Wanted to buy fried chicken from hot serve or cold serve and ALL of your plastic boxes opened. Nothing was taped down. All I had to do was pick one up and it popped open. I could have touched all that chicken.

I enjoy shopping at Target. I can get groceries, home items - everything at Target. I love sipping on a Starbucks drink and cruising the isle. The brightness, cleanliness and overall vibe at Target is why I love to shop at Target.

The store is always so efficiently operated. The staff is welcoming and friendly and eager to assist you in any way they can. Rock on Target!!! Great selection of products too.

This Target is the most FRIENDLY Target I have ever been to!! Walking in the door you will be greeted by a warm welcome and big smile from Jane where she has tons of clean carts and masks waiting if you need them. Moving through the clean store all of the employees are more than willing to help you find anything you need! In produce the gentleman offered me sone fresh strawberries that he was putting out and asked how I was doing, Tommy in the meat department helped me pick out some great ribs and suggested some stuffed flounder as well. He gave me his person guarantee on the items and let me know that I could come back and see him if I didnt like anything. Checking out my cashier was super sweet and let me know that they like to keep a smile on their faces and that the Canton Target was her favorite. Benjamin, the customer service manager really knows the golden standard for how a store should be because everyone in that store was fabulous! I will never shop at the Woodstock Target again after having this amazing store right down the road! I really appreciate the service they provide!

Target stores are always clean, well organized and the employees step up to help with most any questions or concern.

I brought a item on line for pick up. I call 3 times to find out some information on it. I got no answer after letting it ring and ring and ring. But I did get hung up on 3 times. On the 4th call after letting it ring and ring and ring I go a person. My question was answered. If Target is that short handed. Hire more people. We are the customers. We are what gives you that job. We deserve as customers better then this!

Been here many times. The store is nicely kept and the employees are very helpful. The one thing I would say is that despite there being signs saying masks are required nobody is enforcing it. I was just there. Few minutes ago and there is a larger major of people not wearing it. Its a bit concerning specially with the state of thing as they still are with COVID-19 that they might be endangering their employees and other customer by not enforcing their own rule.

Store is clean, cashiers friendly.Very disappointed by the book selections.Lots to lead children, innocent and uneducated on false teachings such as how to cast spells(demonic), how to be a witch(demonic), books on people and people who speak lies, but want to convince people that they themselves are superior and their lies should be seen of truth. I researched this store, who owns, who leads, and who wont sell a persons product because of their belief. I thought we are in a society that doesnt discriminate.If that persons belief isnt good enough, neither is their money.

I mean, its Target, you know? Its clean and full of everything I wanna buy and cant afford. This one does have a good food selection. They have a decent variety of dairy free ice creams and frozen foods. They have a lot of plant milks and some gluten free foods. Everyone I saw wore a mask and hand sanitizer pumps are everywhere for customers to use. I might actually shop here for groceries in the morning instead of the regular grocery store if I can control myself from wandering.

You can get anything you need at Target. Its well organized and well managed with good prices.

Horrible Experience on multiple occasions. The store was completely disheveled. Was over in the womens clothing area and almost stepped in play-doh that had been smushed into the carpet. Saw a worker walk by and didnt even acknowledge me. They didnt even pick it up. Clothes were all over the floor. It was completely trashed. One of the cashiers didnt even bother to bag one of my items purchased. Another cashier forgot to even give me my item I had purchased while loading my cart, thus having to come back to claim it at guest services. I went to purchase some frozen items as well only to realize that they were out of date and still on the shelf! I also tried to purchase a toy but was told I could not do so because it was street dated and shouldnt have been on the floor to begin with. I am deeply disappointed in this store as of the past year. The workers dont seem to even care. I dont even see any of the regular employees that always helped me before and Ive been shopping at this store for over a decade.

Was not clear how I would get the bar code since it was not emailed to me. Had to call and be told to get the app and it would show up there

The drive-up pick up was packed but they were cycling everyone through very quickly.

I am thankful it could be ready in about 2 hours, was, and was filled properly.

This location is definitely one of the worst I have ever been in. There are just empty clothing racks and the selection for a lot of things is minimal or just non-existent. Sizing is incorrect.

I always enjoy shopping at the Target on Exit 19 in Canton GA. The cashier was extremely friendly and efficient as always. The store is extremely clean and laid out well. The prices are reasonable and much better quality than comparable stores.

It’s hard to find my size in shoes in any store, so I knew it was a long shot when I asked if they had my size in the back; the two associates in the shoe department were very kind and understanding, I wish I remembered their names because I’d love to commend them, they told me my size wasn’t in store but they looked it up online and gave me a code to go straight to it at home, my shoes came in and fit like a dream, thanks to their help! Definitely a great experience with target 💕

I absolute love this location. Emily is the sweetest employee I have ever met. When I asked her a question about the Target app she showed me exactly how to use it and even showed me coupons I could use! This store clearly has the right idea when it comes to customer service.

Evelyn is the absolute best. I stopped by to buy a car seat for my son and she unboxed everything for me and offered to help set it up. She was very nice and willing to help without me asking for help!

I help an elderly gentleman. When he got out of the hospital, it was recommended he use a specific scale. On the way home I stopped ran in and grabbed the scale. It was the wrong one! Went to return and couldnt find the receipt. Went to customer service and they said if it was bought on a card they could find it. They did!!!! Processed the return, I went found the correct scale and bought it on the spot! Very thankful for the employees, their ability to find the receipt on the card and the professional way they handled everything.

This is my favorite Target in the area. It has great employees and the store itself as well organized. There is always plenty of free parking in the parking lot and the parking lot is well-maintained.Theres a Starbucks inside and its got sum of the friendliest Baristas around.The store has a lot of organic produce and organic frozen items. They always have tons of clearance and final sales which is always A+. highly recommend them!

A car almost hit us in the parking lot, proceed to follow my friends and I around (all of us are eighteen and he was a grown man) he cusses us out and we also use some choice words. We proceeded to enter the store and have someone tell management that we started a fight outside when that isn’t what happened at all and the manager would not listen to our side at all. We weren’t cussing in the store or anything, and I understand that those words aren’t appropriate but HE followed US a group of teens and harassed US in the parking lot.

Love this location so much. Everyone from the associates on the floor to the pharmacy staff are genuine good people. We actively choose to drive up from Towne Lake to shop here because of the cleanliness and atmosphere of this store.

A market team member helped me in seasonal without any hesitation. His nickname was happy and it is very accurate! He went to the backroom and pulled 3 different scented shampoos for me to smell and once I picked a scent he went and found the matching conditioner all with a smile and great attitude!

Great products!!! Went in and purchased a few outfits for my boys. There was a great sale going on so not only did I get some cool looking clothes for them, I paid way less than I thought I would!!!! The store is always well stocked, great NEW merchandise every time I go in and the associates are always polite. Let me not forget the store is always super clean

Went in looking for file folders. Couldn’t find them. Nobody around to ask. So, I gave up and got the shampoo I needed. Went to check out. Only one lane open in the deserted store at 6pm on a weeknight.The helpful cashier told me where to find the folders. I find their fancy colored and lined(!) file folders for $8.00 for about 15. The plain manilla folder that is much cheaper for greater quantity is sold out.Head back to check out to purchase the shampoo. Now there’s a line. Gotta wait.Decided to leave without buying anything knowing full well I will get the exact folders I want on Amazon for far cheaper.Case in point as to why brick n morter retail is dying a slow but absolute death.I try to support these places because I prefer to go to a store, but they just stamped it out tonight.Maybe after they’re closed the building will become a roller rink or perhaps a flea market.I guess we’ll all be working for Amazon someday.

At this day and time Target is the most concerned about keeping their store sterilized. Their staff is friendly and eager to help when needed. Would rather shop there than anywhere else.

Target is a good value with unique items and good store brands. I try to come at least once a week. The store employees are friendly and helpful.

I always love going to Target but my experience has been greatly improved ever since Austin started working there. He is a cashier there and is always full of energy and has a passion for what he does. Even if his line is the longest in the store I make a point to go to his line because his positivity makes my day! This guy deserves a raise!

Absolutely ridiculous that you cannot try on clothes. We can buy food that they make, touch everything that everybody else touches on the shelves, but can’t try on clothes. I am so sick of this. I will not return. I’ll shop somewhere else.

Inside and Curbside experience is rough. Very busy location and the staff always seems new or poorly trained.Multiple orders were messed up (items ordered were damaged and/or missing) and the target associates I interacted with for resolution do not seem to be adequately trained or they just don’t care. Green location executes everything much smoother. Perhaps due to better hiring practices and training of their team? I will drive out of my way to go to Green.

Always happy with my experience here. Stop at Starbucks on the way in and its always a pleasant time. Ive come to love shopping there around 9 AM on weekdays. Its very quiet and lines are very short.

Not such a great experience today. I checked out at the self checkout with all of my purchases and then when I got to the organic bananas, I put the 2 bunches on the scale and it asked for a quantity, so I thought, that’s incorrect because the sign CLEARLY says “0.69 per lb” that is attached to the spindle in which the bananas were hanging. I entered 2 under quantity to see what happened and it charged me 1.39 per each bunch. I said that’s clearly wrong so I hit remove to get an attendant over. I pointed to the bananas on the screen and said it’s charging it per bunch instead of per lb as the sign indicates and she said, in a unfriendly tone “what are you talking about?” As if she was annoyed I bothered her. I said “the organic bananas are on a spindle that says .69 per lb and this is charging me 1.39 per bunch and is not weighing them so maybe I did something wrong?” She said “NO. That’s how is supposed to be because the ones that are wrapped in tape are sold by the bunch not lb” and I said well that’s not what your sign says and clearly this is charging me for over 2 lbs per bunch and this one bunch (I held it up) had clearly had bananas removed from it, look at in comparison to the other”. She said “well, next time maybe you should make sure not to pick up one that has had them taken off like that” and walked away. That was her solution. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted to put one bunch back or offer any sort of customer service at all. To be clear: your sign needs to reflect on your screens what the sign says above the product you are purchasing. I buy here all the time, produce, household, etc. every week. I will not be anymore and I truly feel like I’m owed money back. It’s not about the money but it is about the lack in perspective of your trained workers who are supposed to be working to help customers, not prove a point and walk away, they should help the customers, not themselves and maybe... I don’t know.. go check the sign to see if the customer is indeed correct? I understand customer service is difficult and people can be really hard to deal with, however, nothing gave her the right to treat me this way today and your prices need to reflect your signs. Get it together, target.

I was walking past the bakery with my son on his birthday. The lady started talking to him and gave him a cookie. We saw a pre made cookie cake that was beautiful, and they personalized it for us immediately after we asked about it. We had some for dessert last night & it tasted great.

I love everything about Target. I love the items. Its not like going to Walmart. Going to Target is an experience an Adventure.

Below is an email I sent to Target executives detailing a horrifying and threatening confrontation from the Store Manager. The names have removed for safety. Target ‘s response can only be described as “ops”Saturday, July 20th began like every other weekly shopping trip to Target. The deli person and I spent 20 minutes or so talking about cars, specifically the 2020 Corvette. From there I went and got my prescription filled by April at the pharmacy and continued my shopping as planned. Unfortunately, it was not until the after checkout, did my shopping trip take a dark and disturbing turn. After checking out myself and the lovely cashier put the items in my canvas bags, as I headed out, I noticed there were a few errors on the receipt. Noticing the ham I purchased had the wrong sticker on it with the wrong UPC, I went back to the Deli to get it fixed. As expected, without any question “Eric” remembered what I purchased (and purchased every week), replaced the wrong sticker with the correct one and directed me back to customer service. The customer service counter was busier than normal, so I waited my turn until being called by “Y” (Store Manager). While attempting to explain what had happened, “Y” interrupted me and asked where the 2nd ham was. Realizing I can become short with people and that “Y” was also being very aggressive I tried to explain the situation again. While attempting to explain the situation a second time, it was clear “Y” was not listening and was being dismissive. I explained to “Y” that this is not the first time this has happened and if she didn’t believe me, she could ask the deli person. Admittedly by this time I was frustrated and responded curtly to “Y”, asking why she thinks I would try to scam or “steal” forty cents of ham. This is where “Y” raised her voice to me and accused me of being rude and aggressive. Confused by this I responded, “I am not raising my voice or using off-color language. How am I being rude or aggressive?” At this point, a person named “T” walked by and was summoned by “Y”. Because “T” was not in any Target uniform, I believe he was an accomplice of hers. It was at this point she threatened me physically. I was told if I continued to speak in this manner, “T” would escort me out of the store. “T” stood off to the side, casting what could only be called “dirty looks” and taking what I considered to be an aggressive posture. Being clearly older than “T” and knowing heart disease is pervasive in my family, I took a deep breath and tried to calm my frayed nerves. At this point, I asked again what I was doing that was rude, and her response was nothing but inflammatory, saying again if I continue, she will have “T” will escort me out. By this point I was so shaken and frazzled in fear for my well-being, the best thing do was return the entire $41.50 purchase. As this was being done, I started to get a very uneasy feeling when I was asked to put the return on my Visa card. I asked “Y” to put the refund back on my Red card because that is what was used for the purchase, she told me it was not possible and needed to be returned on a credit card. Because this seemed it could potentially be fraudulent, I decided to take the cash back.

Came to shop at target today. I love shopping at target but I have to say I’m very disappointed in the grocery side. This is the first time that I decided to purchase groceries from target and I will never purchase again. Frozen vegetable section is a joke. You didn’t even have plain yogurt. I tried to find Rubbermaid ice trays couldn’t even find those. Yes I’ll go over to Walmart where things are a little bit easier and they have a better selection.

At 10:30 there is only one register open besides the four self service. The customer already being rung up still had a 1/2 full buggy with the second customer behind her having a 2/3 full buggy of groceries. As I was third in line with a large buggy as well, I motioned for the customer service lady at the self-service registers. When I pointed out the two customers ahead of me, plus my buggy, and the two customers waiting behind me... I asked if she could get another register opened (again its 10:30am). I felt sorry for her as the first two people she paged said they couldnt, 3rd said she would be a minute. all of these requests were over the walkie talkies that the entire store (employees) can hear. Where was a manager who should have jumped on this issue. I dont know if its all targets but I do know this store is very bad and having the registers open. Again 10:30 in the morning on a Monday there should be more than one register open.

Pick of my order was smooth and speedy. I spent more time parking the car than waiting for my order! I will be back 😉
