl, and it turned out perfect, and very reasonably priced! They even finished it faster than I had predicted. Highly recommend!

I cannot begin to express how satisfied we have been with Cape Coral Upholstery! First they are extremely professional and knowledgeable about the materials they offer. Their design suggestions were perfect. The quality of their work is excellent! They have went above and beyond to meet my timeline. We had 8 dining room chairs reupholstered with a matching valance. A 12’ valance at our slider and matching kitchen valance and some pillows. They also reupholstered our bar stools, dinette chairs and all new cushions for our lanai furniture. I feel this was a big job that I entrusted to them and I’m so glad I did. It has been my pleasure to do business with this company
Not impressed at all! Very pricey for the small repair on my canvas and instead of charging $82.50 they charged my card $852.00. What is even worse is that I argued with the owner on the phone for over an hour with her insisting that it was refunded when it had not been. She would not listen, enjoyed hearing herself speak more. I finally had to give up and make a claim with my credit card company and then she tried to fight that as well. Finally got my money back through the credit card company but what a pain. Would definitely NOT recommend this company there are too many other good companies out there.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE ! Worst business in all of Cape Coral. They dont give a dam about you and do horrible work. The dilapidated state of the awnings on their own shop speaks volumes. STAY AWAY.

Needed my rocker reupholstered and messed up the directions to them. They had to do additional work and “No Extra Charge” They did a fantastic job and can’t say enough good about them.

We had Cape Coral Custom Upholstery reupholster our entire boat, install carpet, and install new canvas, bimini and seat protection outside. Leslie had an operation during this process, but her employees finished the work to perfection. We are proud to be a client of Leslie and delighted with the work performed. Thanks Leslie.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They helped save a home project gone awry, without hesitation at a very reasonable price!
Did an adequate job of uphostering our chair. Got it done in a timely fashion. But they removed the dust cover on the underside of the chair and did not replace it. Did not even take out the old staples and tufts of remaining fabric, some of which was visible. The cording tying the buttons on the seat chair were hanging down 6 below seat and quite visible. So upholstery was ok, but attention to detail suffers.
I would rate Cape Coral Custom Upholstery a 5. They do fabulous work and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great Upholstery Shop.
If I could give zero stars I would. They took $800 from me as a down payment for a boat cover, and then they just kept the money without doing the work. I had to take them to court to get my money back. They refused to give the money back even after I started the court case. I had to have a trial to get the money back. I won the trial and got my money back. Look up their history of court cases to get an idea of who you are dealing with when you deal with these people.

In July 2016 I went into Cape Upholstery in person because I saw an ad for their business on the magazine rack at the gym I go to. I had just gotten a new (to me) 2013 Mazda3 with a cloth interior. I was interested in having it replaced with a leather interior. I spoke with Steven who was friendly and explained the options to me. After that I asked him if they ever did service exchange with other local businesses as I am a professional photographer and in the past have exchanged photography for services from other businesses. He said yes that is something they had done in the past and something that could be an option in my case too. This sounded good to me, but the owner, or at least one of the owners (there was an owner there at that time who completely ignored me the entire time I was there) was not there who would be the person to make the decision to do a business service exchange. I took photos of the interior as instructed and emailed them to the owner, Leslie, along with details about what I could offer her business in exchange. After a few days no reply. I called back and spoke with Steven and he said he would have Leslie call me back within the hour. She did not. A few more days pass by. I do a thorough inspection of their business website and find no less than 6 basic spelling and grammar mistakes right on the front page of the site! The contact page has no way to contact their business, not even a phone number! So I take a lot of time and compose another email to Leslie detailing the things I found and how I could create a great, professional looking website for their business, along with providing product photography services and even went so far as to create from scratch a 5x7 postcard marketing material as an example of what I could create for them. Days pass and still no reply from Leslie. So I call yet again and do not even get to speak to Steven this time, but leave a message and am told he will call me back. It is fine if Leslie was not interested in a services exchange. At least have the professional courtesy to reply and decline my offer, or offer just a straight up price to pay to have the leather interior in my car. Either way there should be a reply to a customer who has made contact in person, then followed up multiple times by email and phone. I hesitate to write this negative review as I do not like to write such things about other local businesses. However, I find the complete lack of a reply to be a sign of such unprofessionalism compounded with the fact that their magazine rack ad in the gym I go to looks like a middle school level graphic designer made it, and that their business website does not even have Drapaery spelled correctly in the title graphic no less, that this is an overall sign that they are not professional and that people should be aware of this before spending not insignificant money on their upholstery services. Given this experience, I would not trust them to do a professional job of upholstering my car or anything else. I welcome a reply here from any of the owners. I do not post this negative review lightly.

I am writing this review for my friend Patty Hatcher who wanted to get an older well constructed Stressless chair to have reupholstered . She visted the showroom to see some of the pieces that they have done and to talk to them about her chair. She felt pretty rushed but and was told in order to get her on the board for production they would need a deposit of 50% down right away which was $425 . In the mean time my friend went out of town and while being out of town her husband decided to purchase another chair without her knowledge so she called the showroom and told them the situation that she would no longer be needed their services. The employeed told her that deposits are non refundable . Patty Hatcher explained to her she could not keep her deposit for something they never started on. They didnt even have the chair or the fabric. The employee told her she could only get her money back if she talked to the owner Leslie and she never returned her call. After a few days passing still no call back and now she had to call the credit card company to get her money back. This is poor business and poor customer service and would never recommend anyone to spend a dime in this place. She never signed the work order only the credit card reciept for the deposit. She was never told that the deposits were non-refundable otherwise she would have never done business with them in the first place.

Horrible service and product. They made me custom window treatment that wont even function properly. The manager Leslie was so rude when we complained that I asked to talk to owner and found out she IS owner. And they were so late with promised deadline that we didnt have our products for family function as promised.

Nothing, they had office chair for 7 weeks, went to pick up and they upholstered someones chair with what I had picked out!!!! Never touched my chair. No apologies, nothing!!! Went to another company who told me their employees used to work for them and they cut corners and are horrible professionals! !!
