Hate collisions but this is the absolute best place to get repairs!!

They did a great job fixing up my Grand Cherokee after I hit a deer. Everything looked perfect and I have had no issues following repairs. They beat their estimated time for repairs and they handled things with my insurance company with no extra hassle. They also kept me updated throughout the process. Hopefully I wont need to see them anytime soon, but if I need repairs again, I will go here.

Took 3 weeks to get my truck in then took 2weeks and 3 missed deadlines to get it out.

One of the best experiences Ive ever had hiring someone to do a job for me! Not only was the work TOP QUALITY, the service was as well. Brad gave me a worst case scenario quote and said he had to take my bumper off to give me an official quote. Thankfully his official quote was right in the range he initially gave me. That made me feel like they were treating me fairly. Brad also told me that my truck would be completed by Friday. It was ready Thursday evening, which save me money on my rental. And after all that, they actually vacuumed my truck out, wiped down the dash and seats, and had my truck looking like it was fresh out of the detail shop! Definitely a 5 STAR experience!

I had some collision work done from Gerber Collision, they did an awesome job in getting my car back to factory look. (Had a meeting with a deer) After picking it up, I noticed a couple of items that were out of place. Rhonda and Brad said they would make it right. I would recommend Gerber Collision to anyone that needs body work done on their vehicles.

After the first shop wasnt able to make the repairs needed my insurance company recommended Dustys. The were professional and accommodating through the entire process. If I ever have a need for repairs again they will be my first choice. I highly recommend anyone to use their services.

Getting a car repaired is never fun, but Gerber Collission and Glass was a pleasure to work with. They communicated each step of the way, did quality work, and were extremely professional and courteous. I would reccomend having collision repair done here.

Not recommended broken windshield costs almost 800 for 2020 vehicle for a crack the size of a hanger

Brad and his crew at Dustys were great! I got hit by a deer on the highway a couple weeks back. I called my insurance company and they were able to work directly with Dustys. So I didnt have to go through the hassle of getting an estimate, etc. I was able to just drop off my car and they had it ready for me and good as new within a week. They even helped me coordinate a rental from Hertz and because of their relationship were able to get me a great deal. Good people, great service.

They did a fabulous job repairing a scratch in the passenger rear door of my car. Did the work on time. Very nice people.

Took my Honda in for damages to my passenger front quarter panel and door. They did excellent body work making my car look brand new. They said my paint was tuff to match color but they nailed it! My car looks amazing the paint matches and everything. I highly recommend Dusty’s collision for any work. They’re honest and do great work!

It was so nice and refreshing to meet someone in vehicle maintenance that does a job right, effeciently and for an honest price. They also worked with my schedule which was much appreciated! Hopefully I don’t have to go back anytime soon, but I recommend their service if someone does!

I never write reviews. However, this experience was great. After I called, they were able to estimate my car right away. Then, they were able to take my car in quickly. The repair was very fast, done the next morning. Paperwork was minimal. Customer service was very nice, efficient, fast. Best of all -- my car looks like new, perfect. Dustys did amazing body work on my Explorer. The car is an older model with 110,000+ miles on it and after going through Dustys its looks like a new car. Thanks Brad, Tonya and all the technicians at Dustys. I was so impressed with their work I brought my Ford Transit Van over there to get a little touch up work to fix the rusting around the rear windows. Brad told me that Transits are like that and that just touching up would not work because in his experience it will come back. He told me to just let it get worse and change the door with a used one from down south (where the problem is not as severe) a year or two down the road and that would save me quite a bit of money. So Brad gave up some immediate profit in order to provide good, honest customer service. Now that is what I call a well run business. Being a business owner myself I know what it means to provide the best in customer service. I will always recommend Dustys to all my clients and friends.

I had my cadillac fixed here. They replaced my rear bumper and taillight due to some minor damage. Dustys did a phenomenal job. Great workmanship, very fast, and great customer service. Highly recommended. Tonya and Brad were excellent.

Obviously Id rather not have to have used their services, but I was really happy with their work. It was easy to get my car in to be looked at and I got it back in a week, as promised, cant complain about that! They did a great job matching the paint color for my new bumper.

I had a lower trim panel on an after market handicapped mini-van conversion come loose. I called Dustys and was told to come in the next day so they could look at it. Brad and crew fixed it while I waited. Fantastic service and very professional. I absolutely recommend them for any kind of exterior trim or body work. Thanks again Brad.

OK, so I am a LITTLE fussy when it comes my baby (BMW). My husband dumped his Harley in the side of my car and my car is not even a year old!Took my baby to Brad at Dustys and he assured me that he could and would get my husband off death row. I told him go ahead and try being I am a crazy perfectionist about my car.Dont know HOW he did it but, it turned out better than I expected ... even let my husband by me dinner!Thanks Brad and staff!

Dropped of a car for repair, cost of 6342.21, replacing hood, rear bumper and some panels under the bumper. I chose the facility as previousley they painted and installed a new fender for me and did a good job. But this time, the manager is not the same. He is nice to talk to but when co.es to there mistake, no honesty. No panel next to the hood or bumper was blended we only do what insurance tell us to do battery dead on first pick up, where as we drove the car to the shop without any issues. justification: almost 3 years old battery obviously they left it in the car and drained it to zero with interior lights. Not only the battery was dead but the gait was not opening g and closing ( freshly replaced) It was suppose to take 1 week took 4 weeks. Not even tape and dust residues were removed from the panels. Rear door is not adjusted with big gaps on one side. justification: There is a quarter panle damage from before. It is not the quarter panel it is the metal that is barely dented. Emblem was conveniently left out. Dust is dripping from everywhere, after washing as I said they did not even clean the panels after attaching the exterior trims. Bumper paint it self is as spray can paint on drive way. Extremely disappointed. Will be talking to my repair rep from I surance

I had Dustys do the front end work on my 2017 Silverado after a recent accident and they made it look like new again.

Horrible experience. let me start by saying that I rarely write reviews, but I felt that I have to this time.The owner/manager Dave is highly unprofessional. he managed to miss the agreed upon date TWICE and didnt even have the courtesy to call and let us know. I wish it only stopped here, after finally picking up the car it wasnt fixed properly.. I sent it back hoping they can do their job right second time, but again i was disappointed. I ended taking it somewhere else. I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else

Was very nervous taking my jeep to a shop. I normally do all work myself. I was really lucky to happen across Dustys and not have made the mistake of going to someone else. Everyone at Dustys was very nice and professional! I accepted there offer of checking out the shop. When i walked into the shop floor there was nothing laying around. No parts all over the floor. No tools left out and the floor was swept and Kept clean. No tool drawers left open and no hoses laying around also! The cars That were being worked on didnt have anything laying on them also and the parts that i did notice were organized on a roller cart waiting to be re-assembled. They also understood that i wanted the paint on my vehicle to look factory and there painter, obviously understands what direction to put down metalflake! I could not have done a better job myself! Top notch! Thank you all again!
