The store security gaurd/loss prevention asked my minor special needs child if I was going to scan his toys at self check out (when I already did). It was completely inappropriate to ask my minor, if she was concerned of a possible theft, she should have discussed or taken appropriate measures to discuss that with me. Called and spoke to store manager about my experience. She understands her roll as loss prevention and agreed that it was inappropriate for her to go about it in that manner and she would be taking it up with her LP/security department.

Recently they got rid of a bike rack that was very convenient for people who commute by bike such as myself. Which is a massive bummer. They have another one, however this one isnt protected by the shade of the building like the other one was.

Clean store with helpful associates. Easy to find everything I needed. Checkout very easy. I am a Target Fan for sure.

I love going to this place! Theres a lot of things to look at and it usually has something I need (and dont need that I end up with anyway). This place has a Starbucks inside too which is very convenient. They also have a self check-out section that I prefer to use :) ! They have groceries, games, technology, toys, clothes, furniture, and sports ect. You name it! Everyone is also nice and helpful there.

No longer selling Pokemon cards. They recently changed to a 1 item per person policy for trading cards, and since they did that I have not seen or heard of any problems. Waiting for cards was very civil and there were no confrontations. On the contrary, people in line would converse about their love for card collecting. Just because somewhere in the country there were issues in a parking lot doesnt mean you should punish collectors across the entire nation. Scalpers are out of control, but the real collectors have been respectful and honored the 1 item rule. Now it says they are selling them online, and there are none available. Scalpers are going to use bots to buy up your stock now. This is not okay. If there are issues at a store, stop selling them at that store.

Please move the carts for people who have problems walking close to the door. This is a logical and kindly respectful thing to do. They used to be right by the door. Now they are halfway across the store! Who made that decision? It is unkind to the elderly and people with disabities, Please do something about this!

Young Man at checkout was super helpful. He even said Happy Birthday to my 6 year old daughter. We love this Target location.

The store is always neat and clean and well stocked.

Unhelpful employee at customer service, curbside pickup was awful. We sat and waited 30 mins after arriving and checking in and still no employee. We ended up going inside to get our items, this defeated the purpose of car side pick up all together.

Starbucks reviewWill never get coffee at this location again. Tried 3 times all 6months apart and got sick everytime I had something off their Starbucks menu. Either their not cleaning properly or their is serious contamination. Last night I spent most of my night in the ER due to food poisoning.Train better, clean better and worry about the costumers absolutely disgusted by this and I’m thankful I’m alive.

Very convenient and the staff is always so friendly and helpful at the Cape Coral, FL. They seem like a big family there!

My item was ready and given to me immediately as I parked. Best Buy was not providing acceptable customer service with the purchase of headphones, so I ordered the same item from Target and at a lower price! The pickup was also 10x faster and more efficient than Beat Buy. Ill be shopping at Target a lot more going forward.

You guys have your stuff together! So easy. Order pay and pull up, she was waiting for me. Handed me my package and off I went. I sat at a traffic light longer than I had to wait for my package. Love this service.

Today, while attempting to purchase gift cards for the discount I was unable to use my circle app. Kiyah your associate that was checking me out tried to help me, but we couldnt get it to work. WELL, that amazing young woman didnt let that get in the way of me getting my Christmas Gift Cards. She worked her magic, my cards are bought. Thank You, Target.

It was the most amazing experience and easy peasy.. The young man who took care of me was friendly and competent. My husband( he rarely shops with me) asked if that was all there was to it! I replied, easy- peasy, lemon squeezy and out in a flash.

Jessica was extremely rude. Acted like it was an enormous hassle to check if they had another copy of a video game for my son. I don’t understand how someone who acts like a 15 year old can become a manager.

Target has everything you need, with a hefty dose of what you want thrown into the mix. The stores are reliable in their delivery of clean, interesting and enticing shopping venue. The marketing is genius. It is the one store I still frequent.

Drove 20 minutes to get supplies for my 76 year old parents. They refused entry even wearing a facemask because they only allow elderly between 8 and 9. Stupid rule by stupid management. Basically i have to drag my elderly dad with medical conditions in order to shop for them. Thank goodness Publix is next door with much friendlier staff and competent management.

I love this target. The people who work here are amazing at helping you as well. They all seem to really enjoy their jobs and helping people as well.

The good: helpful employees. The bad: overpriced household items, home decoration and furniture with poor quality. The food quality on grocery section is questionable.

It usually has whatever Im looking for. Its a great neighborhood store.

My cashier she was wonderful. She bent over backwards to help me, I was flustered and couldnt find my wallet or my coupons and she helped me and didnt make me feel rushed even though it is the holiday season. Thanksgiving, she just put my items in suspension and told me not to rush and just come back. When I returned with my wallet she was worried that I had driven too fast but because she was so calm I was able to calm down and went to the car and found my wallet finished checking out. She was fantastic

It was extremely easy and convenient to order online and pick up in store. There was a long line, but the ladies were very efficient. I only had to wait a few minutes!

Dont think Ive ever been asked approached by an employee here and I go here 3-4 times a week.. doesnt bother me but its ran by teens/young adults (not a bad thing) but could be the lack of customer service. Clean store. I love coming here because its generally quiet in most areas, and organized. Gave 4 stars because grocery items had mold on them.

I like this store, close to home,but the last 4-5 times items are scanning the wrong price! This never used to happen there.

We found everything we needed. The store was very clean and we felt safe. Everyone was being kind and thats so important these days.

After doing some research on buying a printer, I found one online at Target & was very surprised that I could pick it up at my local store that night...2 hrs after ordering it! I did pick it up the next day & was very happy to see there was no waiting....easy in easy out! I have always sent Baby Shower gifts and Bridal shower gifts from a registry from Target. Years ago my niece told me she never received her gift. I called Target and it was taken care off and I was given a gift card for my troubles. Mistakes happen so no worries BUT if I had not told my niece that I sent the gift, I would never have know the gift was not received and I would have been out of the money and she would have been out of the gift. I just send a baby shower gift again and Followed up to make sure she received it. She ask what I sent because all the Target gifts are arriving without anything attached as to who they are from. And on line it ask me for a message to be sent with it and my name. I have sent out three gifts in the last few weeks and made sure to follow up on each one and WHAT I sent. This just needs to be fixed on Targets part and I will give Target a 10 stars.

They have everything you need and the store size is perfect. You can always find items in their clearance section. Staff will go out of there way to check the back room for toys too!

This is the target closest to my house. Its a bit older than the other one in cape coral but still just as good. Has less food than a super target but the basics are enough for me. Associates are always friendly and in a good mood.

Great site to store pickup. Easy all the way. Very fast at finding my item too. Shortest was four minutes and longest was 20 minutes.

CVS pharmacy staff Lindsey, Susan, Susie and I forgot the name of the other who came back from Maternity leave recently exceed customer expectations. You are not just a customer but treated like family...known by name, greeted by a friendly smile, always available for any questions even if not related to the medications you are on but advice on other pharmacy needs like ointments, certain bandaids, anything you can think of they are there to help. They are the best of the best. 😀

Items available and quick service.

Love going to this Target because it’s really convenient considering it’s right down the road from my house but, they could use new employees. Last night me and my bf were shopping there for mostly cleaning supplies and when we checked out we used the self register. There were like 3 employees just standing in the back watching us like a hawk the whole time. On top of that they were whispering and laughing about who knows what which I don’t care about but I felt like they thought we were trying to steal stuff. Neither me or my boyfriend appreciated the vibe they gave off. We have money we’re not that desperate!

Customer service is friendly and good now, but I’ve had bad VERY bad encounters with this target previously.

Good place to shop, Target, Cape Coral. Not as good as Super Target but has things we need. Shop selectively because some prices are up there. Good sale prices and definitely use Cartwheel app for further savings.

I was denied passed “register security” because I had an iced coffee in my hand.... she said “you’re not allowed to bring an outside drink in the store” she was referring to The drink I had just bought INSIDE their store at Starbucks .... another reason to drive further away to the better target.... way to suck to joy of shopping at Target save yourself the trouble and head to the one on pine island

By far my favorite Target! I love how clean the store is and the staff is always cheerful. I can always find my size in the clothing items I’m looking for. The pharmacy people are also really prompt with their service and filling prescriptions.

Target is generally understaffed and the grocery section is frequently lacking the products that Im looking for. I end up having to go to both Target and Publix to get what I need.  My concern is the trend happing within the target stores. Many of them have rearranged the store and begun playing constant loud offensive music. This Target in Cape Coral (at Santa Barbara) is the worst. They essentially play rap/hip-hop music at maximum volume all the time. My wife and I have completely stopped going to this store.  When you walk in it feels like you are being accosted, all you want to do is grab what you need and get out as soon as possible.  I can certainly say we have spent less at target since this trend has started than ever before. We are also your key demographic, we are a small, middle age, middle-income family. So target doing these things is just shooting themselves in the foot. I hate Walmart but since Target has started making these changes I find myself going to Walmart more frequently.Another thing that has been a point of contention between my family and Target is the cartwheel/target circle.  Its infuriating that after you complete your shopping you have to go through and scan every single item in your cart before getting to checkout to see if anything has a coupon. We are already using a RedCard to pay, these coupon discounts should automatically be applied without the need to scan the individual items.I hope Target can resolve these things and make it a pleasurable shopping experience again. For decades my family has been loyal target shoppers and some family members have even worked at target. These changes are certainly driving many customers, including my family, to alternative services.

This is our go to target. It’s super close to our house and we visit all the time. Customer service is always super friendly and helpful, the store is always clean (except for the aisles being blocked for restocking all the time which can get annoying), and check out is always fast. However there is one HUGE issue with this target and his name is Vince. He is the most innappropraite employee I have EVER seen in any store and he is always in self checkout. I have talked to numerous people and all I have to say is “have you ever seen Vince” and they always finish my sentence “at target-he’s so creepy”. He only speaks to women. When I go in without my husband he always comes over and tries to talk to me. When my husband is with me he never comes over. I have witnesssed him tell teenage girls that he likes the shorts they are wearing. I have seen him chase women to the door to get a hug from them. I heard him say to a girl under the age of 10 “oh I remember you” and then shortly after said “I’m really good with girls”. I’ve heard him complain to women about being alone. I refuse to go to self checkout if I am alone-I would rather wait in an hour long line than go near Vince. I am to the point that i would rather go to a different target. We have told management about him before and they have done nothing about it. I guess when they get sued for sexual harassment they may reconsider having him at self checkout.

I had an awful experience here. I went to buy a Christmas gift for my father in law and Christmas pajamas. I went to the self checkout and the machine stopped working when I went to scan the gift card. The person working there was rude from the start. She looked over my two items as if I was stealing, and questioned me about what I did wrong. Then she fixed it and I went to put my card in, I accidentally took the card out too soon, which was my fault but this person was just staring me down. Once I needed her help again she said, “It’s not going to work if you take it out too soon” in a very rude tone. Then she said “are you using the right pin?” As if it wasn’t my card. I felt very discriminated in this target and will not come again.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the Cape! I went to the Target in Ft Meyers to get my mother a grill for her birthday(she definitely wants it)but they were out of stock there. I was directed here as they habe 4 in stock. I get here and cannot find a single associate anywhere in that dept. So i call the store to request one, and wait another 20 minutes and nothing. I walk out and past 5 associates with nothing important to do. Never coming back to this store again. The other store responded within 2 minutes.

Today my grandmother (76) and I went to this location and while she was checking out, I was at Starbucks getting us a coffee. I looked back to check on her and saw she was extremely upset..Told me that she had just asked an employee kindly for a plastic bag for an item she just bought, that wasn’t bagged and the employee responded “Go get it yourself lady I’m on my break”..wish I would’ve caught her name or even a glimpse of her!!! Would’ve gone directly to the manager! Teach your employees some manners for goodness sakes that is NO WAY to talk to an elderly person!! She just wanted a bag so it didn’t look like she was stealing! We will never come back to this location. I am absolutely disgusted that your employees think it’s okay to treat customers in such ways.

This is my Target for quick trips. This is a good option when you need a few grocery items but Walgreens wont do. Friendly staff and they have self checkout.

Then had the nerve to ask me if I was done so she can go on break. Sorry your break was so important. Which I can walk out of the emergency room when it’s my break an I got hours an hours on end. Maybe we all think different but that 10 min must of been super important. NEVER COMING BACK!

Had a toy on the shelf on June 22 that my autistic child was excited to buy. Then when we went to ring it up it said couldnt sell it and then informed me that it wasnt suposted to be released until three weeks later, yet it is out on their shelves for sale. My autistic child was in tears and manager Jamie just basically laughed about it. Absolutly negligent store and wrongfully inflicted emotional duress on my autistic child without a care in the world....

Target is a busy place to shop on Christmas Eve, but Target has organized lines for checkout according to cash, credit and self.

I wish I could just rate the Starbucks and not the whole target store. The store is ok, clean and well maintained. The Starbucks is horrible, very rude employees, there was this one lady who was older had short gray hair that was just awful, she acted like it was a hassle to do her job. She continued to argue to no end. I wish I would of got her name.
