The flooring job looked great! But they did a terrible job on the trim...there are missing sections of trim here and there, and the rubber pieces that go under the sinks I had to glue back myself after they fell off! The worst part was that everyone in the house became sick with sinus infections which would not go away. We figured maybe the dish from the tear out got into our vents. So we thought we would have our vents cleaned out this past week. The vent people told us they found a ton of dirt, ceramic chunks, wood chunks, and what looked like possibly plaster (white chalky looking stuff). It looked to them like the floor people just shoved everything down the vents instead of the trash. They also said that it is absolutely possible this is why we all have sinus infections. I always wondered what they did with their messes everyday. Id get home from work and everything would be swept up...but I never saw their mess in my trash.

At first we thought the service was great. The selection of flooring was great. But when the flooring was installed there are still lots of trim that was put back badly...some they lost and replaced with plastic without asking. Several items are missing from our home and the installer denies taking them. Items that they were using of ours during installation. And the job they did on the steps was awful...the flooring won’t stick to the steps. Pretty unsatisfied!!

I have purchased flooring from Carpetime 3 different times. Not only did we get a wonderful price, but they were very professional. I would highly recommend them to anybody that is planning to purchase flooring.

Carpet arrived onsite damaged. Brian corrected the problem immediately - upgraded me to a better carpet and had it installed the day after (on a Sat). I met with the installer Mike as he was onsite and he could not have been more knowledgeable. I would recommend Carpetime and will go there next time for more apartment help.

One time we used them they damaged some furniture. But service was otherwise pretty good. So tried again. This time they damaged the baseboards. Very disappointed.

They did a great job and was very professional

Carpet was installed with the seams going the wrong way and they refused to make it right. We paid to have area rugs bound and they started fraying 6 months later. Terrible customer service, will never go back.
