This experience has been completely exhausting. I took my vehicle to have work done. I was told that it would be 2 weeks. Now almost 5 months later my vehicle is still not finished. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. You will regret it.

My wife took her car here for a dent in the fender. Instead of admitting he knew absolutely nothing about body work, he took her money ($3500) and pretty much destroyed her car. He was unable to match the paint, so he painted the entire car. Now instead of factory paint and a badly repaired fender, I have orange peel, fish eyes, and overspray on the entire car. When I confronted him about it, his response was, what did you expect for $3500?... Simple, a professional job. Instead of trying to make it right, he picked a fight with me, and quickly became abusive and patronizing. I file a complaint with bureau of automotive affairs, which is pending. The car went from being worth $13k to $8K and it ONLY cost me $3500. What a deal!

Took my Audi to Car Land as the left rear view mirror was shaky. Had been to 3 different locations as I wasn’t aware of Car Land before and each place said I needed to change the whole housing and was very expensive.Joe immediately diagnosed issue as a loose mirror and within 15 minutes he glued it back. Great service with integrity! Will be coming back here for all my car service needs!

Ive been to Carland multiple times, and Joe is as honest as the day is long. I know my way around a car and usually do my own work. When I cant because I dont have the equipment, tools, or time, Joe is my man. He is incredibly fair with his prices. Get a quote at another shop, then call Joe. Hell take care of you, and at a much better price!I cant believe the story told by the person who took Joe to court and gave one star. Check out their other reviews - 3 of 4 are one star, and two of those are auto repair facilities!

Joe can figure out almost anything and hell charge you far less than any national chain! Only problem is parking is tiiight — but well worth the squeeze.
