From the conceptualizing of the space redesign to the completion of the work everyone associated with the project was professional, thoughtful and pleasant. As a result of the constant communication there were no surprises when the project was done. It was finished on time and on budget. We were so happy with John Dolan Flooring, Kitchen and Bath that they just began a second project - a bathroom remodel.

Best kitchen and bath guys you could ask for. Had them do 2 bathrooms and my kitchen over. John was incredible to work with and was there every step of the way. It could be incredibly inconvenient to not have a kitchen or a bathroom but the turn around time was so quick it was it was unreal. The quality of work is is top notch johns guys are true craftsman. Not at any point did I see any dust outside of the work area. If I ever have a kitchen or a bathroom done again in my life I wouldn’t even think of turning anywhere else. Thank you John & crew !

John Dolan remodeled three bathrooms in my home this fall. This business is used to doing things a certain way and that is ok, but I had a lot of ideas about what I wanted and at times I felt as though I was being steered away from what I might want because its just not the way they do things. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome and any concerns that I had along they way were always addressed immediately.

John Dolan renovated our kitchen at the start of this year. From the start we had a great experience from the first meeting until the last walk through. Caroline came to our house at the beginning took measurements and listened to what my husband and I were looking for. She was able to work with the design to give us everything we wanted in the space we had. What I think is the most important is that she really listened to us and made the kitchen fit with the house. We had received some other quotes/designs that were more of what the designer wanted instead of what we wanted. Caroline also had a great knowledge of what would work/not work and what made sense/practical. John Dolan also was able to give a beautiful kitchen within our budget. Once construction started the process met the timeline they gave us. They were timely with their communication and response to concerns/questions my husband and I had. Now we have a beautiful bright open kitchen that is much more user friendly with lots of storage. This is exactly what we needed. When a few issues popped up as things always do with major construction- John Dolan had someone at the house to fix it the next day. My husband says almost every day- I love our kitchen! We could not be happier and would both highly recommend John Dolan Flooring Kitchen and Bath!

We recently renovated our kitchen, which involved taking down load bearing walls and completely gutting it. We had a great experience working with John Dolan Kitchen and Flooring. The design was exactly what we were hoping for, the team was professional, their work is beautiful, and most importantly, they finished the job on schedule before our baby arrived. We just completed replacement carpeting for 3 upstairs bedrooms, a staircase, and a front to back living room. Dolan Flooring quickly visited and gave us a quote and within 30 days the job was done by two installers.With so much to move out of each room and very little remaining space, we greatly appreciated the installer’s help with a few large items. They were able to move them around to get each room completed. Carpeting looks great!

We would definitely recommend John Dolan Kitchen and Baths. The office staff was easy to work with and a big help while choosing tiles and a counter top for our bathroom. We were moving into a condo and needed to change the bathroom in the master bedroom. My husband and I wanted to be in and settled before Thanksgiving . The work was not only finished ahead of time, but the bathroom looks beautiful.!John Dolan and all his workers were polite and very professional .

We were introduced to John Dolan through Angies list when looking to get a basement carpet replaced and an estimate for a shower remodel. We went to their showroom and picked out a carpet on June 18th. 6 weeks later Ive still never heard back from them about carpet installation. It took them a month just to get us a quote for the shower which was double other quotes.

We hired John Dolan to do a complete kitchen renovation, including opening up a wall into the dining room and reconfiguring the layout of the original kitchen. It was a big project, and we are so glad we went with this company! We appreciated the itemized proposal they provided. Caroline offered good advice on our design, and John and his team executed it beautifully. Everyone who came into our home was polite and professional- they showed up on time and they took care to clean up thoroughly each day. Caroline and John were responsive to all of our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. We are absolutely thrilled with our beautiful new kitchen, and would wholeheartedly recommend John Dolan to anyone looking to do a renovation!

I recommend them wholeheartedly. We have used them 3 times and each time they have been pleasant to work with and professional. They have arrived on time and done a great job. Each day they clean so thoroughly you would not know that you had work going on in the house.

Excellent experience. They started earlier than promised on a full kitchen remodel and finished early as well. The scheduling and work was top notch from start to finish. Workers were efficient and clean, which is not easy on a project like this in our 100 year old home. We are very happy with the final results.

Terrible customer service!!!From the beginning it was a bad start. John said 1.5 weeks for estimate, but it took two weeks and me badgering Lorraine (estimator and scheduler) for an estimate.Another problem was Lorraine/John kept adding things on the estimate that I didnt need or ask for. This happened multiple times. Seemed like they just wanted to add more to the estimate at my expense.I told Lorraine repeatedly that I have a hard deadline to get the job done and every time she said, No problem. Well, it turned out to be a problem, which only became my problem.John told me 2 weeks to get the work done and Lorraine said the deadline wont be a problem, but both were wrong. They didnt even talk to each other about the work being done. Two weeks on the job was now changed to three weeks and they wouldnt even be able to start until 4 days BEFORE my deadline that wasnt going to be a problem.I thought a compromise would be to keep them on the job but they pay $430 for a storage pod. They get work ($$) and I dont have to stack furniture and be cramped for (at least ) three weeks. (The hard deadline was because my girlfriend was moving in; so I would have twice the amount of stuff).They made the mistake with scheduling and not communicating but I have to pay the price. Lorraine said best bet is to find someone else. I quickly called Charlie the Handyman and he came right over and begun working. He is prompt, hard working, doesnt make excuses, and owns up to his word.Go with John Dolan if money is burning in your wallet and you have an opened ended time schedule. If you cannot handle that, then go with Chuck McCabe or someone else. John Dolan and Lorraine Dolan-Davis are not worth your time.

Total Renovation of a galley kitchen - I did extensive research of all of the options in renovating my kitchen and could not be happier that I made decision to go with John Dolan Kitchen and Bath. There were no surprises and the workmanship that went into the demolition as well as the installation was meticulous. The workman were very focused and the results were excellent....could not be more pleased.

I love my unique and beautiful kitchen. Everyone was so professional and they did a great job! Next is my bathroom.

My wife and I just used Dolan to re-do our kitchen (cabinets, countertops, new range and hood) as well as our master bath (complete gut and install of new vanities, soaking tub, shower and flooring. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their service offerings. We had started with an individual guy last summer who strung us along for 3 months before finally saying he wouldnt have time. We then heard about Dolan through a recommendation and gave them a shot.Having the showroom is such an added plus to be able to actually see and feel the product selection. We swung in without an appointment and Lorraine spent over an hour with us that first Saturday morning. Caroline and John came in to get specs and make design recommendations within a week or so and we began kitchen ripout on Veterans Day. All along they said they would target finishing the week before Christmas and they wrapped up on the 20th. For any issues that came up, wed have a response within 12 hours and a resolution in a timely manner.The bath project began at the same time that the kitchen was wrapping up and once again they hit their target completion date of about four weeks. Lorraine was equally easy to work with, staying late during the week so we could get over after work to pick out various hardware. The few minor punch-list items for both projects were addressed within days.Both projects went as smooth as we could have hoped which was a pleasant surprise. Were loving the results and would highly recommend John Dolan Flooring, Kitchen & Bath.

His workers are good, but he runs his business like an Idiot. Overpriced basic cookie-cutter kitchens. Claims its a family business but he really only takes care of his OWN Family...

Awsome service. My wife and I have used this company 2 times now. Most recently buying a vanity. Long story short there was a couple of manufacturing defects and Caroline came to our house and resolved the issue on the spot. The previous time was for a bathroom. We are now considering a new kitchen at dolan.

Awful experience! Staff was extremely rude at the showroom as well as when they came into my home for an estimate. They quoted me about $10,000 over than a competitor, but still went with them for some crazy reason. During the renovations they never would clean up after themselves at the end of the day. The installers also damaged a cabinet & tried to charge us for it. The quality of the products were top of the line, but if I had to do it over again, I would definitely have done my research and would have learned not to give a dollar to this business, let alone have them install floors and cabinets. I am strongly urging you NOT to buy anything from John Dolan let also anything installed there. Youll regret it, trust me.
