This is one of two special coffee shops in Canton, Ohio with dine in. I usually order their Mocha and a couple of chocolate chip cookies. Good place to drop by if youre in town! If you bring your device, you can work in peace but their radio is tuned to WKSU which is a PBS affiliate so bring ear buds or headphones.

Definitely a little pricey, but they made one of the best chai lattes I’ve had in a while!

Went looking for a late afternoon coffee, and I was directed to Muggswigz by a friendly local couple. The staff here was friendly and helpful, and the hand crafted coffee was some of the best I’ve ever had.

Great coffee! Atmosphere is a little crowded and the building this Muggswigz is in is a little old, but overall a good place. Their vanilla chai was excellent.

Visited from out of town and friends brought me here. That was a year and a half ago and I and my local friends that were on the trip are STILL ordering the Chai tea from Muggswigz on their website. Absolutely LOVE IT!!! And the small business personal touch to the customer service is amazing.

There is no coffee shop like this. They create their own tea blends roast their own beans in house. Freshest coffee youll find north east Ohio. They do everything right.

The latte was excellent. The staff and service was excellent.I gave 4 stars because the almond biscotti was stale. Great ambiance and atmosphere.

This is a gem in downtown Canton. Such good grinds, good pour over by experts. Enjoy the hundred-pound bags of beans and sit for the first time in a while...

My husband and I go out of our way almost every Saturday to visit this coffee shop. It’s seriously the best of the best! The building is kind of old and drab to me, but lots of people like the character of it. Just my personal preference to have things be a little more bright and airy than dark and cozy. Doesn’t ever stopMe from coming back, though!!

This is my favorite coffee shop in Stark County frankly I drive 30 miles just to go here. The staff are awesome the coffee is great the food is good. If I had to only suggest one thing. Id say try the red eye double shot dark. This place is 5 thumbs up

This is a nice, quiet little coffee shop that my hubby and I like to come to. Ive had several of their teas and a few different coffees, and they have all been awesome. Try out some of their baked goods, too. Yummy! Only complaint I would have is that they need to either replace a couple of their tables or shim them up or something because a couple of them are very shaky and Im always afraid Im going to lean on it funny and spill my drink. Other than that, love this place!!

Simply the best locally roasted coffee in the area. Great atmosphere, excellent signature coffee drinks, huge selection of teas, as well as bulk whole beans for use at home. All of the coffee is roasted on site and extremely fresh. Great for your average coffee drinkers and total coffee snobs alike. The staff is also very knowledgeable about the various beverages offered here. This is one of the true gems of downtown Canton!

I liked the ambiance here and the baked goods were delicious. I appreciate the option for non dairy milk and having vegan options. I didnt give a higher rating because my iced mocha had way too much chocolate and I was very bothered by the use of styrofoam cups. The staff were all very friendly though.

Very nice place. Totally has the best coffee shop feel inside this joint. I love to come on Sunday afternoons when they are roasting coffee. Smells so good. Their teas are top knot here as well as the hot and cold espresso drinks. Love the earl grey special tea and a London fog. A+ rating!!!

This shop is always a delicious stop! The staff is very knowledgable and will guide you in your drink choice! The prices are comparable to Starbucks, but the favors are unique!

Excellent drink quality. Ordered the Fuzzywig with oat milk. Good espresso and flavor. Only small complaint was that my latte was barely hot enough. Probably about 130° max. Should be closer to 150° in my opinion. Nice place tho! Will definitely recommend.

Excellent. The coffee, tea, and other edible goods are among the best Ive ever had, perhaps THE best Ive ever had. Ive been going there for years and consider myself a regular. Im never disappointed by the quality of the goods or by the service of the baristas. In fact, I make it a point to know their names and tip well; the service warrants such attention.But beyond the goods, beyond the service, the atmosphere is something to marvel at. I frequent Muggswigz more often to do work than not. The lighting, music, and design of the interior all contribute to a warm, comforting feeling. I feel cultured at Muggswigz. At Muggswigz, I walk the edge of creativity and thought.There is no place like Muggswigz.

We smelled fresh coffee from 2 blocks away and found this great shop. The coffee was delicious and the service was prompt and polite. We were very pleased with our visit.

This is truly a coffee shop worth visiting. Spent the afternoon studying for finals here. Amazing drinks, comfortable and inviting people, and in a space where you are welcome to stay and study, catch up with a friend, or take a moment for yourself.

Foam cups and no discount for bringing your own travel mug. Stupid expensive. No prices posted half the time. Make sure you specify a size because they wont ask, and will give you the largest size possible. They do make a good London Fog, and the coffee is decently and consistently strong (compared to other local establishments), these being the only reasons for the two star rating.

The sugar free white chocolate latte was exquisite. Staff is always friendly. Nice ambiance.

Dont skip this place if youre a tea drinker. Crafted iced tea is so good. I always get the featured one of the day and have not been disappointed. And if your lucky, you can pick up a day old baked goods as a treat!

I’m sorry but the downtown location is pretty gross. Definitely unclean and smells musky. I had a very long hair hanging from my coffee lid.(Wasn’t mine) I will say, the barista handled my issue in a very professional manner. Even offered me a refund. Next time wear a cap or hairnet.

Muggswigz surprised me. Its a neat spot. I felt a tad out of place the first time I went. It felt like they cater mostly to a younger crowd, but they also have great tea and coffee. I think its a great old meets new kind of place.

I frequently visit Muggswigz from late day meetups with friends to early morning business meetings. They have a ton of drinks, and based on the ones Ive tasted they are all pretty great. The atmosphere is laid back and there is even a bookshelf if your interested in something to read or maybe even a board game. If youre ever in Downtown Canton and feel like a coffee you should stop in!

The last time I went to Muggswigz, Id been talking about baklava to my friend who had never had it. Lo and behold, they had a Baklava Latte on the menu! Every sip was a taste of heaven with honey and nut flavors on top of espresso and cream. Muggswigz has a cozy atmosphere, and superb drinks with a huge selection, though the crowd can be hit or miss.

Nice coffee shop. The Vietnamese coffee was delicious and unlike anything Id ever had before. I would recommend for any one that likes an upscale coffee experience.

Really wanted to give one star but I’ll be nice, the one girl was just in training but I wanted regular hot coffee and they only had dark roast and the coffee was too strong and the the girl was really ignorant. May come back and get something else... but bad first experience

It was voted one of the 10 best in the country right? Personally, I love it. Best coffee place around. I usually get the Fuzzywig, a house specialty. It is an espresso based drink topped with fresh whipped cream and caramel. If you want a super sweet chocolate espresso drink the French Kiss is quite an experience. There is also a large choice of teas. Every tea Ive ordered has been great. My kids and I like the assortment of goodies at the counter. We usually get a couple different chocolates and PB morsi. The kids hot chocolate was perfect. Rich and chocolaty and not too hot.

Great atmosphere, and nice coffee drinks. The regular coffee, though, is gritty and a little bitter - they dont filter it well enough. Get an Americano or a pour over if regular coffee is your usual drink.

A welcoming space with incredible coffee drinks. The French Kiss comes in a chocolate lined cup with espresso, vanilla and caramel and half and half, and is to die for. The staff were more than happy to answer questions and take their time, but hustled to get orders made in a timely manner.

The Lavender Mocha is literally one of the best coffees I have ever had. They roast the coffee onsite which means great coffee no matter which way you have it. Great variety of teas as well, something for everyone. Only downside, visiting from out of state and this place wont be down the street when I go home.

#muggswigz was a great little coffee/tea shop. Wish I would have gone there sooner. Only complaint was that the big table we were sitting at was really wobbly and any time someone leaned on it the whole table would shake. But, drink and atmosphere-wise it was a cool little place.

Huge variety of coffees and teas, you can get your own kettle with hot water and pour your own fresh tea at your table. They even have vegan bakes goods sometimes; the brownies were awesome

I have spent countless mornings, nights and dollars in this coffee shop and I will until the day I die. I have traveled all over the country and have yet to find a cup of black coffee that is as good and consistent as Muggz. Lovely people, lovely music, and most importantly amazing coffee.

The place smelled of burnt coffee, which was accurate. I ordered the lightest roast brewed in an Aeropress and it still tasted burnt. Not a great experience, though Im not sure youll find any better coffee in Canton either.

Super friendly and helpful staff and excellent beverages. I often stop in when I am in Canton. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I personally do not like the ambience; it has a dishevelled feel.

A favorite hangout spot for me and my friends - the atmosphere is great, lots of coffee choices, and theres often live music. They host an open mic night every Tuesday. My only complaint is that the food is a little lackluster, but the focus is on the coffee, and the lemon bars are very good.

The coffee was great! We had a group of 6 and did have to wait a while as they only had 3 people on staff to make each individual their own drink (understandably so, since we each got a specialty coffee). They have large tables for groups and smaller tables as well. They also have board games to play.
