I ordered a set of sofas: one love seat and one XL love seat, to fit in my under-sized living room. I had always previous purchased furniture from a retailer that specializes in recliners as well as other furniture, where I had been satisfied. I did not expect to be so impressed with Ethan Allen. I figured EA would be overprices, but they were very competitive I am thrilled with my purchase.First, a designer worked with me to do a virtual representation of my room. I honestly wanted a bigger sofa, but he rightly showed me that it was just too big. Im glad I went with the dual love seats.Second, my family members are all tall - 510 to 66. The sofa has great height, and leg and back support. Its hard to find furniture that fits a family of tall people.Third, I love the options for the cushions internally. We upgraded to the springs - this is fabulous. Everyone who sits on it comments on how comfortable it is.Fourth, the upholstery selection beat the competitors. I was looking for a light neutral. Most are just that - beige fibers woven together. However, while this has a neutral base, if you look closely, there are actually blue and yellow and rust fibers mixed in. Its not noticeable to the casual glance, but it gives the sofa LIFE. Instead of looking at a dreary beige sofa, I am looking at a sofa which oh-so-subtly picks up on the colors of the room giving it a warmth and strength I love.Fifth, I bought this on sale and the price was very competitive. For the price and the quality, it was a bargain. I expect to pay for quality, which I did, but I also got a good and honest price and am pleased.Finally, it was scheduled to ship two months sooner than other stores were promising during the pandemic, and even then arrived a month early. Fabulous service.I will be going back to Ethan Allen again, although I expect these sofas to last twenty years.

Mark McIntyre was great to work with! He really listened to our needs and has a wonderful eye for detail! He came up with a beautiful floor plan for our home. He updated us multiple times on the status of our order. We are so pleased with our experience and how our room came together. After purchasing a new home I decided it was time to purchase “real” furniture. Mark was the first person I spoke with upon entering the Canton location. His expertise and personality made the entire design/purchase process easy. He also provides regular status updates on delivery which were much appreciated.Delivery process was also easy. The men who delivered the furniture today were early (very appreciated), set up everything and we’re in and out in a short period of time. Michael Curulla has helped me design and furnish 3 rooms in my house. His taste is amazing! I love all the fabric and colors he chooses and immediately agree with his choices. The sofa and love seat I purchased are really beautiful and very well made. Because of the pandemic and the quarantine, it took a while for me to get my pieces. I have re-done my living room and they look great. There were some spots on the furniture that had to be cleaned up. The gentlemen that came to take care of this was very professional. There are truly not enough positive words to say about our Ethan Allen Designer Michael Mueller.My husband and I moved to our new home about four and a half years ago. Ive been working with Michael Mueller for several years on various projects. Whether the projects were picking a chair fabric or a complete room renovation, I found Michaels patience, sense of humor and eye for style to be superb. He knew what I wanted usually before I did. We keep returning to Ethan Allen because the quality of their furniture is very good and because Michaels one-on-one attention and professional dedication to each project makes the process of redecorating very easy. Our home looks a lot nicer since Michael came into our lives. We highly recommend working with him.

Long story short, tried a private designer and Pottery Barn to design the furniture and layout for our new home. Both were awful experiences. Messed up orders and poor quality furniture with bad customer service (Pottery Barn), non-responsive designers (both) and being over charged for work that was promised and not completed (private designer). We walked into Ethan Allen to try to do this on our own after feeling discouraged. That is when we met Michael who has been a GOD send! He was organized, responsive, honest and decisive. We liked what he showed us so we gave working with him a go...and could be happier! The couches are MUCH better quality than Pottery Barn, the color scheme and sizes are better and our home is looking complete! We are so grateful for his help and wish we found him first! Michael Mueller is my go-to-person for design services. I have worked with him for years and have always appreciated his interior design expertise. The farm table and chairs I recently bought from him for our Cape Cod home was perfect. I get so many compliments. And it was on sale at a great price! Michael arranged for delivery when it was most convenient for us. He is so responsive and helpful. It is so easy to rate his service as 5 stars.

We bought a dresser for our daughter, but delivery took ages and then when it finally came, the delivery man had to call us several times because he had the wrong address. Then we had ordered the other knobs, but as they didnt come with it, I called the store, and they assured me they would be sent out, but that was over three weeks ago, so doesnt look like Ill ever get the knobs that I paid for.

Working with Anne Van Lieu was amazing. I was a very pregnant mom looking for a bedroom set. Anne not only helped us on the floor, she visited us at home with stain samples and ideas of what to do. When delivery day came Anne was there to help make sure everything was set up just the way we wanted. I will definitely work with Anne and Ethan Allen again.

We recently worked with Michael to design a few rooms in a new house we bought in South Carolina. He was able to use the pieces we loved from our current home and infuse a southern vibe with new pieces. We had an issue with the blueprints measurements and had to change our order; Michael and Mary Beth (regional manager) worked with us to make sure everything would fit in our new home.Michael has a wonderful sense of style and Im sorry he wont be in SC to help with other areas of the home!

I dont think Ive ever written an online review, but our experience with Kelly Hernsdorf (one of Ethan Allens design consultants) was so outstanding, that I felt the need to write something here. Kelly helped us redecorate several rooms in our house. She was incredibly easy to work with and her professionalism and excellent design eye were clear from the start. The result is a new feel for our home that is both beautiful and live-able. The quality of the materials was excellent and the prices were competitive given the quality of the furniture. We will absolutely use Kelly in the future when we are ready to tackle other rooms in the house.

The staff were helpful, very happy with the product. But production delays of some sort caused the item we ordered in February to be unavailable until mid July! Staff kept us informed as delivery date kept getting shifted later and later. If you are in a hurry to receive your items, you may want to shop elsewhere, as you cannot count on the initial delivery date quoted.

I have purchased furniture for 2 rooms through Michael Mueller at Ethan Allen and both are perfect! I trusted him implicitly after the first room turned out so well, that I let him decide the second room for me!

I always work with Michael Curulla at the Canton Design Center of Ethan Allen. Recently, I felt my living room needed something but I didnt know what. Michael had helped me select new chairs, a sofa, a coffee table and other accessories, and everything looked great. But something was missing. Michael knew exactly what it was. The windows were almost bare. There were shades for privacy, but the room looked cold. We selected a beautiful fabric, only to be told that it was no longer being produced. Michael quickly found two alternatives; one that was a bit (not much) more than our original selection; and the other, quite a bit less per yard. He told me not to rush in making a choice, so I went home and thought about it. After about one week, I called, and the fabric and trim we ordered should be here soon. Its only been a few weeks, and I cant wait to see the finished product. One thing I love about Ethan Allen (and Michael Curulla)--you wont ever make a mistake. If they help you select things for your home, you wont go wrong.
