Zero stars not recommended. This man Carlos just steals from his clients. My vehicle was in this shop, I paid over $700 for four tires and an alignment and n my Acura MDX, the left back tire was given to me with a huge bolt on it. I brought it here on a Tuesday and picked it up Tuesday night only to have it parked for three days and when I turned it on my vehicle tire pressure was low. I brought it back immediately, also had to bring it back three more times . The receptionist accused me of having run over a screw without knowing. When I initially called they said they would handle it and so I thought they would replace it since it was their fault for running over a bolt. No they patched it up and sent me on my way, I was filling up my tire every three weeks! You have to be Colombian to get proper service here. He doesn’t care or take accountability for his staffs mistakes he pretty much dismissed me after spending all that money. Not recomendable.

Extremely honest and reliable business. I took my wife’s 2016 Honda Pilot in for service due to several check engine lights coming on. The vehicle is no longer under warranty. Prestige did a diagnosis and determined that Honda extended the warranty on this model and would replace the fuel injectors and do a software update for free. Any other mechanic could have neglected to inform me of this and would have charged me thousands to fix the vehicle. Prestige did not even charge me for their time or diagnosing the issue. This place is nightmare simple cheaters. I paid in full to fix my BMW 1,600.00and never had the leakage oil on my car. I called them after they fixed it but oil was leaking. The owner Carlos wants more money for the problem he created. My recommendation is don’t go there as they will rip you off go somewhere else.

5 STARS is NOT enough for these fabulous people. Got my car in right away at the scheduled time. Saw that I had brought work with me and got me a stool from the other room so I could set my computer on it AND only charged .8 of an hour labor. Ive heard of .5 but never .8. Other places would have rounded it to 1 full hour. Under $300 to diagnose and fix a loud rattling which was the Serpentine Tensioner and this was replaced and the price included a new Serpentine belt. FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Awesome place. It was a Friday before a Holiday and we had our car towed there. The owner came out and said he will take a look at it. It was the starter, he ordered the part had had it ready in about an hour. Really nice people. I would highly recommend them.

Carlos is always honest in what is going on, he will not sell you something you dont need just because it helps his pocket. I called to make an appointment to have my headlights adjusted. The lady who answered the phone asked if she could call me back and said she would call right back. She never did call back, but while I was waiting, I figured out how to do it myself. It seems a little fishy that most of those 5 star reviews sound like they were written by the same person.
