Great experience at this location! The staff was very knowledgeable and professional! I dropped off my car without an appointment and got a call 2 hours later that it was already done! My car drives like its brand new again!!!

We love this good year. Every time you walk through the good year doors Jaydon is there to great you with a smile. He’s always diligent and does his best to fit you in. James the store manager is always helpful, explains what needs to be done. They work hard to get you in and out with quality work. We always come to this Goodyear even after moving about 30 miles away.

I needed an alignment for about 3 months, finally noticed how quickly my front tires were wearing. I pulled into Goodyear Auto, without an appointment and expected to wait hours drinking bad coffee and reading magazines that were years old. Instead I was greeted upon walking in and told mechanic what I needed done. I sat and waited. In much less time than I expected, my alignment was finished. The cost was lower than expected and the coffee wasnt too bad either.

I had an object in my tire and they took care of the repair, even though they were swamped. I am truly grateful for the excellent and courteous service they presented. I used Goodyear in Greece, NY for many years, prior to moving to FL. Every employee at this 2144 Del Prado Blvd. Cape Coral, FL exhibits amazing customer service. A special thanks to Patrick.

Pat, the assistant manager, is why I bought here. He went beyond the call to find exactly what I wanted, and didnt try to convince me to buy stuff I didnt want or need. His Jeep familiarity was extremely helpful in guiding me properly.Great prices, great service. Hard to find anymore!

Received a quote by a knowledgeable service professional. Price quoted was the price delivered. Started at the appointment time. Finished in the time they estimated. Tires (Assurance) seem perfect for my vehicle. Reasonably priced. Nice ride. I would recommend Goodyear tires and this service center.

Glad to see Goodyear staff stacking up the positive reviews. Word of advice- dont go here. If you need to get your car fixed, get it done by another shop.My experience: I scheduled an appointment online for a Saturday inspection a few days away, and brought in my car on then. I dropped it off first thing, and they advised it would be max. 1-2 hours to inspect and fix any of the small potential issues Id started to notice with the car. To be safe, I scheduled 4-5 hours later. When I returned, they hadnt even started the inspection. Remember, this was for a scheduled appointment made prior to that day, not some unexpected emergency that would get pushed to the end of the jobs.They then told me that they needed more time, but should be done inspecting the car and fixing anything that could cause the issues I noticed in it by about 1-2 hours before closing. I think, Hey, everybody has an off-day, and give them the benefit of the doubt, scheduling to come back later that day.And heres where these guys really earn this one star rating. I return on the second time, and (you guessed it) they hadnt started. My car hadnt had anyone look at it, let alone start working on it, over the course of the whole day. For a scheduled appointment. Lip service follows from the guy at the desk, the whole dog-and-pony show, I get their business cards and call corporate for the Lee County Goodyear and file a complaint.Long story short- This Goodyear didnt respect my time, my car, or themselves as a part of this brand. I usually am a big fan of Goodyears, and I go to them from time-to-time for work on my car. These guys had a chance, and a second chance, and another, and they blew it. Im writing this all out, so that if youre reading this, you can learn from my bad experience and avoid it yourself. Please. Go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor.

There normally rly busy but worth the wait with a apt for the service and customer service the staff is always nice and the tech told me I didn’t need all the other things another shop told me. Very happy with them!!!!

Great place. Have been going here for years. They have treated us like family. Always recommended repairs, but have also let us know which ones are needed now and which ones can wait, even with major repairs. I wont take any of our 3 cars anywhere else.

I experienced a flat tire on my 2015 GM Acadia. I found the flat tire upon attempting to move my vehicle in the morning. Living out on Pine Iisland I suspected that a tow truck would be awhile so I removed the flat and put on the spare and headed to Goodyear as I have Goodyear tires. I thought that if it needed replacement, they would likely have it. I left the tire and the gentleman at the counter said it would be about 2 hours before it was ready and he would call me. He did call in 2 hours but said it would be another 2 hours before they could put it on. In the meantime, Im trying to keep myself occupied as I really did not want to drive the 23 miles home and back again on the small spare. After the second 2 hours I stopped back at the store to find out when the work would be completed. The manager (?) was asking one of the workers how things were going in the shop and the worker said that he was all caught up. He then indicated to me that I would at least have another 2 hour wait. He proceeded to blame the snowbirds for his being so busy and suggested that I take the tire with me and do it myself. Thats what I did. I recommend that all you snowbirds out there take your business elsewhere where it might be appreciated. As for me, that is the last set of Goodyear tires that I will own. An attempt at scamming is what im reporting. 19,99$ for a simple oil change was advertised. The final charge after close to one hour wasted was 40.00$. But thats only part of it. Then they tell me that my differential is leaking and asked me if I cared to get it fixed. I said its fine for now.Now that was a smart choice because after getting a 2nd opinion my differential was not leaking in the least. My back wiper,i was told, needed to be changed. It was fine until they tore the rubber of it. I had to replace it. but thank God I did it somewhere else. GOODYEAR IS A BAD NAME FOR ME after that visit.
