This sweet family runs an honest business. I had been to four other pre-owned appliance shops looking for a basic washing machine when I found them on Facebook Marketplace. They invited me in, showed me what they had, worked with my budget, and set up delivery and install. They communicated well with me, and when I had a minor issue (caused by the dolly used to transport the machine) they were very quick to fix it. I’m thrilled with my new appliance! Thank you!!

MUST READ!!! A+++Last night my refrigerator caught fire due to a short. I sent an email to this business who had previously help me purchase a used but in great condition dryer so I decided to give them another chance with another appliance of mine. When I sent out the email late in the afternoon I was not expecting a response as quick as I received it on the same day the owner was very patient with me help me choose from a variety of options and was not judge mental of me for staying within my budget. I got my paperwork done last night financed and all signed and ready by 8 PM..... Today I went to pick up my fridge and the breathtaking young lady at the front desk who was there tending to the store at the time was very helpful made me feel welcome. She help me with the loading process as best as she could and on a hot day as it was today she even Had the kindness and courtesy to offer me a cold water bottle. Bluewater appliances you have earned my loyalty as a customer for as long as I live in Florida I will not recommend any other stores for appliances except yours you have set a new high standard to customer service and satisfaction

These guys are amazing! The stove I bought was perfect. I was very nervous looking outside a large cooperation for a big purchase but they made it super easy. Will be buying all my appliances from them.

Bought a new, scratch and dent refrigerator from Alex. It did have an unexpected issue. Alex was responsive and stayed in touch to ensure the manufacturer honored the warranty. They did and Alex was easy to get in touch with. When we need appliances we will definitely be checking out his inventory!

After finding a refrigerator we liked on marketplace being sold by Blue Water Appliances we contacted Alex and purchased a brand new scratch and dent GE door in door french door refrigerator! Best experience so far on Marketplace!Id been looking for a replacement stove for several months. The price was reasonable, the young lady I dealt with was professional and offered delivery and pick up of my damaged appliance. Delivery was quick, on time and courteous!Business done like the old days!

My husband and I purchased a washing machine a couple of weeks ago, when we got it home and hooked up it began to leak. We immediately called and told them what was happening, they sent a repair man out the follow morning when we discovered the drum itself was cracked. A few days later we paid for the delivery of another machine, had it hooked up by the delivery man they sent over. Again it started leaking, called again immediately. They were very helpful and willing to make the situation right whatever we chose to do. Having 4 children I just needed a machine that worked and got the job done. Another few days went by and another machine was delivered to us this time at no cost. It was a difficult week but the situation was rectified as soon as possible- the last machine has been working great with no issues. I will go back to them again if we’re in the market for another appliance.
