Had tires changed there recently. They matche DC online tire dealers price and did a great job. I recommend this place.

I have had nothing but good service from Aleks and his crew. I originally came in for an oil change, and due to having to wait for an extended period Alek gave me discount.I came back to get new brakes and rotors and he could have just done the job and charged me, but brought it to my attention that the job was not necessary, they fixed the small issue and saved me a good amount of money in the process.Much love.Titus.

Came here for a 4 wheel alignment on my car and they said it would take 1 and a half hours but 35 minutes later it was done!! Very happy about that! 5 stars! Excellent service!

Great experience here at Integrity Automotive Service. Got an oil change and it was quick and easy. They didnt ask to pay additional fees (such as disposal and tax). Some other auto service shops were just trying to rip off whenever I wanted from them some services. But not Integrity Automotive Service. They dont try to rip you off.You feel less stress in their office. I dont understand much about car. I mainly spoke with Alex. He was open and friendly with great humor.He gave very useful what my car needed, what to change, what to inspect, and where to go.It took about 45-50 min to change the oil. These guys know and do great work. Super!

Although they seem to be short on help most of the time, when I was able to get my Jaguar in for a four wheel alignment the tech did a perfect job. I like to drive a little faster than most and when you get into triple digits the last thing you want to feel is a pull or a shimmy in the wheel. My car goes where I point it everytime without fail. I didnt get the name of the guy that did my car but thanks very much. Its perfect.

Service is good. Store Manager is nice and cool. All other servicing technicians are veer good. They found the repairs well n good. Provided recommendation and solutions for all the repairs. Overall time spent here is very much worth it. You can call in for a immediate appointment.

Great and fast service. Fixed the flat punctured tire, installed it and put the spare back into the trunk. All in 10 minutes!

The service was top notch. Both the reception area and mechanics were friendly and actively willing to answer questions. Their prices were fair and the work they performed seems to be excellent. I will take my car there again. I would reccomend this business to a friend.

Oil change with no problems. Took a little longer than expected but within reason.

This place is a joke. I think they are run by me management. The manager tries to upsell you and sell you things you don’t need. I had him text the battery. He said it was good and charged $100+ to clean off the corrosion. A few weeks later my car won’t start because the battery is bad. I took my another car here to replace 4 tires. Nothing was in stock do I paid more then I wanted for speculation tires I didn’t need. After everything was complete, they lost the hub cap to my back tire and tried to claim the car was brought in without it. I ended up buying a hubcap online because they would not take responsibility for it. Do not bring your car here ever.

Overpriced and scam. Take your vehicle to them only if there is no diagnosis involved and YOU know what needs to be done, else you may end up being scammed. My exrience: went with a check engine light on, and came back with the light still on and additionally, the transmission fault indicator on. Cost: ~ $600.I was told that they could not find out the reason why the light was on, and just randomly changed parts. When I got upset, the technician reset the code and told me that he took a test drive and the light is not on anymore. I was dumbstruck (a short test drive after resetting check engine light???). I did not tell them that I do know how OBD reader works. As expected, the light came back on next day, with additional transmission fault indication.

Wasted more than 2 and half hours just for alignment.Workshop opens at 7:30 but don’t expect your car to get inside the shop before 2 hours.Unorganized and pathetic place. slow and less labour.Worst tire services ever seen and also expensive than reputated tire shops.

They fix my flat tire fast! Less than 3 minutes. Best of all it was free!

Take it from a car enthusiast, take your vehicle here... I can’t say enough good things about this place! They’ve helped me do routine maintenance, installed new tires, done brake work, and fixed the occasional flats. Prices are fair, no pressure with overselling. Management is courteous and nice. Good turn around times and they have squeezed me in when I have a limited window to get an oil change. I will continue to take my vehicles there from Porsche’s to minivans. Beware of bad reviews with a bunch of typos and and grammatical errors as they’re probably competitive shops trying to write bad reviews on everyone.

Quick service not a long wait time

This place gives me a nightmare. Took my car for an oil change. They have forgot to close the cap, the oil spills everywhere and i thought my engine was on fire after engine oil is heated. I took my car for a clean up. They have promised me that they have fixed everything. However, my roomate found that my car is still leaking. Took my car to another autoshop for a check, it seems that they didnt tight the screw at the bottom, engine oil has leaked 1/4. I am very confused, it isnt it common sense to check it before returning to a customer? My garage is ruined, my boyfriends parking lot is ruined. Not a happy customer. How could you be so careless it might lead to a dangerous explosion..

Update:A little research and I have discovered the problem. My oil reservoir is way overfilled. This caused oil to get into the air intake. Either these guys knew this and thought upselling me $200 on spark plugs would work, or they just plain dont know their own business. I should make them fix it, but I dont trust them now.Run away.I got a Groupon for an oil change, but didnt check the reviews before buying it. BIG mistake.First thing the guy says to me when I get back to the shop is, your car didnt start right off the bat. I think you need to have your spark plugs checked.Ive never had a problem with my car starting. Also, its a Prius. They dont work like that.I get in my car, start it...it doesnt start.I have to turn it off and reengage the key three times before it starts. Now its running rough. I think I made a huge mistake coming here. Not worth the Groupon discount.

Kenneth The store manager is the most rude and disrespectful person i ever met, came in to do an oil change on my Benz after I found this deal on Groupon, called few times before coming to ensure they are able to take care it and asking if there is additional fees and if i need an appointment and if the oil is new, the answer was no appointment needed just stop by and I need to pay for an extra quarter and the oil is new, stop by to get it done and Alex told me i need to come back after an hour and he will set up an appointment for me at that time and it should be in and out thing, coming and that stupid store manager setting dawn doesnt even bother to greeted me, so I started talking to alex who set up my appointment, and that retarded Manager told him you cant help her you need to take care other cars let her come back and I looked at him surprisingly how rude you can be until alex answered him she have appointment, and of course that in and out appointment took 2 hours and half since that manager told Alex not to help me first,and when I asked if its new oil like i was told they said they dont cary new oil to help the environment, drive away and check engine come on called Alex and asked him if he can check it in the morning and he said yes, when i came to check out the light they wants me to set up an appointment and all i want is quick check to see if i can drive this car to the airport or should i drive the 2016 jeep which need a new tire and Alex said just come back and i will install new set for $500 and agreed to that until nosey fat ass Kenneth and questions alex what i need, and he started saying we dont have time for that its a F*** cheap car any way let her to come and that just plowed out my mind and i was i am a customer so you need to show some respect here and he start yelling saying its my shop and i am in charge too bad you are in charge that preet the owner he need to shut down his yelp account with all those negative reviews and create an new one with only 5 reviews,instead of getting rid of that non professional manager and hire a Manager with a good customer service experiences which will bring more customers and spread the good words around instead of those bad experiences, any way my dad mechanic took care of the check engine and install the new tire for my for only $400 as well, I guess i will never dismiss those negative google and dig enough to find about old yelp accounts before go to mechanics and only trust the family guy.

A 45 minute service (oil change) took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then 10 minutes at the front desk waiting to helped made the waiting time a little longer. They had 3 people looking at a car that was not being serviced.

This new ownership is in fact a piece of joke. I cancelled my weekend trip to have new tires installed. They told me they would get them in couple of hours so I could get back and have it done. No call, so I called them in couple of hours and was told that they should get them in 10 minutes and would call me back. They never called me. They ruined my whole Saturday! Not worth even 1 star!

Aleks and crew are always friendly and able to take care of minor issues without an appointment. They represent a lot of brands as well.
