Last year I struck an object in the road and punctured my radiator. It was covered by insurance. There was additional work needed which they recommended since the labor was already being covered it saved me money in the long run. Excellent service!

Been going to Mark since I moved here in 2006. I trust him completely. He is honest and ethical. My current car has 219,000 miles on it and still going strong thanks to Mark. I recommend him to everyone!

10 stars for Mark and his crew at B&J Auto repair! They are fantastic!We were in Campbell for surgery for my wife, when my water pump and radiator both failed and needed replacing. Nobody in town could even see me for at least a week that is except for Mark and crew at B&J Auto. I called them late on a wednesday afternoon as recommended by thier wonderful nieghbors across the street, Motorpool Automotive.I took my vehicle in on thursday morning to Mark and crew ( they would have taken it in on wednesday afternoon if i had been able to get it there.) they had me back on the road that afternoon.These guys know how to go above and beyond!

Amazing service. Mark fit me in same day when I broke down an hour away from home and told me what was going on with my baby. Ready the next day and runs like a champ. Fantastic service, timely repairs, quality employees, honest work and good value.

So I got my fuel pump replaced here with no problems and the service was great. BUT on 6/12/2014 I got my front and back brakes changed. For some reason they didnt bleed the brake lines and I had soggy brakes all the way home. Granted it was a easy fix but it is pretty basic when changing brakes. I think it just slipped the mechanics mind that day.Overall: good prices, quality service

I have been going to them for years now even when they were at their last location and theyve always had great service. They always take care of my vehicle, help me with making sure Im getting reasonable charges for parts and services (Ive checked and others have been impressed when they heard how much they charged me), and theyve always been reasonable with letting me show up and get my car checked.If I had to have a complaint its that they arent always timely with the callbacks and I sometimes have to check on them, but I wouldnt recommend calling them on the hour. Their recommended wait times have averaged out to be accurate, but you will get the occasional variance whether faster or longer than you expected.

Great service. Been with them for years. Have done impressive work on my daughter’s 1986 Ford F150 truck, my son’s 1988 Jeep Wrangler and other vehicles I’ve owned, Suburban, Fusion, VW, Etc.

My car has mechanic noise on driving, B&H helped to fix the issue. I am very happy of their services, and their charge is also quite reasonable.
