I was having my bathroom remodeled and also planning on getting new carpet in my bedroom, hallway and living room. I had already been to Lowe’s. My contractor said let me have Shane from Perry flooring come out and see what his prices would be. Shane came out that day with samples that I loved. They measured and had a quote for me within the hour. Perry flooring was $1500.00 dollars cheaper than the Lowe’s quote! Lowe’s was also going to charge me to move furniture and Shane did not. My carpet is in and I’m very happy. Scheduling was easy and I didn’t even have to go to the store. They did a great job putting the carpet in... the padding is great and the carpet is great quality. This company is unlike any others. They have the customer courtesy and product options of the bigger, higher-priced carpeting companies in the area, without the big price tag. The owners are the salemen and do most all of the installing too. No rusty trucks and smelly installers crawling around in your house. Professional and friendly all the way around. After installing carpet in vinyl floor Found the carpet not standing in place. They did not replace all the tack strip as told they would do. Do not replace all the molding for vinyl floor What they did replace was but joint . Didnt replace heat vents and carpet fuzz laying around Not much on clean up. The salesman himself did come out and try to fix the molding, And said molding is not their expertise. After 3 trips out the do repairs still not what I would expect a professional to do. Unfortunately the story gets worse, When some of the molding was replaced in the restroom, One of the nails hit a water pipe, After restroom was use pipe started leaking Flooding the bathroom in carpet area And hallway, Unfortunately known was living there at the time So at least for roughly 3 days. Call the store to inform them up the problem It was told I would have to pay To have somebody clean up and air it out. I had to pay the have the pipes replaced in tolet installed properly. Hate to give a bad review I normally just dont go back, But with todays technology just thought I would warn other people.The salesman at the Show room was very nice and professional, Thought I would be treated the same After they got the money .. If you decide to do business with them I wish you the best
