You tried to be slick, removing my review. From 2 years ago. Well I’m back. In case you don’t remember. You had my van there for 2 months and doing noting. After 60 days you took it apart. All it needed was a head gasket. Once you got it apart, you started to add things on that made no sense. The bill kept getting more and more. Finally after 90 days. You told me the bill would be over $6000.00; however you can not fix the vehicle. I’ll have to take it to a dealership. This was after I paid the $6000.00. You ended up keeping my van. As far as I’m concerned “it was stolen by you.” I’m going to continue bad mouthing you and your company. This is an effort to help other people. Maybe in a small way I can help keep someone away from you.

Thanks to B&I and Jamies Towing my son is back in his 2015 Jeep Cherokee. My son sent alternator that was purchased due to another Tow companies suggestion. After Your quick and thorough diagnostics he is able to return the alternator that was not needed. Thanks again you’ll have my family’s business.

I am very disappointed with this AutomotiveRepair Shop, they Do Not guarantee their work. It is a Shame! I try to Support Small Businesses, because I am One. They put my tires on my car, and they Ruined my lug nuts, by using the wrong tool to put them back on the rims. Then, the owner does not own up to his insufficient knowledge of Toyotas, and how he would not fix the damage his shop did to my car. I should have known better, and just gone to a relatable Toyota Automotive Shop.I Would Not Recommend this Automotive Shop to anyone that doesnt want to get unskilled work done on there automobile.

On the night before Christmas when everyone was asleep Santa and I were on our way to south west florida to deliver gifts. We had a check engine light come on on Rudolph he was having technical issues with his gps (red nose). It was after hours and still they came to our help and got us back out in no time at all.

My fiances car was over heating and since I have moved down here I havent been in need of a mechanic, so though aaa they recommended this place and thank God they did. The staff was very friendly and were willing to help my fiance and walk her through the process of getting a new radiator without ripping her off. After conferring with family who said their prices were very reasonable and the work was done right and quickly for the repair. I love the fact that it is a small busniess that doesnt try to RIP you off and charge you for parts you dont need. They now have a customer for life. Thank you guys for your help today

Okay so my Jeep was in an accident time of miles 124,000 and B&L auto did the work. They were paid to put a NEW front axel in. Part #4864852AB at $1983.75They put a used LKQ part on there with 154,000 miles for $1320. Difference is $663.75My right fender they said they replaced but the invoice from Macco was $219 for RT Fender Damage. That right fender was $472 that was never replaced. As well for just Paint supplies and Paint labor the total cost was $938. They paid Maaco $219.42That leaves OVER 718.58 JUST IN PAINT.Adding up all the R&I the claimed they did is 20.9 hours. Cost $919.6I have photos of my Jeep at B&L auto on Feb 3rd the axel came in and I was there. I have a photos of it as well. The Jeep was still parked in the back lot fully assembled. Feb 9th is when the had the used axel in and I still have yet to see 90% of the R&I to be done. Feb 12th the Jeep was taken to Macco and to this day there is still over spray of Gold on my brush guard. Thought 30mins to take off before paint y’all.All these R&I add up to that were never done. I had to go back 3 times after getting my Jeep back because the Hood that they “claimed” was R&I and fixed was never touched and still hasn’t been painted to this day either even tho they have a second supplement of $425.89 to fix it but was never done. As well as my lights didn’t work and still to this day I had to remove my fog lamp because it was never touched. They said they ran out of money for my Jeep and couldn’t replace it even tho it was in the accident. They never reached out to Geico for anything else.That’s over $3199.82 of work not done or money that was left over that I didn’t get back. I did not included a lot of other small things like the Jeep decal for 34.75 (which I don’t even have a Jeep decal on my right fender) I didn’t include the mechanical labor or the cost of parts needed. But either way DO NOT have any work done by B&L Auto. Geico inc fraud investigation is looking into this. Sense B&L was not covered under who they go through they are not sure what they can do.
