Today we were skeptical about going to a dealership to look for a new car. Luckily I was referred to Luis Garcia and he did amazing with our purchase from beginning to end. He helped find a vehicle to meet what my parents wanted and he was straight to the point with numbers. No back and forth with the games that dealerships usually play. He got us a great deal from the value of our trade to the price of the equinox we purchased. I cant say anything bad about this experience at a dealership. I have had so many bad experiences that it made me hate buying a car. But today I was very pleased with my purchase. I recommend seeing Luis for your next vehicle purchase needs. Allan the finance manager also did a great job he got us in and out in an adequate time.

I own a 95 corvette that I have put tens of thousands into. Recently I DROVE to the service center to change a harmonic balancer. I expected professional assistance but I couldn’t have been more wrong. They told me they couldn’t help me & proceeded to tell me they couldn’t get my engine back together properly. They said not try to start the engine or it may come apart and spew oil!!!! I was forced to trailer it home. They are beyond unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed. And to top it all off they pulled off my door panel and somehow managed to get the window off track which is now hitting the frame. It’s to the point I’m considering some type of legal action. How can I give them a running high performance car and receive my vehicle completely broken.

My wife and I drove into Roger Dean after leaving another dealer where we felt unappreciated and hustled. Luckily we were greeted by Luis and he was courteous, knowledgeable and a true professional. We told him what was important to us and we left left with a pre owned car that met virtually all of our needs. It’s been several days and we are still overjoyed that we found a vehicle this perfect for us and in our budget. During the process the finance manager and sales manager took time to speak with us and answer our questions as well. 5 stars for sure and if you ask for Luis you will not be disappointed, he knew the vehicles inside and out and set realistic expectations for how long the process would take. I did wait just a bit to do paperwork, but being in sales myself, I thought it was perfectly reasonable. There were other customers there and Allen the finance manager was making it happen! I also saw the value in the gap and road hazard based on experience and they still kept me very close to my target budget.Thank you all for the great experience.Ask for Luis if you want to ensure a 5 star experience.

The service department is the BEST! They continuously exceed my expectations. I’ve had 2 emergencies this year (car flooded and battery replacement) and they have been so nice, accommodating, and helpful.

Recently visited Roger dean used cars. Looking for a car with my grandson. Found a car he liked went in to negotiate and told them he could not afford a payment over $250.00 per month. Went on Saturday,Monday they said they would work with us. Gave a price of $275.00 a month which we told them for the 10th time he could only afford $250 then they said in the$260s again couldn’t afford that so we walked out and we’re ready to leave sales manger came out and said let’s try to make a deal. We agreed. Said come back Tuesday which we did. Still didn’t give a difinetive price in which I again asked how much. Our sales person Dennis O’Hara me in a condescending tone don’t worry will be around where you want to be. Try to have my grandson to sign papers which I told my grandson not to. Again Dennis tells me don’t worry in which I became very irritated. I sai to him would you buy something at the store if you didn’t know the price. Finally took us into finance office where he proceeded to tell us the price was $282.00 per month. They are a bunch of liars and I wouldn’t ever buy a car or recommend them. Stay clear ☠️☠️. Very unprofessional I have bought numerous cars and trucks and was never treated this way. It was and eye opener for my grandson.

Worst dealership.. They were telling me i will get approve and pushed me to do a credit check and then tried to get me to pay 900 a month for a 2015 truck that was only 25k. Plus it took 3 days for them to get back to me if i was approve or not.
