The store had just had a rather large delivery which made it a bit difficult to maneuver. Also, there was just one employee in the store and the person in front of me took a long time with the clerk. The other employee was outside dealing with cardboard and garbage. Everyone was pleasant and efficient.

The older thin lady is always rude when Im there trying to cash scratch its. She always tells me she cant cash them because she doesnt know how much Ive won. Clearly if I had won more than a few dollars, I wouldnt have been there trying to cash them. Debating if I should even spend my money there anymore.

They dont allow Doordarsh pickup at this store during nights

I have been going to this 7 11 for about a year and a half. The day time manager or leader is remarkable. She has a way to reach you even when you are in a bad mood and she makes the experience better. Through the pandemic They have maintained their masks and they have been cleaning the store every time I visit. Thank you for maintaining the cleanliness so that i can shop in your store without too much fear. Good job!

Oregon City store had none of the slurping machines working

Isnt 7 eleven 24 hours a day but when I went in there this morning the worker just got there and rudely said get out were closed never going to this 7 eleven ever again

3RD time in a row I’ve had issues with the same younger Hispanic woman. Previously messed up a money order for my rent resulting in a 3rd money order charge, and said she could not discount the fee for her mistake. Sold me a 2 two packs of juul pods which is $5 more expensive than a four pack. Then days later denied me sale of the same product claiming my legal ID wouldn’t scan. I’ve seen plenty of employees override this on the POS.

7-11 Illegally discriminates against people with different religious practices and Medical Conditions. For those at 711 who can read check out the Discrimination Act of 1964 section 1,2, 703 subsections 1-3. Seriously how bad do people actually want law suit these days?

The manager or at least I was told she was a manager, (Iiz, I think) an older lady with blond hair, is incredibly rude not only to customers but to her employees, Im a district manager and I run 5 stores and if she was an employee of mine, I would fire her in a heartbeat! This is the only time Ive ever had a bad experience at the store! But what bugs me more was how she was talking to her employees!!

Amazing customer service from the night shift. The store was spotless, floors clean, fresh bag of chili & cheese, food was up and ready, drinks stocked. Employee was observed washing windows and staying busy. All this while having an injured arm🏅

How can people truly give a 7-eleven anything but 5 stars? Y’all are nuts! Clearly you’ve never stopped in the pits off south GA hell to grab a coke and use the bathroom.
