I went in there this morning and ordered two bacon cheddar Jalepeno bagels . I come all the way to work and received the wrong bagels. Called the store 5 times until they answered their phone to let them know i didn’t receive the right items nor a receipt and the manager Brenda gets on the phone give me attitude and tells me she don’t remember me being in there this morning as if I was lying . Truly was baffled after hearing such words as if I am lying. I have better things to do than come back up there and lie about bagels . Worst location ever ! They need training on customer service and how to take care of customers.

The manager (Brenda?) Was very nice and welcoming. Coffee was hot and bagels were good, what more do you need?

Einstein Bagels of Canton is such an AWESOME place for a fresh hot or cold bagel and VERY FRIENDLY and COURTEOUS service. The coffee is wonderful as well. Thanks Einstein’s for starting our day off right!

The picture is what you get. It fell short to me. The bagel was good. But Tim Hortons is way better. It wasnt clean. Maybe I went on a bad day but I dont know if I will try it again.I couldnt find the avocado. Took my egg off. Should of left it on so I would of had something. Does it look like the picture. ......

I love this place. It is clean. The staff is professional and of course breakfast tastes good. I buy 12 bagels deal.

This owner does not know how to treat his employees nor his customers. I am one for sure that is very disappointed on how he has treated me and once i seen how he had treated a young boy in front of me awhile back and I felt so bad for this child. I am sure it was his first job and I never seen him again. What a thing to have to remember for your first job and how people can treat you so poorly. I had gone there many times and never felt very comfortable but I like a certain kind of bagel and they had them. I was jumped on for calling this place to make a pick up order before they opened... I had no clue to what hour they opened and no one had to answer the phone if it was closed. geee... Than when I came to pick up my order I waited a few minutes for it which was fine but what he had done was waited for all customers to leave than jumped me about calling 10 minutes before it opened and told me I was suppose to call ahead to place an order. Now that did upset me... I had called for over 2 hours on an off to place that order but no one answered the phone 2 days before.... I told him this than he says I do not have enough help to answer phones. HUH??????? If this nut job would play the by the same rules than maybe we could follow the rules. HOW ABOUT POSTING A SIGN so customers would know what we are suppose to do instead of jumping them and playing your sick game. Other places now that I have spoke to them about how I had been treated there say that many customers have complaints about this man. Think it is time he retires and lets someone that can work well with others do the job. I use to train people an no way would I ever want someone like this man being up front with the public. I shall never forget this person nor will I ever have anything again good to say about him.

Quick and efficient. Even gave me a few extra bagels. Downside was they got the order wrong, so it ended up being a wash. Staff was friendly, and everyone was masked up.

The man and woman working the store today who have no name tags and would not give their name were very nasty. They would not give me 30 seconds to place my order. I asked for 13 bagles but they only gave me 12. Because of their aggressive and threatening behavior, I called the police and filled a police report.Do not shop here. Terrible nasty service and they bagles are not that fresh.

Staff was rude and accused me of wrongfully having a gift card and tried taking it away and I had to argue with them to get it back. Order was also incorrect. I have gone a few times here, because it is closer to my house, but prefer the Plymouth location for many reasons. This is just the kind of service our family always receive when we go to this location. Will not be going back.

I enjoy coming there with my friends, its a really chill and comfortable place to hang at. The staff are really friendly and patient with us, I feel as if Ive known them all my life. Their bagels are amazing and I love their coffee, good way to start my mornings. I recommended bringing your friends, family and colleagues to this place.

I am trying to support local businesses, but Einstein Bros. Bagels on Canton Center Road has lost my business FOREVER! I stopped by today to make a purchase, and noticed one employee that was preparing my food was not wearing his mask correctly. (Only on his chin, mouth and nose were not covered) I asked the employee that was taking my payment if she could ask him to wear his mask correctly when preparing my food. He came over removing his gloves and began to tell me that he has a right not to wear his mask unless talking to people. He was rude and said that I should look up the law and understand this. I was not happy how rude he was. His name was Joe and I am not sure he is the owner or not, but for his rudeness and unwilling to wear a mask, I am NEVER going back. If you dont mind workers not wearing masks, then good luck.

I have been to many Einstein bagel shops no service is like this one, after my experience I always drive 20 minute to go to this location because The best service and the cleanest Einstein I’ve been tothe owner is very friendly and the workers are always smiling and making sure your well taking care ofI highly recommend this place

Great stop for quick coffee and bagel

I wanted to stop in on my way to work this morning, but I could see the guy working the counter with no mask on, eating, while he stood at the cash register waiting for me to walk in.

One the few nice sit down places in Canton for coffee and breakfast. The establishment has ample space, is clean and usually buzzing on weekdays and weekends mornings.The bagels area made fresh. Try Jalapeno and cheese with cream cheese 😋 or butter if your Canadian (?!) Regular coffee is fresh brewed and much better than fast-food joints but may be not as good as some specialty Cafes. Still worth a visit to relax, coffee and perhaps a bite to eat.Note that closing time is around 3p.

The rude owner of the Einstein Bagels on Canton Center Rd has just lost my future business. I had left an early morning dental appointment at Ford Rd and Beech Daly. I called in an order and the girl taking the order asked me to pay with a credit card. I explained that I was driving. When I arrived there 25 minutes later, the girl was busy on a computer and the owner was wandering around behind the counter. I waited about 5 minutes before the owner asked me what I wanted. I was disappointed to learn that he hadnt started making my order When he made my order he said next time you pay over the phone. I informed him that I was driving when I ordered. He said angrily You could have pulled over! I replied I could have but I didnt, and you could have made my order but you didnt. He can save his future rudeness for someone else.

Bagels are super fresh and tasty. We had plain with egg/cheese/ham, blueberry with egg/bacon/cheese and cinnamon/sugar with egg/cheese/bacon. All were great. Bacon was lean. Price is more than cheap places, but the quality is better too. Get what you pay for. If you dont care about quality and only price, go somewhere else. Staff were friendly and patient. We are a mixed family - black/Japanese - no sense of racism at all - maybe complainer should look in the mirror before using the race card -looked the complainers other posts - just a chronic complainer, never happy. Several other minorities there too - all treated with respect.Only complaints are they were out of some bagels - like chocolate chip and didnt have Orange Pekoe or English Breakfast tea. Iced tea was good quality.Entire place was clean. 3 tables on the patio. Store faces west - lots of shade in the morning. This was my 2nd time at an Einstein - so far consistent quality.

My daughter and I met for lunch. The green chile bagel was great on the egg white sandwich. Great flavorful lunch. Their strawberry lemonade really hit the spot too.

Need friendly workers. Came in this morning and did not feel welcome. Im black and I notice in Canton a lot of these businesses seem to be racist. And their workers are racist as well. I guess a bagel shop in Canton is no exception. I paid $6 for 2 bagels and she just put my bagel in the bag with no wrapper on it. Will never return. I shop where people respect me. Im so done spending money at racist establishments.

The manager was rude and tried to blame me for the staff messing up my order. Food was lukewarm at best. Probably will not be returning to this location.

They charge extra for the cream cheese. My breakfast sandwich wasnt edible because IT WAS STILL COLD! The egg, COLD! The chicken, COLD! Who wants to turn around to return or exchange food when it should have been prepared correctly the 1st time? $25 is a bit much to spend at a bagel shoppe for poor service! You lost a customer Einstein Bros. Bagels, not very Einstein (smart) of you. 🤮

Its election day and is advertised everywhere about free coffee with any purchase. However the lady refused to oblige even when I showed her the email and in the app. Had a rude attitude. An other issue is we cannot do mobile orders with this store.

The chai latte was not good but the staff was very friendly. Get a different breakfast sandwich each time you go to taste them all. They are all so tasty. The chives cream cheese on the bagels are always spot on.

This place is the worst! Its understaffed, and the bagels are not cooked properly. Very chewy and tasteless!! I need to find a new place for bagels

I enjoy Einstein Bagels, I recently tired their almond cream cheese and it was really good. I also like their bagels and loxs.

Perfect for breakfast! They have great selection of breakfast sandwiches. If you like spicy food, definitely try a sandwich in jalapeños bagel. They also brew caribou coffee with free refills. I tried a strawberry smoothie but honestly wouldnt recommend it. The cost of breakfast sandwiches are higher than other comparable cafés but I feel the quality is better. The one thing I didnt like is that you have to go to a different counter for payment which is inconvenient.

I love Brueggers bagels and am new to the area so tried to find something similar, so disappointing! I have tried two different breakfast sandwiches and they just don’t even compare. Service was good but I definitely won’t be back because of the quality of the food.

I usually substitute ham for bacon on one of the specialty sandwiches. The owner told me he would have to charge me $2 this time because bacon is more expensive than ham. I explained that this is my regular order and I’ve been to several locations with no problem and he just walked off. The employee there with him laughed. I guess he’s just like that.... I thought everyone should know. Just drive to the other location on Ann Arbor rd. They’re awesome!

I love that they have vegan options here...only problem is if you come anytime after 10am there are barely any bagels left to choose from.

I love Einstein bagels. I didnt give this one a 5 because sometimes the bagels from this location are hit and miss. On one occasion, I received a green chili bagel that was under baked and doughy.I also find that at this location, if you get a bagel with cream cheese, they really dont put enough cream cheese on the bagel, Id recommend ordering it with extra.
