Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Puts parts on cars without properly diagnosing it first. We had a 400$ bill BEFORE being asked or told what was wrong....to beat all, the car ran the exact same. Ended up being a plugged cadildick converter. Very easy to diagnose is what I was told by a legitimate ASE yielding mechanic. $450 later for the part and labor and it runs great. Well $850 including the BS bill from this place that didnt help the car at all.

Wont use either shop ever again. Very poor communication. When you do finally get an update on your car youll already be getting charged for parts you didnt ask to be replaced. Always rushing, disorganized, and very unprofessional.
