Took our vehicle to the collision center after a deer broadside us. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Our vechicle was thoroughly looked over and our rep explained what we were to expect during the process. Our concerns faded away. Now we just wait for the parts. Being everything is in short supply due to the pandemic, it may take a tad longer but hey thats life.

Helpful staff. They did an awesome job on the Pathfinder. Could not tell anything ever happened.

This collision/painting crew did an AMAZING job painting my RAV4-you will NOT be disappointed. They were true professionals and the 2011 RAV looks brand new. I can;t say enough!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They have blown through every single deadline. This job was a 3 day job. We are 6 weeks waiting for the vehicle. No calls, no callbacks. Tried to claim couldnt get parts. I, the owner, can get parts, but not the shop? Apparently they discovered after 3 weeks parts were not ordered. Gave me a rental on their dime for 3 weeks. Came back and repair not complete. 6 weeks for a 3 day job.Used them before and they were great. After this experience I would say avoid at all costs.... I have come to the conclusion, right now they are unable to do the job, any job.

This shop went above and beyond to help get my car back to me in as timely a manner as they could. GM had a strike a few months ago that apparently put the parts for my brand new car parts on back order for literally months. The guys at the shop worked tirelessly calling all over the US to try and find the parts for my car and giving me daily updates. I would highly recommend these guys!

I would leave 0 stars if i could. The handles were not installed correctly and loose. There was paint over-spray everywhere. I could have done a better job myself. Clearly, it was race to get finished. I chose to drive to Roswell to another body shop rather than take my car back Cherokee Collision.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a body shop. Took my vehicle in and had to return 5 separate times for things they missed, not to mention two things they broke and said was not there fault even though I know they werent broken before since I had just bought the vehicle 4 weeks prior. Never will I ever return here again. I have made it a point to let others know of my bad experience here. If you dont care about your vehicle then take it here. If you do care, find another place. Also they were very rude the entire process.

Great customer service! Called us to let us know car was being brought in, let us know when they received, called with an estimated time of completion! And it was done 2 days early! Made our bad situation with the wreck smooth! Good job done on the vehicle as well!

This is a great body shop with knowledgeable professional is that run it and take great care of the customers. Have never seen a bad repair or one that needed correcting at any time from the shop

I preface this by saying I was pressured by progressive insurance to take my car to this location to file a claim, which led to compounding issues. The staff was under extraordinary circumstances with health and communication and couldnt tell me what was going on with the car. To repair two wheels that hit a pothole took them 3 months, I had to order and pay for the wheel myself because they couldnt figure it out, and during the installation of 4 new tires they broke a tire pressure sending unit. They also found some panel under the car that could have been damaged by the pothole - Turns out it was likely from previous negligence from a jack being placed under this panel, as - after they replaced the piece - they jacked the car up improperly again, DAMAGING THE NEW PIECE that I had to pay entirely out of pocket for. Back to square one. Was told no suspension damage, and they charged me for an alignment, yet the wheel isnt straight now. Luckily, the service manager decided to paint my new wheel that I bought because it was different than the other wheel, without asking me, then painted the other wheel to match, one side still doesnt match the other but I had to get out without spending more than $1500 and I didnt reach my deductible. Lesson learned, dont take a German car to a Toyota body shop, and it would have been cheaper to buy someones take-off gently used wheels than go through being charged for unnecessary work that doesnt even fix the problem. Go somewhere else if you care at all about actually fixing the issue and not breaking the car even more.

The staff is very professional and Jennifer the assistant manager has completely turned around the experience for me and I was so amazing! They fixed things that I wasnt even expecting them to fix and worked around my schedule! I cant say enough about them. If you live in Canton, GA and need body work done this is where you need to go! No question about it!
