Excellent service from start to finish. Ashley provided really thorough explanations of everything and made the process really smooth. Honestly, her knowledge and quality of customer service is what brought me to use Atomize over Toyotas collision dept. Im so glad I did. The repair looks flawless, and I do mean flawless. OEM parts for everything. The work was done sooner than promised. Im very impressed with the entire process. Dealing with body damage to a new vehicle shouldnt really be a fun experience but Atomize and their team helped make it fun for me. Thanks guys. Highly recommend!!

If I could give them no stars I would!!!! They had my truck for 10 month. The last 3 of those 10 they told us every 2 weeks the truck would be done when those 2 weeks were up we’d call and they would say we need another 2 weeks! We came to find out they took the insurance money and pocketed it and then couldn’t afford to pay the guys to fix the truck! When we finally got the truck back the windows leaked where they didn’t properly fix them the pin stripe guy splattered paint all over the back of the truck the tire had a nail in it and there was so much water damage to the carpet where it sat for 10 months without a side panel we are going to have to replace that now too! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

I went here based on a recommendation and it was clear right away I made the right choice. Ashley was friendly and thorough, while also being more than patient with my inexperience.Someone rear-ended me so it wasnt on my dime but had it been I wouldve left just as happy. The work was impeccable and there was communication every step of the way. I received my vehicle in a timely manner and they even cleaned it before handing it back over. If and when the time comes Ill be bringing it back because I know itll be taken care of.Definitely the best service experience Ive had in quite some time, I cannot recommend this place enough.

The BEST!!Where to begin with Atomize Collision. They were extremely helpful, patient and skillful in getting my beloved ol Cruiser back on the road. Ashley, Lance and the rest of the staff went out of their way to assist me during the entire process of repairing my SUV. I am on the road more than I am home and they were very tolerant with the time it took for me to get the title fixed and get home to pick up of the car. Then, when I see my vehicle it looked incredible!!I am in the service industry(Delta Air lines) and I sincerely appreciate their efforts to work with me on many challenging issues I had to go through for my vehicle. They were honest and did a great job. What more could one ask for in dealing with a business. I would highly recommend their work and services!! My SUV was and intends to be with me until death do us part. They upheld their end of keeping my Cruiser on the road. For their work and attitude, they are an asset to the Canton community.

I recently had work done Atomize. My child backed into someone in a parking lot and with some sincere convincing the owner of the other car reluctantly agreed to not go through insurance, trusting me to pay for the damage. I was not in a position to argue the repair costs. Atomize knew of this. They gave an original estimate with caveat that without taking the car apart they could not know for sure the true extent of the damage. If it were my car at this point I would have brought it to another shop for a second opinion. They also required me to pay upfront for a new trunk. When the took the car apart after the trunk arrived they discovered their original estimate was 26% too low. I expected this was going to be the case. But what choice did I have without alarming the owner of the other car.I strongly recommend staying away from Atomize. And I recently wrote an excellent review for another body shop.

I was pretty upset when my truck got damaged in an accident. I decided to get it fix here after being disappointed with the quality of work a dealership had done on another vehicle. And i am so glad I found this place. They have excellent customer service. My truck looks great like it was never involved in an accident.

I sent my motorcycle tank to Atomize because I knew they would do a great job and they did!!! They went above and beyond what I was expecting. Best experience Ive ever had. Communication was great. I will definitely use them in the future. What a class act this location is!!!!

These guys are amazing!! They did an amazing job on my Mazda. Its like my accident never happened!!Lance, Reid, and Ashley were huge helps in the whole process and I never would have known how to file the insurance claim without them. They made the whole process easy and as stress-free as possible.My car looks amazing and if I ever hear of friends or family needing work done on their cars, these guys will be my absolute first recommendation! Great experience from initial estimate online to pick up. Notified me of any deviations from original specifications and adjusted the bill accordingly (down in my case) figured out the best way to do the job, not the most expensive.

Since I moved to Georgia from Hawaii, Ive had a couple car accidents in the past 6 month...first car was my fiancé s and second was my car....took both car to Automize to repair and they really did awesome job to fix the damages on our car!My car looked a brand new when came out from shop! Ashley is so helpfully kind and knowledgeable about car and of course Lance does a amazing work!! Thumbs UP!!

I happened to break down in front of Atomize. Lance was locking up at the time, on his way home for the night. He took the time to check out my car and see what was wrong with it.Ran diagnostics, and tried to jump my car. He was extremely helpful and did all he could. Had a little bit of work done on my truck earlier this week and the results were outstanding! They have great customer service and they did an amazing job.

Edit:Removed all personal remarks of the review to be as objective as possible, with the only two personal remarks in the last paragraph.My response to some of the owners comments to my original post:1. Your assumption of me damaging the interior panels with the lawn equipment is 100% wrong. The privacy covers ring had to be forced into its hinge due to your shop incorrectly reassembling the rear trim that contains the hinge. The ring of the privacy cover rested on top of the back trim after your shops repairs, but the ring should have naturally rested on the hinge it snaps into. The bulk of the privacy cover, as you pointed out, is a soft fiber resin. However, the privacy covers ring is a hard plastic very similar to (possibly the same as) the material the trim is made of. If these materials have similar hardness, forcing the privacy covers ring into the hinge would cause the ring to grind against the trim until the ring mates with the hinge. I am very confident this is how the trim was damaged.2. The only time restriction I had was that I needed to pick my car up in the morning before around 10 am. I was openly flexible about picking up my car on any day of the week.3. If the imperfections I pointed out (wiggly bumper, gaps between a body panel and lift gate large enough to stick my finger in, body panels slightly popping out of place, and disconnected trim pieces) are all within manufacturer specified tolerances, then you are right: you went above and beyond industry standards. However, It is worth noting that each time I returned my car to address the items I pointed out, a supplemental bill was submitted to the insurance company. To that point, your shop was effectively getting paid make minor adjustments to a customers car.4. I apologize if my original review was too subjective. The combination of my response to your comment and the following edited review is a better representation of the service Atomize performed.Edited review as follows:I brought my VW GTI here via recommendation after getting rear ended, which required a new lift gate and rear bumper with damages covered by insurance company. My car was in the shop for about two and a half weeks.I came to pick up my car after the initial repairs, and discovered a few parts that were not installed properly. There was a misalignment with my lift gate, loosely connected bumper, and the factory spoiler was separating. These faults were pointed out to Ashley, and she was apologetic. Ashley stated Atomize would fix these problems.The shop was able to get everything corrected by the next morning.I inspected my car again and found several interior trim pieces in the trunk area that were not reconnected. Some of the trim’s clips were bent and some were just not snapped into place. The bumper was popping out where it meets the quarter panels in the rear wheel well on both sides of the car. I returned the car to Atomize, where they corrected these mistakes within 24 hours.It took three attempts for Atomize to fix my car, but the results in the end were very good. Lance apologized and told me that he was rushing the guy doing my repairs because my car had been there a while. My suggestion for Atomize is to spend more effort in quality control.

This appears to be a Predatory shop installing a used frame without my knowledge and now saying they are going to auction off my Jeep. On top of that they are trying to add over $1500 in storage fees to a bill the insurance company has not even paid.This review is limited as of 11:07 pm. March 6th. I will be reaching out again to this repair shop tomorrow. They are threatening to auction off our jeep that they say they have repaired. The insurance company has not even paid the bill its crazy to think I have to pay them before the insurance company pays. Before I tell the story I am going to give them a chance to correct this. At this point I am unhappy to say the least regarding how they have handled my vehicle installing a used frame without my knowledge. I dont know what else has been done as well. I will make a full report on several review sites once they make a finale decision as to how they are going to handle this.
