Mike at BTM always keeps in touch and lets me know how things are going. Work is done well, and slightly cheaper than at the dealership. I had a warranty item come up recently and they were awesome, telling me to definitely take it to the dealer for that repair because Id get a loaner car plus it would all be covered! I recommend!

VTA Motor Works is located off of Bascom by Hamilton Avenue good place to go they work on all German vehicles and then some the young man that works up at the front counter is a pleasure to talk to and hes so helpful so those of you who are German car lighters take a right on down there the kids fun to look at and the owner is also a lot of help to Daniel James abstract artist hydrate and dont forget about the social distancing love peace and soul

I have used BTM for anything from basic maintenance, alignment, suspension component replacement, engine overhaul, and engine parts upgrades for both of my Audis. They always communicated well whether or not they were on schedule, and they have always been very flexible with me as well. I will continue to use them as long as I have a euro car.

The check engine light on my Cayenne came back on. Mike was able to fit me in and did not even charge for diagnostics. The car was ready a day early. These guys really do rock!

Should have posted this a while back! A week ago I found my front license plate to be dangling and as a new driver I really didnt know what to do. Reached out to BTM Motorwerks through the Q&A on G Maps and got a reply in minutes. Brad the owner so kindly took a look at the license plate and helped me fixed the issue within minutes under the sun. Thank you so much Brad, and since you charged me nothing for your help this is the best thing I could do to say thank you!! Highly recommend BTM Motorwerks and though I didnt need any advanced repair this ship definitely seems professional.

If you own a German car this is the place to go they treat you very wellw. they dont oversell you and you can trust them.I had a fuel pump go out in my 2014 BMW. Instead of fixing it and charging me. they let me know there was an additional 10 year extension on that item from BMW. So it was fixed for free by BMW.That is something that is called integrity which is a hard thing to find these days from a repair shop. I recommend them to anyone

Best auto mechanic shop ive ever been to. I have a 1999 BMW Z3 and they have taken care of my car for many years. Even helping me when they were just about to close. The shops managers are always polite and friendly and get to the task of fixing the car. They will charge fairly for work that is done. They will fix only items that need to be fixed instead of quoting items that can wait. Ive been very happy withhigh quality level they set at this shop.

Those people do not even know how to retract the hardtop on a BMW. Won’t communicate on the issues during PPI and took the car for an entire afternoon.

Had some work recently preformed by BTM on my 335I. Mike and Brad were both very helpful with the issues I had. I wont take my car anywhere else other than BTM Motorwerks

A regular oil service for a BMW 3 series went normal though priced on higher side. However a day after Brake sensor light showed up on dash which was not there before. I went there to get it checked and was asked for a $200 diagnostic. Not going back again. Would not recommend.

My first experience was a PPI for a used Porsche. Not only was their inspection top notch, but Brad took the time to go over everything in detail afterwards for over 2 hours. The level of service I have continually received during the PPI and in subsequent interaction, has earned my business before I even owned my current car.Another HUGE note is their obvious passion for what they do. They love the cars and love their customers. Would recommend 11/10.
