Cross contamination alert!For the past couple of days my husbands been picking up breakfast from here and today I found a piece of bacon on my Bagel with cream cheese. We DO NOT eat bacon or any sort or meat or chicken due to religious reasons and who would know an innocent bagel with cream cheese would have bacon residue. After inspecting my food I saw bacon grease on my Bagel we both threw away our Bagels. And because I dont eat bacon I threw up and feel sick now, just by the thought of it that Ive been eating it the past days and who knows how many times i might have missed it. Do not trust them with your food! Cross contamination is not a joke, and should not be taken lightly! Usually, this is my go-to place. However, there is a new barista and my caramel marvel latte has been extremely watery with no caramel flavor. The has occurred on more than 2 occasions now. I didnt go back to have it re-made because I am not a difficult customer, but for 6 dollars a latte, you would think I could get a decent latte. It does not taste like normal caramel marvel latte. Please re-train your barista to learn how to make a flavorful caramel marvel like how they should be made.

Not only is the coffee Great! The Ladies that run the shop are So nice. Its going to be my weekly stop. 😃

Been waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes. 2 cars in front of me the entire time. Drinks were cold. Im talking literally over 20 minutes for each of these cars to get their DRINKS! Just DRINKS!

Wondering café for good coffee, Latte, Cappuccino amd etc. Nice inside to sit down and relax as well.

My drive through experience at Biggby coffee was excellent.We took Teddy bear...Excellent taste, quite inviting for more and many More...Fast and smiling service...And reasonably economical.Make this joint a preferred and frequented location.

Most times this location is great. Just go in the morning. Anything afternoon seems to be a mess. Went specifically for a Redbull drink and there was definitely no redbull put in.

Being able to get any flavor you want, while still getting it decaf, is one of the biggest flexes Bigby offers.

Staff is always friendly (and patient while Im deciding my order lol)

I do not like sharing negative energy, it does not make me feel good, especially at this time in the world. But I use to come to this location weekly from 2015-2018. It seemed when there was staff changes the line took longer and longer and sometimes I would wait 15-20 minutes, even with a few cars ahead of me. So I stopped going. I tried going today (10/27/2020) to try again. I had no cars in front of me and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and black coffee. I waiting over 9 minutes. The girls are very nice but the wait is not worth stopping here even though it’s on my way to work. I would love to support this business but they need to figure out how to decrease the drive through wait time.

This is my absolute favorite location. They always have a smile, and are always polite. And today the manager even checked on me because I sounded pretty rough over the intercom... He asked me if I felt okay! Like how awesome is that?I dont know what their criteria is for this certain location, but it definitely works. 💕

Ordered a 16 ounce vanilla capacino . It was half full. I asked why the 16 ounce cup was half full, the guy told me it was half full, because capacino was mostly milk, which is nonsense. This was my first time there and I will NEVER GO BACK !

Waited In the drive thru for 30 mins with only 2 people in front of me (no way to get out once your in).... No apology just full price over 7$ for 1 large expensive frozen coffee drink

I love biggby, absolutely love it. But this 1 biggby I swear to never go to again. They gave me expired coupons to start with acouple weeks ago and crossed out the expiration date saying “it doesn’t have a expiration date” so I went back today and I’m trying to order and the guy keeps interrupting me, then I get to the window and he says the coupon is expired so he won’t take it and they don’t have any coupons. Ok whatever stuff happens, then he hands me my drinks and they aren’t even the drinks I ordered and I said so. His response was “well that’s what you ordered”Cool, great customer service biggby 👍🏻

Has never gotten my order right. I order a seasame bagel sausage egg and cheese NO cream cheese. Theyre slow as all get out. There was only two cars ahead of me and i sat for 20 min. When i finally got my bagel i had to rush to work bc now i was late even though i work just down the road (maybe 5 min). When i got to work i opened the sandwich and it was an everything bagel sausage egg and cheese WITH cream cheese. This type of error has happened twice. I cant eat cream cheese, so i just cant eat my sandwich. Bummed i spent ~$6 each time to not have anything to eat until i can get out for lunch.

Disappointing that during the pandemic a place that says open until 7pm closes their toaster at least 40 min before close. I work nights so not many places I can eat on my way to work with coffee.Edit: Owners were super helpful! It was a mistake and they addressed it with the staff as well as invited me back. Ive been back twice since and the staff has been VERY kind and the coffee is always great. Thanks guys!

I dont know how they are still open. Every single time ive been there they cant make my order. No matter what i order and it just gets worse. Not worth my time in stopping there. I will drive to ford road to the one ran by moe!

Awesome food n drinks

During a pandemic, they stick the card reader out the window for you to pay then the only question it ask you is if you want to leave a tip. Kind of ridiculous. Ive never had a fast food joint ask for tips.

I asked for light ice in my large cold brew, 1/2 the cup was ice. You charge over 4$ for a large cold brew, 2$ of it was ice!

Went through the drive-thru however it seemed like it took forever to get our drinks. There were only three or four cars in front of me but I was in line for 20 minutes. Im not sure why we could not go into order our drinks because that is permitted in Michigan

Great coffee and bagels- avoid on the weekend, they put their slow staff on the morning shift. Sat in line for 20 minutes after waiting at the speaker silently for 5 only to have a confused employee ask me at the window if I had ordered something. I had assumed the speaker was broken, not that the staff couldnt be bothered to ask me to wait- which I would have happily done so.

I walked in your establishment with no customers inside and 4 associates behind the counter. Your first words were after I approached the counter was. - “ what can I do for you today” after I walked past everyone with no greeting to the register. No good morning, no hello. I said good morning and proceeded to my order. Coffee was placed on the counter when I walked down. No here is your coffee sir. Have a good day, thanks for choosing us today. Thank you or come again. I choose not to spend my breakfast coffee disposable dollars with you. What an unpleasant experience!!! I will drive past you to Tim Hortons or Panera. Never again.

The stop in here after work today and had such an awesome experience I decided to actually give a review. The staff and this place is always extremely courteous and professional and is probably the reason that I am a regular customer here.

Really disappointed. This location always screws my drink up. Every time. I go out of my way to go to the one on Ford rd. I also found out the hours are not updated online for this location. Went there at 8:02pm and it was already closed even though online said 9pm. No one in sight. Been closed. The Ford rd location has updated hours....now I cant trust when they say they will be open (just in case I dont have time to go to Ford rd location). Geez get it together would ya?

The Knee is awesome piercer!!! He is very explanatory of the process and he is extremely fun. Also the young lady that runs the counter is super sweet and nice and shes also very informative as well. I am definitely going back for more piercings!

My friend and I just walked out, out experience was horrible. There were two girls there, the one at the register was very nice however there was a caucasian girl with brown hair, she had a little bun on the top of her head, wearing glasses as well as a camouflage jacket. She’s was extremely rude to us when she told us we couldn’t use our coupon, then assumed that we didn’t want to purchase our drinks because she wouldn’t let us use our coupon and just walked away from us, ignoring us, leaving us standing there.

There is not a cup of coffee in the world worth what you pay for a cup of coffee here. But, I am a sucker for hot, caffeinated sugary beverages that cost 3 times as much as a gallon of milk because I live in a society where I have convinced myself I DESERVE to drink something really over priced served by super peppy people who then suggest you tip them for handing you a coffee a machine made.Entitlement never tasted so good.

1) I didnt get a receipt with my order, 2) Price was wrong & was overcharged according to website. (2.19 + 3.49) x2, x1.06 does not equal $14. 3) The coffee is old or has been sitting out for too long. This has happened 4/5 times, so Im going to get my coffee elsewhere. Its too expensive for stale sludgy coffee.But I like that they do Coffee with a Cop here. Thats a nice little community event.

Friendly service but not everyone is good at making drinks. They ALWAYS put brand new employees on drinks, so annoying. The drink is almost never good. Why should I have to pay for their training? That is your job, not mine. Coffee at $6 a pop need to be made perfectly, end of story. I dont have money to waste on a test run w/your new employees & even some of the old ones. Here is some advice, find out your employees strength and put them there. Not everyone is going to be good at making those drinks, it is an art. Either you got it or you dont, either way I am not going to keep wasting money at your establishment.

This place Is always slow and rarely gets your order correct. Manager in the mornings needs to go!***Update****I keep going back to Biggby because they originated in Michigan. This location happens to be on my way to work. I must say I have returned several times and they have everything together again. The place is running like a well oiled machine. Way to go team! Brewed coffee has special flavors. Turkey harvati bragel is nice for breakfast. Clerks are nice and friendly. It takes a bit long on the drive through. Small coffee is only 20 to 30 cents cheaper than medium, whose size is too big.

Sandwich was good other than having an entire half of avocado just thrown on my sandwich.

They dont make drinks correctly. They arent trained to properly look at points. They need management similar to the ones in Westland.

So I was at Biggby at this location and we ordered some shots and some coffee I want coffee and there was Marcus the guy working the drive-through maybe some manager I don’t know always want a black shirt I’m about nine or 10 orders I was standing in the restaurant and he didn’t try to offer something for us non-friendly or not fast service and when I asked for something he said no because they’re not allowed to do that which they are because I always go to Biggby my number is

Always friendly, quick drive thru service even if there is a long line. Wish they carried some other items like their primary competitor, but if Im going just for coffee, this is a great option.

Usually i love Biggby, but the one I took my birthday gift coupon (on my phone) to regised to give me a birthday coffee! The site stopped working 1/2 way through & even tho the staff could see my name & tried to help- no completed coupon-no deal. Made me birthday sad. I couldnt believe that she refused to give me my gift coffee & let me wall out. 😐
