The service here is always optimal and fast. The Manager JP did a wonderful job communicating and explaining what the mechanic worked on in my vehicle. He was exceptionally personable. Great customer service . I always recommend my friends and Family to service their vehicles here. Pricing is reasonable, much less what I get charged at the dealership.
The manager JP and employees at Pep Boys were very professional and friendly when visiting the location in Cape Coral, Florida. JP was very helpful and mechanic was able to detect an issue that was causing my vehicle to lose power that no other shop could find. The fix was quick and I was back on the road feeling more safe and comfortable in my vehicle. I will recommend this Pep Boys location to my family and friends.

He acknowledged my presence and said he will take care of me in a few minutes. My turn comes, i got quoted a price within my budget and had them installed same day. Wonderful customer service.

I had a flat tire & called for AAA roadside assistance. The AAA service man put air in tire and called Pepboys in Cape Coral to see if they could patch. JP said to bring the car in & took me immediately upon arrival. Reggie fixed tire & updated me on the tire wear level. I am so impressed by their professionalism that I highly recommend this business.
Went to this location for a slow leak in one of my vehicles tires, didnt know which one but the TPS sensor came on. These guys are awesome showed them my paperwork showing I had the road hazard protection, and they right away bought the car in and immediately checked all four tires, minutes later found the leak in the tire, repaired it and I was on my way. I have gone to other shops, for the similar issue and they are not so ready to help I guess because theres no charge, But these guys treated me Like a paying customer regardless. As far as Im concerned if you need tires this is the place to go.

Very Poor communication we dropped our car off at 9;45 and no one contact us we tried numerous times and kept getting put on hold with no answer so after 5 attempts around 3:00 we contact corporate and what ya know he pick right up and was rude again and had no info regarding our repair. We had such a great experience in the past but unfortunately we will not be going back.
Was in Cape Coral for wedding and my car had low oil level and had to be in Tampa to catch a flight back. The guy there checked it out and added a quart of oil as I didn’t have time to wait for a oil change. He didn’t even charge for it. Great gesture!

Call both locations in fort Myers and in Cape Coral. Fort Myers said it would take about a week to do a simple do a nail removal from my tier. Called the Cape Coral location off Del Prado. They got me in and out with no problem in 20 minutes. This is the best pep boys to go to in all of Southwest Flordia the staff are all friendly and very respectful. I have gone to pop boys on both sides of the US and this is the best fastest one to go to. Will go there for all my vehicles needs and will refer to everyone in southwest Flordia. I have a lifetime alignment for my vehicle. Set up an appointment, was led to believe the vehicle was aligned, left and the vehicle still pulled to the right.After leaving negative feedback through an internal Pep Boys survey, they called. Person on phone was accusatory and did not answer my question until I asked if 3 different ways. Did you align my vehicle?The alignment was not done, nor was I told that when I picked up the vehicle. Associate on the phone advised the vehicle needed additional work and refused to do my lifetime alignment without a multitude of additional services.I was talked down to on the phone as well. I remained professional; however, was told if it makes you sleep better at night, the answer is No! Your vehicle was not aligned.This 1 star will remain until the alignment is complete. When my alignment is done, I will delete this review.

Since we moved to the Cape Coral area, we have been using the car service of Pep Boys, at Del Prado location, our experience has been very good.At this location they have an outstanding Manager and Staff.
Its a shame to have to even write this, but given the amount of disservice I received, and frustration imposed upon me, its only fair that the owner be made aware of my situation so hopefully it can be avoided with future customers. So, I called yesterday morning at 11am and spoke with Patrick. I asked him for the best deal I could get on tires for my BMW. After I provided him the details, he mentioned that they have Kuhmos, buy 3 get 1 free, and he went to verify the stock. After about 5 minutes on hold he got back on the line and said he can get me in there today at 5pm, as thats when Id be off work. So I arrive to my appointment at 5pm, and when I said my name and that I had an appointment, Patrick seemed very confused and acted like he had no clue what I was talking about. He then asked for my information all over again, asked who it was that I spoke with on the phone at 11am, and then seemingly found my profile that had already been created earlier that day, after I had told Patrick that it was him I spoke with. He confusingly fiddled around on the computer for about 10 minutes as I waited there, and then he went and helped someone else for a few minutes, then came back over and continued to just mess with the computer, all while looking pretty bothered, and continually checking his watch. After about 15 minutes, he tells me its not letting him select those tires for my car, as the speed rating was different than OEM, but I told him that he was the one who suggested those, and so does the PepBoys website. He acknowledged this, and did some sort of override to make it work. So just before Im handing him my keys, he looks at his watch again and says to himself, gonna be pushing it, in regards to them closing at 7pm, which is almost 2hrs from the current time, and theres only one person ahead of me. He then tells me to come back around 6:45 and my car will be all ready to go. So I go outside to my wife whos been waiting in her car for the past 20 minutes, and we went to burn some time while my tires are installed. An hour later, around 6:30, Patrick calls me to tell me that they dont have all 4 of those tires in stock, and that he cant work on my car. So after the initial frustration, and then this frustration, I show up to get my car, and this technician whos covered in oil and grease pulls up and gets out of my car, with no mask on mind you! I proceed to go inside to get my car key, and Patrick stares up from the computer and to my surprise he says, yes, can I help you as if I was interrupting him! I simply replied, umm, yes you can help me, Im here to get my car, and he was oblivious as to who I was and what car was mine, as if we didnt just speak on the phone or meet each other an hour prior to this. So then I told him it was the BMW, and he says, oh yeah its outside, and continues to stare back at his computer, offering no sort of apology or anything of that nature. I then asked him, so, where do we go from here?, and his reply is, just come back in the morning Ill take care of you, and again he continued to do something else and pay me no mind. So already being beyond frustrated, I walk out and get in my car and notice oil or grease on my shift knob and my car clearly smells like B.O. and car grease, so now Ill have to have it detailed inside to remove the grease stain and stench, what an amazing way to end this horrid situation! The moral of the story is that great customer service goes a long way, and Patrick and his staff seem to have a long way to go in regards to providing great customer service. Im highly certain that they had the tires in stock, he just didnt want to spend the time to get my car done and be there until after 7pm. Also, dont make appointments for people and send them on their way, only to call them an hour later and say you dont have what youve already told them you had. Lastly, your techs should be more mindful of others belongings. Im a car guy, Im aware that we get dirty, but they make plastic seat covers and hand cleaner for a reason.
If you want to waste your time this is the place to go, you can set up an appointment that wont show up in their system and them you will have a service rep being rude and unhelpful saying he cant do anything for you that you just wasted your time.
TJ and his crew were the best ! Bought 4 tires, installed TPMS and airbags on my truck for a great price and worked out all the Ford sync stuff that Ford couldnt do correctly . Honest, professional and helpful to all their customers and they work hard at it. I recommend this to all my VET friends and family and say to them, there is at least one honest business left you can fully trust and its run by one of our Vets ! Thanks TJ, Ill be coming back.
I called and needed tired for a long emergency trip up north. It was late and they still got us right in and took good care of us! No other tire place in Lee county would help us. I dont remember the guys name. I sure wish I did. But he is the epitome of what all employees should be! I am very glad to have met him and will definitely be bringing my vehicles to this place from now on. We normally go to a closer place but their customer service is lacking and wait times are astronomical. Thank you sir!

Made an appointment to purchase and install tires. Arrived 10 minutes before the appointment and was told it would be a 3 hour wait. Why bother making appointments? Went to a nearby tire store, and was served immediately. Same tires and saved nearly $100.

I am still in shock! It is a shame that during these difficult times Pep Boys is taking advantage of people. I thought Pep Boys had higher moral standards but nope, they are taking advantage of people in particular women. I went there to fix a tire that had a nail. They told me that unfortunately it was not fixable and that I needed a new tire but since the other needs replacement they recommend I buy two at once and quoted me for over $400 without alignment and without labor. I left and drove to another shop, privately-owned with better reviews. They said that it was definitely fixable and that I wont need new tires for a long time. Got my tire fixed for $20 including tip. Please get second opinions.

I had a wonderful experience here. Work was done on my car as promised. Their prices are reasonable. Staff seems very knowledgeable and helpful explaining what needs done on your vehicle. What i liked the most is that they prioritize repairs urgent in nature so you can plan with what repairs needed now and what can wait.

I had an amazing experience.I knew I needed brakes for my car and I have been very anxious about taking it in because I am currently in a bad place financially. I was feeling very distressed and waited much longer than I should. I finally got the courage and acted by visiting the Pep boys. I ran into the most compassionate man. His name was TJ and he was the manager. He totally senced my anxiety and assured me that it was about taking care of people and community. This was a man of great vision and exceptional leadership. I will never bring my car anywhere else. I wish I had better words to express my feelings. I highly recommend them .
We had a great experience with this location. I ordered 4 black rims and tires before I went out of town and received a call 4 days later like I was advised when they were delivered to the shop. I brought my car in the next day for them to install with no problems. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

I had bought my tires there several months ago, i was reluctant to come back in for a tire rotation because of my bad experience with previous management. I called in today to see if i can come in, the Manager that answered the phone was so pleasant and cordial to deal with, it was refreshing. I explained to him about my previous experience, he mentioned to me that he was the new Manager and that he will make sure that I will not be disappointed. I decided to give pepboys a second chance and I’m pleased to say that I made the right choice. This gentleman was wonderful and welcoming, made me feel like a valued customer and not just a number. I will definitely continue to come back as long as he’s there.
Ed & JP were very helpful and did a great job on my Ford F150. I had 4 new tires put on and their price was awesome and the tires were better, they had 15,000 more miles 65K instead of 50K whicc is what I was getting from Goodyear, Firestone & Tire Kingdom. They did a tune up and oil change as well. Will make this my carcare home. Honest and friendly staff accross the board!
J.P. and Ed (Im not sure if I remember his name correctly) are pretty much a technical and customer service dynamo team. ALL auto repair comes with a dash of doubt and skepticism, but these folks help you balance that against the final bill, and are reasonable and work with you. I was treading water and the undercarriage buckled causing the buttons to pop off. The guys at Pep Boys were amazing and quick with their service. They put the buttons back into the undercarriage and now my car is 100% back to normal. Thank you so much Pep Boys. They are so amazing that they did not even charge me. I had low tire pressure and got fed up with multiple gas station air pumps that didnt work. We were late to start a road trip and I was upset and having a very bad day. They filled my tires and checked them out. It wad quick and they didnt charge me anything. Will be returning!

Very honest crew. We went in for a flat tire. Turns out the tire was flat because of an error during installation at a pepboy at a different location. Patrick apologized on behalf of pepboys and took care of the entire thing... labor, parts, the whole nine yards. Definitely my new mechanic shop.
I had 11 am appointment i was there for 1hr and half just for a oil change. There was only one cutomer in front of me and there were 5 employees. I had 30% off coupon the total was $55. How can a oil change take over a hour and cost $55 with a 30% coupon. Most expensive oil change i every had. Never again at pep boys.
Do good work and are generally friendly but need to do better about keeping appointments. We waited over an hour 2x ago. About a month ago had a 2pm appointment and when we arrived were told they are 2 hours behind. So no service preformed that day.
I was pricing some new tires today but then read the below, 1 star review. Local guides have put their time in, and I trust their reviews. I will take my business elsewhere rather than risk a shady experience.
Did not call me to let me know whether they had my tires i stock before my appointment. Website did not tell me at all that I should call ahead. Website also said that the tires were in stock. One would assume I’d be good for my appointment, I drove 40 minutes to find out I wasn’t good for the appointment.
Quoted a price for tires, got us in the door, then said they wouldnt honor it. Said the employee messed up and refused to do anything.Mistakes happen, usually you do something to accommodate it, instead of walking a customer and their 5 cars for good.Take any quote you get over the phone with a grain of salt... Antonio is very helpful. The technicians here are certified, they did alignments, balancing, and new tires on both me and my wifes cars. Both cars look and ride better. I knew what tires I was looking for and they had two in stock, were able to transport the other two from another location within an hour. Had 4 new tires with alignment same day. Quoted price matched price I paid. Found out I got lifetime free tire rotations as well! Very happy with this location, would recommend.
I backed into a parking space and walked towards the entrance. The manager on duty looked at me as I walked up to the building while sitting in the service bay area. I waited for 8 minutes near the register and never was helped. I then walked out to where the acting manager was. He ignored me until a service tech said can I help you. At that point the acting manager said, I saw you, Ill be with you soon, I waited two more minutes. I left and in 98 minutes I had a set of new tires at the competition.Ive been their a few times in the past, but will not go there in the future. 😕
Anthony was so nice, professional, smiled and was happy to help me. I dont see that kind of service too much anymore. I came in bc the blower motor on my AC unit wasnt working. He had a car in every bay that was being worked on but he took me in right away, ordered the part AND had it fixed in about 40-45 minutes total. I was very pleased 😃 My clutch is going so I will definitely be taking it back to Pep Boys! 💜 Not happy that this is happening of course, but I feel confident that they will do a great job. The staff is friendly but the prices here are considerably higher than the surrounding shops. Quoted me $140 per hour labor rate which is higher than at the dealership.
Terrible customer service, i guess new management, bad staff, two specific guys in front desk, very rude, lack of knowledge about how to talk to people/customer, my last experience was today and I will never come back, I just wanted him to check my car for a potential repair, i asked him for how long i have to leave the car for checking and he just said i dont know know unacceptable answer for a cliebt, while the other man was staring at me from the head to the toes
This place, or at least its manager, Marcus, are DREADFUL. I am so disappointed with the service here. We got all new tires 3 months ago- with lifetime insurance... 2 weeks ago I brought my vehicle in because the valve stem broke on one of the tires. I expected a free replacement since Id just spend $1k on all new tires and insurance... Well... not so much. First, he tried to charge me $600 for a NEW TIRE and new back brakes! I was like no, my husband will change out the brakes this weekend (we were waiting for the brakes to come in). He made some snide comments about how HED never put children in that vehicle... referencing my children that were with me. Honestly, the brakes were not THAT bad and had only started making the slightest noise earlier in the week. Well, back to the tire...why did it need a new tire if it was just the valve stem?? Well... apparently this question rubbed Marcus the wrong way and he got volatile and flat out RUDE with me! I mean you could tell his blood pressure was through the roof! Red faced and all! (How dare I ask such a logical question right?) I asked to speak to the manager...I was in shock to find out he WAS the manager!! At that point I just wanted to get myself and the kids away from this guy. Got the new tire and came home. Now... TWO WEEKS LATER the same tire is flat! Take the tire off and to the store, Patrick (very nice guy with excellent customer service) had the tire patched, no charge since it as under warranty (lucky Marcus wasnt working) but THEN we woke the next morning to THE SAME TIRE NOW FLAT AGAIN! (this makes 3 flats on the same tire in a 2 week period). Unfortunately for us, Patrick was off and we had to deal with Marcus who REFUSED to let my husband leave without CHARGING US FOR A NEW TIRE AGAIN stating the plug put in the night before failed!! What about the extra insurance we purchased?? What about about the accident protection it covered?? What about prorating the new tire based on its wear and tear?? (it was presumably 2 weeks old). What about the 30 day warranty?? Also, he said we NEEDED new lug-nuts since theyd apparently stripped them... I just cannot wrap my head around this guy and how he is in charge at this place! Hes like a scammer and not even a smooth talking one at that! Flat out RUDE! He didnt blow up at my husband like he did me but my husband did over hear him being super rude to another female customer so Im not sure if its a problem with women or what. Either way- a rip off. Quite honestly, Im scared of this guy and hes left a bad taste in my mouth over Pep Boys as a whole. We only returned since we had purchased all the insurance and warranty through them. If there is a future problem well either go somewhere else all together or go to another towns Pep Boys.

Great store, that is well managed by Antonio!I recently had a problem that stemmed from a previous repair the shop had made. Upon my follow up visit to the shop Antonio rolled out the red carpet and addressed the problem immediately. Never once did he make long unnecessary excuses, he simply corrected the problem as all great managers do, and he did so with a smile that is contagious.In life I have run across very few individuals who exuded the kind of professionalism, respect, cheerfulness, and enthusiasm for their business as Antonio. I only wish he worked in every store I did business with so that all my interactions would be as pleasant as the one I have just experienced.

Best customer service Ive ever had in a lube shop. Manager Tony knows how to take care of clients. I signed up my company vehicle for a fleet account witch takes some time to set up. I still needed an oil change and tire rotation that day so Tony just did it for free just to get my taken care of. Highly recommend.
Worst service highly price. I just came to replace my thermostat which cost around 80$ for which they were charging me around 450 $ to just replace it. They didn’t take any responsibility of the part they broke in my engine when they were checking it. Ended replacing one extra parts which were fine before.
I didnt have an appointment to do my oil change, but Carlos was able to get me in without waiting too long. Compared to other auto care centers that dont even take you without an appointment or push you back because someone else has an appointment. Fair prices and the wait was short. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT as well as Brian the sales associate staring at me and making comments and making me feel uncomfortable. Marc the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Whenever I asked a question he would answer in a disrespectful way and talked to me as a child. Plus, he was rude to other customers while I was there too. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!

Excellent customer service and a great price! Came in for brakes on my car and I was expecting to get a list of things wrong with my car but to my surprise the Assistant manager Danny said all I needed was my pads replaced. I am so satisfied with the service I received today with Just Brakes I have a large family and I have told all of my family and friends to go to Just Brakes for all their automotive needs.

Decent auto parts store, has of your basic auto need items on hand and what you dont see they can usually order it for you. They have actually gone to my car and installed a windshield wiper for me, now thats. Customer service. 5 stars because of that employee going out of his way to help me.

Had tires rotated and now brakes feel like they have something on rotors. Had air filter replaced and car running rough. Checked under hood and two vacuum lines to air induction not connected. Had cabin air filter changed and when I picked up the car the owners manual was on floor. When I went to put in back in glove box the glove box fell on floor. The bracket was never reconnected. Wont be going back.
