I’ve got a package of appliances for my house for a really good price, in great shape even though there’s used. They were super nice when I went into the store to look for options. Let me start off by saying.... this place is simply incredible. You’ll rarely find a business who takes so much pride and is as reliable, trustworthy, and amazing as this place. Not only do they have VERY nice, VERY affordable appliances. But the owner is so sincere and went so far out of his way to make sure everything was hooked up and installed properly that he even drove back (1 hour) the next day to bring a part that was missing in my house. He even helped us move a big piece of furniture because we were moving in that day! He cleaned up everything after installation and wiped all the appliances down. The appliances are UNBELIEVABLY amazing. I just couldn’t be more pleased with this company. Look no further if you’re looking for some appliances. This is the place to support.

This company saved me 2K at least. Our refrigerator was acting up. I called GE and the tech told me that it sounded like we needed a new refrigerator. We went looking at new refrigerators and were shocked at the prices. We decided to find out what it would cost to fix our refrigerator and called T3M Appliance Outlet and set up an appointment. The tech found the issue, ordered the parts and our refrigerator is running like new. They were HONEST, great service, and really worked with us. I could not recommend this company enough!!!!!

I do not even want to leave 1 star! This company sold us a washer and dryer set. They offered free delivery because they “ACCIDENTALLY” loaded our set into their truck. They then bring the set and the washer is crawling with bugs. We have to send a video of the bugs and they finally agree to pick it up and fix the matter. They give me a loaner washer which was nice. They finally “fix” my washer situation and call my husband to schedule a drop off. They give him a time they will be there and they are late! The day from their office calls and gets rude with my husband when he says we have to leave and that we scheduled our event around the time they gave us. She basically demands we wait for them and insists that they shouldn’t have had to pick it up anyways because there was only “dirt” inside the washer. My husband again reminds her that he has video proof of the bugs and she gets even more rude. Eventually the guys show up as we are leaving. He insists we have to wait even though they were late. He continues to try to tell my husband that there was only dirt in the washer as my husband is trying to show him the video of the bugs. He only gets rude and says his company is reputable and we are just “angry people.” I 20/10 do NOT recommend this company!

Got a great deal on a front load washer/dryer set!Washer after 1st day had an issue, we called them and their service repair men came out promptly. Turns out it was a water pump and being we were still under warranty they ordered the part and repaired it free of charge!Washer and dryer have been working wonderfully with no issues.Thank you!

We visited this place today. We bought a used washer. Lee the owner delivered it for free. After it was hooked up we had issues with it. We called him and he was here within 5 minutes. He diagnosed the problem. He assumed it was a pump. He went back to the shop and came back shortly, and installed a brand new pump. He also found a small pinched hose in the back of the washer. The washer works completely awesome right now! We cannot thank him enough for being so immediately attentive. It is wonderful to deal with someone who cares about his business and his customers as much as he does. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Lee.

Delivery staff spent the time to make sure it runs right and to show me how to operate it. T3M is a wonderful place to get great prices, great product, and great service.

Purchased a used refrigerator, after about six months it stopped freezing. I was impressed they came out and repaired the refrigerator and didn’t charge us for repair.Here we are 6 months later and we have the same problem. I called another repair service and they said there was a leak that couldn’t be repaired.$350 plus delivery for a year.I’ll never buy used again, especially from this place.

I bought a washing machine and they installed me, it made a horrible noise after 3 days it stopped working and a week they brought me one, supposedly the same as the one I had bought and no, it was a different one and of a lower price and they collected the one that was broken because according to what they were going to fix it and 3 weeks have passed and they have not returned the washing machine that I bought. Every time I speak they tell me that later and that I will return the call .... not very professional.
