Id been looking for a vanity for months and had been going to a lot of the larger chain type stores/online etc. I was so thankful I didnt give up and go with a vanity I wasnt in love with. I happened to search for vanity stores and Vanity World in Canton came up. I decided to stop by and was SOOOO happy with both the selection, service, and prices. The vanity size I needed was a little unusual so I thought Id be very limited for selection but instead had a handful of wonderful options. I wasnt sure about picking out the faucet etc and the sales representative took lots of time helping me with everything. It seems right now that often it is taking a long time for furniture to come in, but not here. In my case it was in within 2 weeks. My bathroom renovation looks amazing and I am very thankful for Vanity World because of the quality vanities they have to offer and the kind/helpful individuals who work there. (I think it is a small family owned business and you can tell they care a lot!) Ill be back when we do our next bathroom over for sure!

We couldn’t be more happy with our new vanity, counter top, faucet and handles. The sales manager was super helpful and everything arrived perfectly and on time. The store has a great selection and the latest design trends.

Went to the store to purchase a backsplash in a color that I was unable to purchase elsewhere. I visited the store three times to receive three different prices. The first gentleman told me $86.00 the owner and manager give me a price of $175.00. I left the store after the significant increase. We stopped in today and the owner son’s call to verify pricing. The price of the backsplash was now $90. I proceed to purchase. Once at the register another customer was complaining of the service and the sixth visits to the store for knobs. I called George an idiot for price gouging and the son refused to sell the merchandise to me.Stay clear of this establishment. There is no set pricing. When asked how much the granite is per sq ft the son had no idea. They can charge what they want and sell to whom they want.

Worst experience ever! Poor communication and customer service!! I had to call multiple times about my orders and ended up not being ready on the day that they told me it will be ready!I had to pay extra to a plumber and construction worker to come back and finish the job because of their mistake!Unprofessional people and poor responses! Not going back or recommend to anyone else!!

Absolutely horrible. There was a sign on door to call a phone number. I called and was told to come in. A man told me he would with me in a few minutes. I then overheard the two men talking on a speakerphone about a potential vacation rental. The man who spoke to me eventually walked by me and said the same thing he had said to me earlier. Then the other man followed him. Then they walked by me again to speak about the vacation rental. After at least ten minutes, I left. Absolutely unacceptable.

Vanity World has an amazing selection of vanities and countertops. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by their large showroom. Their store is a great place to visit for inspiration. We also found their prices to be very reasonable and competitive. We ended up buying only a custom-cut countertop for our vanity base (which we bought elsewhere), and it was perfectly made. We were installing a vessel sink, so the holes had to be drilled perfectly, and they were. We couldn’t be happier with the product. Service was also excellent. We worked with Afram, who was very friendly, professional, and patient. He was great to work with. I would highly recommend checking out and considering Vanity World for your vanity needs.

Rare counter tops found here. No where else has them have checked many places. Vanity world is great.

Super helpful staff!! Lots of pieces to choose from...both in the shop but also looking through catalogs. First time I’ve seen a shop dedicated to bathroom vanities!

I had been researching countertops for six months and had gotten a few estimates. As I was driving on Rte. 138 in Canton, I saw Vanity World. I stopped in and discovered an amazing array of products. My husband had drawn a detail of our kitchen which we showed to Afram Dolabani, the installer and only person in the store. I left our design and asked for someone to call. When we left, I had a gut feeling after talking to Afram that we had found the right place. George called me and we talked for a while and we decided to go with Vanity World. So we were off to the races. We chose our stone, granite, and the fabricator came and measured. All was ready the next week. The installers came and faced a challenge retrofitting the stone with our cabinets and backsplash. They perfectly prepared it because it just slipped right in. Afram and his crew did an amazing job compensating for cabinets that slanted downward and adding trim all around to account for the difference in height going from formica to stone. The final result is a gorgeous new kitchen. I cannot say enough about the customer service and efficiency of getting our job completed and also about Afram and George. Kudos all around.

Vanity World had a nice selection but their customer service is terrible. Takes days to get in touch with someone every time you try and call. I would not recommend because of that.

Disappointing experience with Vanity World in Canton, MA. While the selection of vanities is extensive, and prices are affordable, overall customer experience and order management is a joke. We ordered a vanity, top and sink and was told it would be delivered in 4-8 weeks. After 8 weeks, our vanity came in and was available for pick up in the Canton location. After about 10 weeks our top was in and available for pick up in the Norwood warehouse. I asked for the address of the warehouse via email so I could pick it up and was told it was actually brought to the Canton location now. I went on a Saturday to pick both items up in Canton and was told the top had actually not been delivered and due to the mishap, both items would be delivered free of charge to my house the following Tuesday between 7:30-8am. Shocker, it was not delivered at this time. When I called and asked why it had not been delivered, the same person I dealt with that past Saturday said he had no knowledge of this order being delivered today which is beyond confusing. The ho hum attitude about the oversight was beyond annoying. Now, Ive been told the delivery is coming tomorrow after 5pm. Im holding my breath! Customer service is everything. These guys fail. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

We needed (and received) lots of help shopping for a vanity to redo our bathroom. Though we didnt purchase right away, we will be going back when its time to start the remodel.

Ordered a vanity from them. Vanity came in damaged and it took many calls for them to deal with the situation. I ended up dealing with the manufacturer myself and I felt Vanity World just left me to deal. They never called to see if the issue was taken care of.
